Elon Musk and the CCP: A Forbidden Topic Worthy of Discussion

It goes without saying that Elon Musk's immense wealth and success are recognized globally. The CCP has long been aware of this and has employed its notoriously effective coercive tactics on him: they approached him, did him significant favors, and then leveraged his business and influential presence to gain an upper hand globally, from economics and politics to ideology, through Elon Musk. Since 2016, young working individuals in China have been coerced into accepting the reality of long working hours, contrary to China's Labor Law. The 996 working schedule (from 9 am to 9 pm, 6 days a week) has become routine.

Regarding the significant favor the CCP has done for Musk, even Steve Bannon acknowledged that it was the CCP who funded Musk's acquisition of Twitter, transforming the platform into a mouthpiece for the CCP on numerous critical issues.

In 2022, Investopedia reported that Binance, the largest cryptocurrency exchange corporation founded by Chinese-born Canadian Changpeng Zhao, invested $500 million in Musk's Twitter acquisition.

Given Binance's origins in China, it's worth noting Desmond Shum's observation and those familiar with China's elite political and economic circles: success in China requires forming beneficial relationships with high-ranking CCP officials and engaging in quid pro quo dealings. Binance has notably partnered with a state-owned enterprise in China, serving the CCP's Belt and Road Initiative.

I would like to emphasize that when a Chinese business becomes big enough to take a role in the CCP's expansion plan like the Belt and Road, the CCP will ensure its control over the business and make every business activity complying with the CCP's agenda.

In November 2023, Binance's CEO, Changpeng Zhao, pleaded guilty to 13 charges brought by the US SEC.

Sequoia Capital's connections to the CCP can be traced back to the 1990s, when Neil Shen/沈南鹏 who later founded Sequoia China met with Wang Xisha, daughter of Wang Yang/汪洋. Wang Yang is former vice premier of China. Building a tie with a high ranking family of the CCP was a good start for Neil Shen. He founded Sequoia China in 2005 and is now a successful businessman in China and a member of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. One of his achievements is Sequoia Capital's investment in ByteDance, Parent company of TikTok which poses a public opinion influence threat in the US.

Interestingly, details of Shen's relationships are more extensively covered in the Mandarin version of his Wikipedia page, possibly to evade Western intelligence surveillance.

On November 23, 2020, Neil Shen gave a speech on the theme of "the Huge Advantages of the Digital Economy Will Appear in the Next Five Years".

Take the highlighted digital economy in his speech, together with Binance's top role in the cryptocurrency industry, it suggests the CCP's interest in leveraging digital currency for global financial dominance. The media interpreted what Elon Musk said as "praise on Chinese EV makers", but Taiwan audience knew how bitter Elon Musk's remark is.

While it's maybe harsh to label Musk as overly influenced by the CCP, it's evident that the CCP's strategies have effectively ensnared him. As a successful businessman, Elon Musk can probably make a deal on anything, or sell anything. The CCP's "Tao-Yang-Sha/套养杀" scam (attract targets with small profit, trap them and finally kill them) is designed for such people.

If you think this is just a strategy of learning from and then surpassing former mentors, you are too kind. Please note that the word that Elon Musk used to describe the intention of the Chinese competitors is "demolish". It corresponds to what Di Dongsheng said about the CCP's strategy: "to destroy the opponent who was once our teacher and friend" (video below from 4:07).

Elon Musk recently talked about his concern about the Technological Singularity which is "a time when technological evolution gives rise to the appearance of machines more intelligent than humans."

(The following are my thoughts in my words)

As a former computer engineer, I believe that any software engineering project has a "in case" design to make sure a software product is under control. It's like a backdoor clause that lawyers put in a contract to protect a party's best interests in an exceptional case.

My concern about Elon Musk's remarks on the Technological Singularity and on the AI's potential threats is whether or not he is again sending messages on behalf of the CCP.

Based on my observation on a CCP agent-like circle on the Internet, when the CCP carries out a complex plan, the first step is to spread messages/rumors through influencers who have high credit. These messages/rumors will make people to believe that something will likely and "naturally" happen when instead it is in their premeditation. In order to convince people, the messages are usually based on facts but carefully chosen and processed by "public opinion guides/舆论引导员" with their trained language art.

The first step is so important that the entire operation/warfare depends on it: whether the majority of people can be fooled or not? Will people be led to believe a premeditation as a natural accident/disaster?

The idea of the CCP's military work "Unrestricted Warfare" is to exploit target's existing flaws, loopholes, or bad habits and stage an "natural accident/disaster" but in fact an operation or warfare. There is a lot to learn from COVID19 Pandemic.

The CCP's Organized Hacking Business

Today, on March 26, 2024, The US sanctions against the CCP hackers behind critical infrastructure attacks are widely reported. According to the indictment document:

All of the Defendants indicted work for Wuhan Xiaoruizhi Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (武汉晓睿智科技有限责任公司) , a looks-like "civilian company" but actually created by the State Security Department of Hubei Province of China. China's enterprise registration information shows that the Company's business activities are "technology development, technical consulting, technology transfer, technical services, sales of high-tech products and accessories for high-tech products; design and system integration of computer information networks; import and export of goods, technology import and export, etc."

Such too broad business description also appears in several MSS related "civilian-alike" companies but they were eventually revealed by the US government as the CCP's organized hackers.

As you can see, the company targets web security vulnerabilities, focuses on intrusion and hacking.

A reply to this hiring post indicated the Company's relationship with "中国红客联盟（ihonker.org）. The reply says "Support ihonker.org".

As per Baidu and Wikipedia, 中国红客联盟 is also known as H.U.C, Honker Union, a group for hacktivism, mainly present in China.

Who Is Lying? -Zhenhua Heavy Industry/ZPMC’s Cyber Security Threat

As for the American House of Representatives' concerns about the cyber security threat likely posed by Zhenhua Heavy Industry, also known as ZPMC, of China, ZPMC denied it and said "these reports can easily mislead the public without sufficient factual review".

On Jan. 23, 2023, an author called himself "通文解武" meaning "good at both literature and military" posted an article on China's social media 网易/NetEase："How Strong Is Zhenhua Heavy Industry(ZPMC)? Building warships in Europe and the US, with two US Presidents' Endorsement".

