I'm a kind person surrounded born to meanness and surrounded by cruelty, if not hate. I'm trying to remain a kind person; but I am starting to slip & crack.

ADD, ADHD, IED, Complex PTSD, Asexual Issues... Lupus, Fibro, Chronic Pain, Chronic Fatigue, etc, ...

I am exhausted in every manner possible.

Therapy is an abysmal joke.

I am NOT suicidal, or any-cidals but I am tired of fighting, "being strong" and trying altogether.

But, I wouldn't mind if my body just stopped and allowed me to peace.

I am genuinely just trying to see how others have survived this type-of-fucked life, AND found a way to thrive at-all.