The article begins with this: "For China's infrastructure, the most glorious achievement is not how many bridges or buildings it has built, but found a new way to control European and American 'military technology'!"

As for the "US Presidents' endorsement", it's the CCP's sly "wisdom" that no decent people will appreciate it. It refers to an unexpected episode during President Obama's speech at Port Miami, when the wind blew the American flag, it revealed the ZPMC logo. The video was then propagated by the CCP in China and got hundreds of millions of views.

CCP's Transnational Police Operation/Repression

It is my opinion that when we take a legal approach to deal with the CCP’s Transnational Police Operation/Repression, we have to keep the following things in mind:

We are dealing with the CCP’s MSS agents, undercovers, people who may not have been recruited directly by the CCP’s intelligence department but through quid pro quo deals and who have been trained to lie in the most cunning way；

Evidence shows that the CCP has already built up their legal sources in the western countries to help them to circumvent surveillance, investigation, make a case difficult to build up;

The term “Transnational” here should not be limited to China’s law enforcement in other countries without notice to the local governments, but also taking advantage of the limitation of the western jurisdictions (for example: the criminals are in one country and the victims are in another country). It also means abusing the social media platforms(with the transnational nature) to wage cyber attacks;

They will trivialize their official operation to an individual case. Take the assassination of Jinjin Li, aka Jim Li, 李进进 as an example, many pro-CCP warriors prematurely declared that it was a case between two individuals, etc. although many facts indicate otherwise. The other one even said it was a FBI agent told him that. Abuse of Limitation of Jurisdiction

To circumvent legal liability, the CCP usually asks their thug warriors in different country to wage cyber attacks, so that the victim wouldn't be able to take a legal action and the mere legal action so far available is a restraining order (in civil matter), to which, let's quote their remark: "the restraining order is just a toilet paper for me."

How to Identify Their Connection With the CCP?

In most of the CCP's Operation cases, they trivialize the cases to a problem/conflict between individuals, to cover up the nature of official operation, however, what they can't deny is the offenders' pro-CCP standing.

See Through the CCP's Ideology

I recently listened to a statement given by a CCP secret-agent alike person. His posts during and ever since the 2019 Hong Kong Protests on a social media made him look like a Hongkonger in Hong Kong, strongly against the CCP and supports the independence of Hong Kong, however, his accent revealed that he was actually from the mainland of China and served for Jiang Zemin, a former leader of the CCP, also the leader of a faction of the CCP. When he talked about Jiang Zemin's "Three Represents", he said "the 'Three Represents' means we (the CCP) call ourselves socialism, but economically we follow the path of capitalism. However, we can't say it (openly)."

What makes him look like a CCP's secret agent is that when most of the active Hong Kong Protest advocates on Twitter got arrested, disappeared, his account remains active and he goes along with a bunch of pro-CCP people, playing a doubled face.

Due to the CCP's pathological liar nature and the concentrated ruling methods taken in the Communist China, people can hardly understand the CCP's ideology, however, like the blatant move of publishing the book "超限战/Unrestricted Warfare" in many languages, we can always find ways to see through the CCP's true thoughts that they never admit it officially.

Today, I saw an article on Wen XueCheng/文学城，a website targeting Chinese expatriates abroad. The title of the article says "The more chaotic the Middle East is, the better it is: ISIS’ strategy in the Middle East". The author "沉思的托克维尔" write a column for Zhihu/知乎. Zhihu is "an online content community where people come to find solutions, make decisions and seek inspiration" (*1) in China, representing China's mainstream media. Although the author's name looks like a western name, every writing and thinking of the article are made in China. So, the article is not about any original ideology of the ISIS, but a strategy from China.

The article started with an inspiration from "Game of Thrones" and talked about the attacks happened in Kerman, Iran on Jan. 3, 2024. The inspiration is a character's motto: "Chaos is a ladder", saying "the pure motive of killing is to create chaos and benefit from it". It even pointed out that this reflects perfectly the survive rules of a character of the "Game of Thrones",

Back to the 2019 Hong Kong Protests, we all know that during the Protests, in addition to Hongkongers who reasonably asserted their rights and peacefully demanded the CCP to honor the duly signed Sino-British Joined Declaration on Hong Kong, different factions of the CCP also played a huge role in the Protests, but their goal is to replace the CCP leader and maintain the CCP's power.

The CCP's Double-Standard

The more the pro-CCP propagandists talk in Twitter Spaces, the more contradictory and double-standards are exposed, so does the CCP.

For example, today RFA reported that "China's Ministry of State Security(MSS) Detained The Head of a Foreign Consulting Institution For Being British MI6 Spy".

The articled quoted an official statement from China's Ministry of State Security that "MI6 instructed Huang (the accused person) to enter China several times and use (his/her) public identity as a cover to collect intelligence about China."

The ironic thing is, in 2018, the Global Times/环球时报, a "daily tabloid newspaper under the auspices of the CCP's flagship newspaper" *2, defended for Xu Yanjun, who has been charged and later on convicted by the US for "conspiring to and attempting to commit economic espionage and theft of trade secrets" *3.

The defense from the CCP's mouthpiece is "as long as Xu's contacts with American experts are public and the activities he engaged to invite them to China are public, he shouldn't have been charged as espionage."

The article also acknowledged Xu's multiple names and his real position of "Deputy Division Director of the Sixth Bureau of the Jiangsu Province Ministry of State Security", so the CCP's double standard is that they can defend their intelligence agent's fake public cover as non-espionage and accuse a foreign person's public activities as "faked cover" for espionage.

It is worth to note that many people who engaged in the CCP's United Front have no official title, so that when they are being caught, the CCP can easily deny its responsibility and throw them under the bus, let them end their lives just Larry Wu-Tai Chin/金无怠 did.

On Jan. 12, one day before Taiwan's Election, New York Times Chinese published an article: "Taiwan election preview: Why it's important and what does it mean for China and the US".

In this article, the mainstream media literally helped the CCP to threaten both Taiwan and the US by saying (the result of the Election) may "increase the military threat and ultimately drag the United States into a war" which is exact the KMT candidate's political view, as well as the CCP's threat.

What I found interesting is that the authors not only acknowledged their opinion is in favor of Beijing: "China's leaders have denounced the DPP as separatists and said voting for the party to stay in power for another four years equals a choice of war over peace", but also testified for Beijing's interference in Taiwan's election.

The article clearly favored KMT and is optimistic for Hou Yu-ih, KMT's candidate, flattering his "victory is not out of reach", despite Taiwan public distaste for Ma Ying-jeou’s recent remarks that "(we) have to trust Xi".

The American mainstream media who is advocating the CCP's opinion also expected Ko Wen-je(TPP's candidate), and the TPP to play an important opposition role in the legislature, if Lai Ching-te, DPP's candidate, wins the Election. For those who are not familiar with Taiwan's election, Ko and Hou tried to form a joint opposition ticket to overturn DPP government that the CCP hates, however, things didn't go Beijing's way.

One thing that New York Times Chinese said true is that "no matter who wins the election, Beijing is likely to continue to pressure Taiwan through various means and increase military aggression/invasion." If so, why shall Taiwan people vote for a kowtow-leader?

Global WuKong Human Rights Protection Bill

Inspired by the Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act *1 that effectively sanctions foreign officials who slave the people under the totalitarian regimes and deprive them of human rights and of freedom while laundering/hiding their assets in the democratic countries and sending their own family members to enjoy the freedom,

Whereas the infiltration, Transnational Police Operation, herein after referred to as TPO, and or Transnational Repression by foreign secret agents/warriors acting in favor of foreign totalitarian regimes are now the greatest espionage threat democracy has ever faced at home;

Whereas many totalitarian regime warriors, including naturalized citizens in the democratic countries, have long time been abusing the freedom and the human right protection of the country of residence to carry out foreign secret agent activities but fear to be deported back to the totalitarian countries *2;

Whereas totalitarian regimes have developed new modes of warfare such as "Unrestricted Warfare" against democracy, waging transnational police operations/repression: psychological attack through western social media platforms and physical attacks through local pro-totalitarian regime mafia groups;

Whereas in many democratic legal systems, political dissidents can hardly obtain effective protection from local law enforcement, due to the burden to prove a criminal case that is beyond a reasonable doubt whereas the deceptive nature of the secret agent business makes anti-TPO cases difficult to meet the burden;

I would like to introduce a Global WuKong Human Rights Protection Bill to impose sanctions with respect to not-welcomed persons who are responsible for gross violations of human rights and of the dominant beliefs and values in the country of residence, for carrying out secret foreign agent activities, particularly TPO activities, and for other purposes; the Bill is also to provide effective protection for law-abiding dissidents in democratic countries.

Section 1 Definitions:

NOT WELCOMED PERSON - The term "not-welcomed person" means a person who has a legal residence status, including naturalized citizenship, in a democratic country but involved in foreign proxy activities to attack and or repress dissidents, engaged in activities that seriously undermine the dominant beliefs and values of the country of residence and shall be deported back to the totalitarian countries.

DISSIDENT - The term "dissident" refers to a person who disagrees with, criticizes, and is targeted by a foreign totalitarian government and resides in a democratic country where he or she truly upholds the human rights, rule of law and other democratic values of the country of residence, and or helps the country of residence to tackle national threats from the totalitarian regimes.

Section 2 Sanctions Described. - The sanctions described are the following:

1). Criminal restraining order shall be imposed; or

2) deport order may be issued.

Section 3 Protections Described. - Dissident can go to the local police to obtain a temporary criminal restraining order against any cyber or physical threats that he or she received in order to effectively protect him or her and his or her family members.

Notes: Understanding my knowledge limitations, the purpose of this proposal is to contribute an idea to tackle the increasing infiltration and threats imposed by foreign totalitarian regimes. I will provide further details to back up my proposal.

Is the CCP Warmonger? Timeline after 2019 Hong Kong Protests

While the world takes 2019 Hong Kong Protests as Hongkong people's voice against the CCP's unilateral breach of the Sino-British Joint Declaration on Hong Kong, the CCP insists that it was a subversion attempt of the CCP regime by external forces. Every one who knows the CCP understands that suppressing the Protests wouldn't be the ending. I think the following tweet may reflect the CCP's ideology:

Why do I think this person is voicing the CCP's ideology? In the post he pinned, he said "my only position is to put the national interests as the 1st priority" and the country he was referring to was obviously China.

Bearing in mind, there has always been different factions of the CCP fighting each other for the top power. It's also well acknowledged that certain factions of the CCP somehow weaponized Hong Kong Protests in order to take over Beijing but failed.

2019 to 2020

To those who still believe that COVID19 pandemic was a natural disaster, you have to explain why a group of Chinese people who claimed to have the top secret sources about the CCP "predicted" "fatal virus stronger than SARS" in August 2019; why did they advise their followers to stockpile food and announced "some thing big is happening..." on November 30, 2019 or even earlier? We later learned that the 1st COVID19 case in records was found on December 1, 2019. It was also them who firstly introduced Hydroxychloroquine as the treatment for coronavirus disease (COVID19), the unprecedented disease in the human history. Why did Beijing close down Wuhan city but remain the international air flights open to the world?

All of those may be "co-incident" but the PLA does have its bioweapon plans announced years ago and their book "Unrestricted Warfare" was published with the subtitle "China's Master Plan to Destroy America".

Myanmar Coup in 2021

The Myanmar Coup took place on the morning of Feb. 1st, 2021, deposed the democratically elected members of NLD and Myanmar's military took the power.

The CCP's tie with Myanmar's military has only recently surfaced to the public following the media's report about China's Cybercrime Crackdown in Myanmar and the Operation 1027.

As per VOA's report, "Myanmar rebels have launched a series of coordinated attacks known as “Operation 1027” that outside analysts say have given them new momentum in their struggle against the military junta. The operation also reportedly aligns with China’s interest in cracking down on transnational crime in the region, particularly cybercriminals who target Chinese consumers."

Behind the VOA's narrative that is probably approved by Beijing, here is what we heard from other channels.

The so-called "Myanmar rebels" had no money, hundreds people, and no weapons, before "Operation 1027", within few days, they managed to form troops with thousands of soldiers, obtained sophisticated weapons and accurate intelligence cooperation.

Why? According to @tankman2002 who used to be a criminal investigator/police in China, on Oct. 20, there was a mass killing of Chinese people who were trying to escape from Crouching Tiger Villa/卧虎山庄, a telecom scam compound in Kokang, Myanmar. Four under-covered Chinese intelligence officers who organized the runaway were buried alive after they showed up their official identity. People may have the same question as I had, why did these officers reveal their identity after the runaway plan failed? It goes back to the CCP's support and cultivation of Myanmar Communist Party and Military warlords, the CCP is like the big brother of the Myanmar military warlords. The latter were supposed to show respect to Beijing, not dared to kill Beijing's official representatives.

VOA's report corresponds to the above mentioned details but not to the history between the CCP and the Myanmar military warlords.

Whereas @tankman2002 pointed that the CCP's strategy was "killing with borrowed knife/借刀杀人": "attack using the strength of another when in a situation where using one's own strength is not favorable. For example, trick an ally into attacking them or use the enemy's own strength against them. The idea is to cause damage to the enemy via a third party."

The borrowed knife, referred to as "Myanmar rebels" by VOA, is the Myanmar National Democratic Alliance Army, MNDAA. Before Operation 1027, MNDAA was the weakest force among the armed organizations in Kokang, no money, no weapon and no soldiers. On Oct. 27, after Beijing government was determined to retaliate, the leader of MNDAA suddenly issued an open letter to Myanmar people, declared a war against the telecom fraud, with weapons, soldiers and accurate intelligence co-operation ready. By the way, it reflects the CCP's double standards, while criticizing Israel's counter-fight against Hamas' terrorist attacks, the CCP took a flash retaliatory military action and cleaned up the military and telecom scam group in Myanmar.

Another media report likely from China on the Operation 1027 is similar to @tankman2002's report, except it covered-up the source of the weapons that MNDAA obtained as "mysterious" and "unknown".

According to @tankman2002, Kokang, where many telecom scam centers located used to be part of China in the history, the language and culture there are same as that of Yunnan, China. Kokang even shares with China the telecommunications networks, area code and the currency: RMB.

In his YouTube video, @tankman2002 presented details about China's export of the Communism to southeast Asian countries in 1960s and said the CCP's attempt to overturn those countries' government was the reason of the anti-Chinese sentiment and violence at that time. China trained Myanmar Communist leaders in Beijing, sent Myanmar Communist key personnel to the 54th Field Army of the PLA to study. Pheung Kya-shin, the chairman of the Kokang Special Region in Myanmar (Burma) and the leader of the Myanmar National Democratic Alliance Army (MNDAA), was one of them.

In July 1967, China's official media openly appealed that "Firmly support the armed struggle of the Myanmar people under the leadership of the Communist Party of Myanmar". They dispatched military advisory team to Myanmar, sent PLA soldiers to join Myanmar Communist's military force.

By the way, @tankman2002 is not the only one who revealed the close tie between the CCP and the Myanmar Military forces as you can see below:

Someone even pointed finger at the CCP for the telecom scam:

Echo to the above allegation, the CCP officially revealed that two wanted fugitives in the telecom fraud case of Myanmar Bai Yinglan/白应兰, aka Li Mengna/李梦娜 and Wei Rong/魏榕, aka Chen Rong/陈榕，actually have their civil registration record in China! They are literally Chinese! For those who don't understand China's Civil Registration System/户籍制度，it's a system that records every natural citizen born in China.

Russia's Invasion of Ukraine in 2022

There is a Wikipedia page created for "China and the Russian invasion of Ukraine" saying "following the Russian invasion of Ukraine, China's position has been ambivalent. On one hand, it has blamed enlargement of NATO, which Russia has stated as a reason for starting the war. On the other hand, it has stressed respect for Ukraine's territorial integrity."

I think the page was created by western people because the CCP's position isn't "ambivalent" at all, in my point of view. The CCP's pro-Russia position is for real whereas its so-called "respect for Ukraine's territorial integrity" is merely a diplomatic cliché saved as a justification for its military invasion of Taiwan under the One China policy.

In the article, it says "China needs a strong and successful Russia. Here is the message to the US: except military aid to Russia to attack Ukraine, China is doing everything else". Meanwhile, it sets the bottom line: "anyone who wants to dismember and destroy Russia, you step on China's bottom line" and repeated again the China-Russia joint-declaration "China needs a strong and successful Russia".

When we talk about the CCP's Public Opinion Warfare, we can't ignore the CCP's infiltration of the western mainstream media. Let's talk about it.

Today is November 12, 2023, here are some headlines on 文学城/Wenxuecity, "a Chinese-language website targeting Chinese expatriates and people who work/or study abroad":

"Being involved in two wars, does the United States still have the strength to fight against China?"

In order to convince readers that this is an important message sending from the America, it mentioned the source as NYT, believed to be The New York Time, American mainstream media.

Another headline is badmouthing Israel, saying "the conflict between Israel and Hamas continues, and the war weakens the Israeli economy" and the article source is RFI, Radio France Internationale, the state-owned international radio news network of France.

The most eye-catching one is this "Six key points you need to know about Biden and Xi's meeting". It says that the source is 美国之音/Voice of America, the state-owned news network and international radio broadcaster of the USA, but the details reveal that it seems from a CCP's mouthpiece.

By reading the paragraph below, I can hear the voice of the broadcasting from CCTV, China Central Television, or of any spokesperson of China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs: "On the morning of November 4, US Presidential Special Envoy for Climate Issues John Kerry and China's Special Envoy for Climate Change Xie Zhenhua held talks in the "Sunny Country" of California to discuss how to respond to the climate crisis, strengthen execution, and promote the success of the 28th United Nations Climate Change Conference. and other issues for in-depth discussion. In 2013, then-U.S. President Obama and Chinese leader Xi Jinping held a historic meeting at this manor."

The VOA's article also talked about "China’s strategic considerations for agreeing to hold this meeting", it's not guessing, but directly sending messages from Beijing.

"What we're going to see next week is a series of high-level contacts between Chinese and American companies and investors trying to signal that China is open for business, and also trying to signal to the global business community that China is an attractive place." The person who gave this statement is NOT a Chinese official, but Mr. Jude Blanchette, "Freeman Chair in China Studies at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) of America.

In another paragraph cited from a statement of Patricia M. Kim, fellow-foreign police, center for East Asia Policy Studies, John L. Thornton China Center, she referred Xi Jinping as "习主席/President Xi". The appellation in English may sound normal, but in Chinese language, the appellation of "习主席" sounds like a Chinese citizen to show loyalty to Xi. In Twitter Spaces, whenever you hear someone calling "习主席/President Xi", it's like a signal to declare that he/she is pro-CCP.

Among all western mainstream media, VOA, the American State media has long time been targeted by the CCP's infiltration mission and it is now constantly playing a role as Beijing's messenger, mostly by the Chinese VOA who hires many big Chinese influencers who are likely playing double-faces between the US and China, in name of "benefiting the US-China friendship".

On June 5, 2023, VOA published a Chinese article :"Why did the three "Ma"(Ma Ying-jeou/马英九, Emmanuel Macron and Elon Musk) get the high-level reception in Beijing? The author is Deng Yuwen/邓聿文.

In this article, Deng says, by welcoming the three "Ma"s in the highest-level reception, Beijing is sending a message to Washington: "the mainland will not only attack and intimidate Taiwan, but also offer an olive branch" and "it is better to let Taiwan's KMT party win the election next year". It's again, an intimidation, isn't it?

"As for Macron, he says "Macron advocates strategic autonomy for Europe, which is in Beijing's interest and it can be used to divide the US and Europe."

Speaking of why Elon Musk was highly welcomed by Beijing, Deng said "his pursuit of business interests made Beijing believe that a wedge can be inserted between Washington and the Wall Street, forming a geo-economic power against Washington's geopolitical containment.

Based on Elon Musk's standing on pro-Russia's invasion of Ukraine, against Taiwan and against Israel on Hamas' attacks, the message delivered by Deng Yuwen is not only accurate, reflected Beijing's intention, but also proved how successful Beijing controlled and manipulated Elon Musk's influence for the CCP's hegemony dream.

Beside sending message on behalf of Beijing via VOA, Deng also spread disinformation about Qin Gang's disappearance. On July 13, 2023, 邓聿文 posted "according to the latest news, Qin Gang has returned to work." Even today we know this is not true.

On December 26, 2023, few weeks before Taiwan's election, DW, German public, state-owned international broadcaster, interviewed the spokesman of DPP's presidential candidate, Mr. Lai Ching-te. The asked questions were tricky and the headline of the report is very misleading and in favor of the CCP, in my opinon: "Lai Ching-te's spokesman: Taiwanese people can't accept 'peaceful reunification'".

Who's Behind the Hamas Attack?

As always, I will not come with a conclusion but present facts and the connections among them.

As per Wilson Center, the terrorism-brutal attacks started on October 7, 2023, aimed at "civilians in their homes, on city streets and at a music festival". Wilson Center used the term "multi-prong military operation" to categorize the attack. More and more evidence shows that it is likely a premeditated military-level lighting-attack operation for geopolitical reasons.

Why does it seem premeditated?

While most of people believe that "a decade-old global consensus on avoiding civilian casualties" is "growing stronger" in Gaza and both sides have more trusted interlocutors who can help arrange a cease-fire" (https://www.csmonitor.com/Commentary/the-monitors-view/2021/0512/The-hounds-of-peace-that-could-end-the-Gaza-war), they ignored how desperate Russia becomes in the invasion war that it waged against Ukraine and Russia's in-fact-ally, the CCP's evil still remains very much underestimated:

On Oct. 8, the day after the attack, a CCP's mouthpiece, 牛弹琴, posted an article, calling "the bloody and cruel reality" "an unprecedented victory for Hamas".

and paid compliment to Hamas "demonstrated the strong vitality and combat effectiveness of Hamas"：

He even said "when we were working in Jerusalem, one question that we had been asked often was that 'when will there be peace in this land?' The answer is definite: never."

Assuming he used to be an intelligence officer who worked in Jerusalem for the CCP, if he contributed to the attack plot with his above-mentioned view to blame the historic reason, it may explain why he managed to come up quickly with this article that is full of details about the attack, and prematurely blamed the historical hatred for the attack.

Meanwhile, Chinese VOA reported on Oct. 10 that "Anti-Semitism is on the rise on the social media of China". Needless to say, in the Communist China where free speech is highly restricted, beside the official propagandists, who else can stir up public opinion? Without Zhongnanhai's permission, how could any "free speech" become the mainstream on China's social media? It's all under the CCP's Propaganda Department's control.

Another "co-incidence" is: I actually posted on TwitterX, on Oct. 8, my discovery with another link to a different website but to the same article, the link is now "404/not found" which happens very often to sources that I cited in my reports, one of the CCP's strategies to discredit a researcher.

On Oct. 8, 2023, one day after the attacks, 中时新闻/China Times, a Taiwan media published two articles getting to the motives behind the attacks. One of these was titled "War broke out again between Israel and Palestine, directly affecting Ukraine's anti-Russian war".

In this article, it pointed out, without hesitate, the motive behind the attacks "since both Ukraine and Israel need support, it may force the US to make difficult decisions on how to deal with limited arms."

It further stated that "the New York Times reported in Jan. that the US had withdrawn artillery shells from a large ammunition stockpile in Israel that is rarely known, in order to support Ukraine..."

It appears that the author had a long-time preparation before the publication and yet the publication was made one day after the attack took place when most people were still in shock.

In another article published on the same day by the same media 中时新闻/China Times, it says "Hamas lighting attacks have no clear target and are mainly aimed at causing chaos and harm".

Without knowing in advance the purpose of the attacks, I doubt who can make such assertion about the motive within one single day after the attacks.

It is important to note that, according to Wikipedia, the Taiwan media, 中时新闻/China Times, has already veered to pro-CCP position and I think the two articles about the Hamas attacks demonstrated its higher ranking position as CCP's mouthpiece.

In China, a CCP's propagandist, 淡然9764, applauded for Hamas attacks on Israel, saying "China’s diplomatic Tai Chi is getting better. You touch me in the Taiwan Strait, and I provoke you in Israel". Please note that this statement was made in the tone of a Chinese diplomat, not from a nobody.

In addition to the above propaganda of the CCP, considering the "co-incidence" between the date of the attack and of Putin's birth day, as well as the anniversary of the Yom Kippur War, plus Russia's stalemate situation in its invasion war against Ukraine, you will know better the saying that the CCP never takes a move for a single purpose: to leverage the tension between the US and the CCP in Taiwan Strait, to reduce Russia's burden in the Russia-Ukraine war and to give a gift to Putin, one stone and three birds, the CCP's "win-win strategy".

Evidence shows that 淡然9764 plays the CCP's mouthpiece role on Weibo, posted things like "Chinese electric cars are selling like crazy in the Europe. Germany's century-old car-making technology has vanished." and that "Huawei Wenjie M7 released electric car, far ahead. The US and the Europe have lost, everything is connected.

As for the attack aimed at the music festival, here is a tweet post came to my attention. It alleged that China sent multiple “tour groups” of all male members to Israel to upload information about the music festival via WeChat, and then transmitted it to Hamas through Chinese satellites. Hamas dispatched hundreds of AK gunmen to block all exits, executed the massacre.

To this allegation that need to be verified, I would like to point out two facts:

1st, it's a "deja vu" for me to see again the strategy of "blocking all exits and get all people killed or arrested". It was during the 2019 Hong Kong Protests, I saw some pro-CCP people suggested Hong Kong government to deal with the protests with this strategy. If this is what happened to the attack in the music festival, Hamas clearly learned it from the CCP's secret police.

2nd, as for the “tour groups of all male members to Israel to collect information and transmitted to Hamas, it remined me of my discovery in Jun where some illegal immigrants from China were displaying China's flag and making a military salute.

Senator Schumer, if you remember the CCP's ambiguous position at the beginning of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, you will know why the CCP refused to condemn the brutal and multi-prong military operation by Hamas. Bear in mind, when the CCP's elite, Di Dongsheng who serves for Beijing's think tank, referred Dr. Warren Costs as his "friend regardless the big difference of age", he also designed BRICS currency system to destroy the US dollar system and admitted their goal is to destroy the opponent who used to be their "teacher and friend".

Update on Oct. 15, 2023

Based on what I heard from Chinese Twitter Spaces about the Hamas' attacks on Israel, one reason behind the Attacks is to serve the CCP's "Chip War" because "Israel boasts the 2nd largest tech ecosystem outside of Silicon Valley". Two people in different Spaces mentioned the possibility of a war in Korean Peninsula and one of them specified that it's because of South Korea's key role in the world's chip market. According to them, at the end, it will be a war in the Taiwan Strait that serves the CCP's multiple goals including to destroy Taiwan's semiconductor industry. Beside Sima Nan's sarcastic talking skills with the totally misleading tweet post, the CCP has developed sophisticated and deceptive narrative skills to propagate and cover-up their agent-acting behaviors, circumventing detecting/alarming system.

For example, a Twitter account @x9068jEeXBlxHpN who revealed his insider background of China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs posted on Oct. 7 that "Israel deserves it(attacks), due to its own fault", meanwhile, he admitted that "behind Hamas, it's Russia, China and Iran". In another post, he said "Hong Kong and Taiwan helped the CCP become stronger, why do we want to save Taiwan?" He is using true or false information to make conclusions (leave Israel alone, don't save Taiwan) that are in favor of the CCP.

The CCP’s Psychological Warfare

Based on my observation and in my view, the CCP’s Psychological Warfare is part of its Info-Warfare waged mostly on the western social media to indoctrinate, mislead, and propagate in a very deceit and hard to detect way and the result is stunning.

Let’s flash back to 2011 when the West wasn’t paying enough attention to the CCP’s eager to its global hegemony and so-called “rejuvenation” dream and the “corner overtaking”/弯道超车 strategy through the intellectual property infringement, Dr. Lu Xiaolin, a Chinese scientist in the US, published a paper saying “‘stealing’ great ideas, and applying them to a suitable and most desired situation... When one or more industries make breakthroughs in resolving their particular challenges or constraints, other industries could benefit by ‘stealing’ the best”, he even raised a question: “So why not steal more?” While readers at that time may have taken it as a joke, the article set the tone of the CCP’s intellectual property stealing strategy for the following decades.

Further explanation given by a CCP warrior on March 23, 2023 in a Twitter Space says that “China does not need to provide weapons to Russia, except raw materials. Russia’s own capacity is sufficient, as long as they keep their machines working. China provides Russia with production chain supply for military products and daily necessities...” It’s not an odd or personal opinion but the true voice of the CCP, I believe. As you can see, the important message is sent in a hilarious or cliché way, some times mixed with false information, so that you wouldn’t pay attention to it until you wake up and find it’s too late.

What I found disturbing is that the CCP may have started the Psychological Warfare in the West long time ago. Beside the effort to infiltrate into almost every pro-democracy or anti-CCP associations/groups, evidence shows that the CCP started to control who can go abroad long time ago, slowly changing the structure of the over-sea Chinese population to ensure the basis of the CCP's United Front. The CCP knew what kind of applicants can easily get their asylum application passed: Christians, Falun gong practitioners, Uyghurs, LGBT people, HongKongers, etc. and they developed a system and channels cross China and the western countries to send CCP warriors under those cloaks with all faked materials. Here is what I heard in Twitter Spaces: a man came to the US from Xinjiang in around 2020 and got his legal status very quickly via the asylum program. He said he was in prison in Xinjiang but he also revealed that he had constantly visited a Youtuber's live streaming shows while he was in China. To many people’s knowledge, for ordinary people, access western social media like YouTube or Twitter will risk being criminally charged in China but he seemed having no such problem and he was allegedly in prison. Further more, he quickly got a security guard job in the US. While having lots of time on Twitter, his account is associated with many CCP-proxy-acting people. So I am wondering his experience in a prison of Xinjiang was as a prisoner or a prison guard? Did he lie to the American authority? If he was able to access YouTube when he was in China, what may be his mission to the US?

Due to the training mechanism of the PLA, Police and the Ministry of State Security(MSS) , their staff members or family members are believed to have better loyalty to the CCP but the lack of professional background becomes their major challenge to go abroad through the normal immigration process. I was shocked by the majority proportion of the PLA or China’s Police background people who chat in Twitter Spaces day and night.

In another video (I will make it available as soon as possible), you will hear Jinyi S.B.( @dbysjwlblthztms ), Chinese-American acting as the CCP’s wolf-warrior on Twitter, mostly in Twitter Spaces, big-mouthed how to fake as Fa Lungong practitioner and get the legal status in the America. As per her own introduction, she was born in a family of a high-ranking officer of the PLA, came to the US and managed to marry to an American man. Her husband passed away of an unnatural death few years after their marriage. She recently passed the SSA’s interview, receives a generous retirement income benefited from her dead husband and planned to use these benefits to trade a man from China to have a new marriage. She specified that she prefer a PLA soldier. All of these sound reasonable until you connect the dots and see a pattern of sending PLA warriors to the America and maximizing the abuse of the American systems and resources.

One purpose of the CCP’s psychological warfare is to cover the true colors of the CCP’s agents, making it difficult for detectives to obtain evidence and meet the standards for prosecution. She was arrested on Dec. 4, 2022 for threatening a man in front of his house and live-streaming her threat. While she made real threats to people, other CCP warriors among her allies called her “crazy, with mental issues” to cover up the criminal nature of her actions. It reminds me of the assassination of Li Jinjin on March 14, 2022 by Xiaoning Zhang, in which case, in contrary to her “anti-CCP protester image”, she shouted out support for the CCP. As the CCP mastered human nature, they torture the political prisoners not only physically but psychologically. Even if the CCP may release some of them under the pressure of international human rights organizations, they are “smart” to develop all possible means to make them “socially dead/社会死亡”, or live in a miserable condition that is not better than death.

Before his disappearance in February 2020, he was an entrepreneur and had a home in Wuhan, but the CCP made him a homeless person and no relatives are willing to take care of him. We don’t know what kind of torture Mr. Fang suffered in prison but we saw what the CCP is doing after his release: desperately isolating him from any social connection he may have, psychologically torturing him while he seems physically free, created a circumstance and push him to "socially die". While the West is admitting and reflecting the heavy lesson that Wuhan Institute of Virology, abused the US academic funding, and secretly engaged in "gain-of-function research", making viruses more pathogenic or transmissible, Elon Musk's CCP-ally-alike authoritarian propaganda role through his top position of the social media platform Twitter becomes taboo and unchallengeable. To my view, it's either the CCP's Trojan Horse strategy for its infiltration plan against the America, or it's a symbol of the establishment of a world-top totalitarian alliance: CCP, Russia and Elon Musk. Given the fact that Elon Musk's set foot at the cutting edge of economic and technological fields like: electric vehicles, space exploration, digital coin and digital media, it wouldn't be a conspiracy-theory to say that the three may have cut a deal aiming at dominating the future of the world.

On Feb. 23, 2023, one year after Russia began its invasion of Ukraine, weeks after the media reported "China and Russia are as close as ever..." It will grow much stronger over time."

Is it possible that such talk just hit into his head occasionally? Following his tweets in the time line, we can trace the foot prints of an "innocent nerd" to a sophisticated propagandist, leading the public opinion in purpose. Here is Elon Musk's tweet at the beginning of Russia's invasion war against Ukraine:

Later, his propaganda in clear favor of Russia becomes routine such as "victory for Ukraine is unlikely in total war", "trying to retake Crimea will cause massive death, probably fail & risk nuclear war. This would be terrible for Ukraine & Earth", and "Russia has the ability to destroy USA & Europe...", etc.

Could it be Elon Musk's personal thoughts and behaviors or there is someone or power manipulating him behind? Time for truth discovery!

In November 2022, White Paper Protests was sweeping China against the CCP's Zero-Covid policy that caused unreasonable lock-down restrictions and people's death. While helping the voice from China, my account on Twitter remains shadow-banned. Meanwhile, a Chinese-name-alike account "Ian Miles Cheong" @stillgray who frequently exchanges words with Elon Musk on Twitter caused my attention. He tweeted "a single ideology dominates and silences the rest, branding everything it disapproves of as 'violence' and a 'threat to democracy'..." and Elon Musk replied "accurate". Based on Twitter's status at that time and the contexts of this tweet, I don't think he was criticizing the CCP regime but the opinion dominated by the Democrats on Twitter. My guess was proven when Elon Musk chose to refuse to comment on the White Paper Protests in a Twitter Space. While Elon Musk was building his "freedom fighter" picture on Twitter, seemly in favor of the Republicans, he kept buying words from this Cheong who follows some CCP patriot accounts including Hua Chunying's government official account. When Ian Cheong put "CultureWarRoom" in his profile, Elon Musk called a public opinion poll on "what do you think of the culture war?", etc.

After I posted the tweet about my discovery, I noticed that my tweet got only "23" impressions in 6 hours which is even worse shadow-banned situation that I've never experienced before.

It's been 6 years the West started to wake up and to learn how the CCP infiltrated and weaponized the western systems and sources to carry out their agenda. It's the golden rule to become tycoon in China, it may also be the CCP's silver bullet for its United Front work. Nice talking, pleasing, bringing you a "win-win" deal or things you dreamed for, how many people can resist it? Based on Elon Musk's daily personality show on Twitter, the CCP can easily find his Achilles' heel and take him under its control. Other wise, it's difficult to explain why the narcissistic and arrogant top 1 tycoon in the world listens to Ian Cheong, a "social media influencer", taking Cheong's words and repeating them just like a dog or lamb?

While boasting Twitter as "the number one news source", he forget how many faked photos and videos about "former President Trump being arrested" floating on Twitter in March, 2023, he also forget how hypocritical he makes Twitter look like when Twitter issued "enforcement philosophy" to restrict "the reach of Tweets that violate our policies by making the content less discoverable", worsen Twitter's notorious #ShadowBan against the Freedom of Speech. When he used the word "violates" in Twitter's official statement, the example given below says "MAY violate". The sloppy guy is lying as bad as the CCP.

Speaking of SpaceX's Starship launch attempt on April 17, 2023, the CCP unprecedently tore down temporarily the firewall and allowed people to watch the Starship launch. Twitter Spaces: A Window to Better Understand the CCP

Ever since Twitter launched Twitter Space, the CCP extended its Info War tentacles to this new platform. The first Mandarin Twitter Space appeared in around October 2021. While I was curious about the host’s ambushing talking art that gives people goosebumps, I heard that he read through the book of “Criminal Investigation” and he lives a lavish pastoral life in the America. The dots are connected. Going abroad is believed as a reward to the CCP’s outstanding warriors or privileged members. The first difference between them and the ordinary immigrants is that they don’t seem to have to study or work hard for a living but have plenty time and money on chatting in their clear pro-CCP standing. Having a PLA or Police background or alike family background is another common point among most of them. Sending them abroad to enjoy the freedom of the democratic societies with secret United Front missions to uphold the CCP’s dictatorship power fits the CCP top’s double-face on desiring the freedom for themselves but defending the dictatorship on others.

Although China's national security police arrested on May 11, 2022 all five trustees of the 612 Humanitarian Relief Fund and demanded them to hand over information about the donors, I declare hereby that I am proud of being a donor to the 612 Humanitarian Relief Fund and I will never regret to do it. On the other side, I have to say, more I observed the development of Hong Kong Protests, more I felt chilly and shocked about how insidious and cruel the CCP is and how lack of knowledge of the Hong Kong protesters and the public about the CCP. To put it simple, there were at least two opposing factions of the CCP: one is upholding Beijing's power desperately with people's cost; the other is seeking to over turn Beijing's power also with people's cost. As for the latter, they participated in Hong Kong Protests as Hongkongers; they were the first one to post some bloody scenes to gain attention until became an influencer. After Beijing crushed down the protests, they managed to remain safe to which we should be happy for them, isn't it? Until I heard the voice from one of them, in a Twitter Space, unlike Hongkongers, he was actually with a strong mainland accent, chatting, singing and laughing with some people who act obviously as the CCP's proxy.

Given the CCP’s wide and deep infiltration in the West, it should be a good chance for the West to collect information to better understand the CCP. However, the language barrier and the culture gap still remain as the biggest obstacle, especially in Twitter Spaces.

Earlier Warning Being Overlooked

Using Twitter Spaces to collect information, test the public opinion on their up-coming plans or controversial subjects may be the first thing on the CCP’s Info-War list. On Oct. 29, 2021, there was a discussion in a Twitter Space about how to attack #Taiwan. Some one talked about an idea of using civilian ships to covertly and massively invade Taiwan, attack infrastructures like water, gas, electricity supplies and hospitals first, etc. I sent out a warning on Twitter,

Features Resemble Intelligence Agents

Cheating, lying, double-face playing, undercover playing, saying one thing and doing another are the most exciting things that the long-time-chatting-in-Twitter Spaces people enjoy. “Coincidentally”, they all support the CCP. Showing-off their golden time as the privileged establishment in China is also a fun for them in Twitter Space. PLA’s General Staff Department, Intelligence Bureau, PLA’s Army Corps of Engineers, PLA’s Logistics Department, Special Forces, etc. are also key words that we hear very often in their conversation. If their cyber-activities are limited to that, they wouldn’t be entitled to ask or discuss the “appropriation/经费” （money allocated for specific purpose ）in Twitter Spaces.

During the lock-down in Shanghai where many people died due to lack of food, one CCP-propagandist-acting person posted some luxury food supply in an upscale residential area clearly only for the top privileged people, as a defense for the CCP’s inhuman Zero COVID policy. When I questioned him how could he possible as a Shanghaie, to have no empathy towards his fellow citizens in Shanghai, his answer is very “CCP-warrior” like: “They asked for help? What does it have to do with me? Is it your business?”

One reason that China became so corrupted in the last decades is that most officials and those who have some power/privileges in their position tend to abuse their power, especially those in the intelligence business, thanks to the CCP culture. While carrying out their cyber activities, the CCP warriors often use their privileges in the intelligence/police system of China, to intimidate people with releasing their privacy. Since releasing privacy is considered as a violation by Twitter, the CCP cyber warriors usually have many accounts for attacking purpose, dare to violate the rules and risk to be suspended.

They will join any Twitter Space where many people tune in and pin the attacking post in the Space for the best attacking result. So far, to my observation, even if someone reports a serious violation taking place in a Twitter Space, Twitter wouldn’t take any effective action to deter such violation. Thanks to Twitter’s co-operation with the CCP’s MMS agent to let them better know Twitter and abuse it for the CCP’s Info-War.

Even More Concealed and Cunning Info-War Against the US

Every one who watched “The Good Wife” knows that releasing the family member’s privacy/scandal of the opposing candidate is not a decent campaign strategy and wouldn’t help to get votes from swing voters. The question is who started releasing Hunter Biden documents during the US’s 2020 election? Did it come in good faith? @Coco198946 said it was him/her who asked Guo Wengui and his team to release Hunter Biden documents. Who is @Coco198946? I don’t know but the address he/she gives as home address in his/her profile is the address of the Ministry of State Security of the People's Republic of China!

As for what he/she said about Secretary Pompeo, a real fighter against the CCP, in my opinion, if you read the court documents about Guo Wengui, you will know that one strategy that the CCP used to attack the individual enemy of the CCP is to approach and provide funds as a “supporter” and then let someone come up and say that the funds come from the CCP.

Although most people in the West have already waked up to the cunning CCP, underestimating how cunning the CCP is remains as high probability event.

While we are happy to see that the FBI and the Safeguard Defenders have been tackling and exposing the CCP’s bold transnational policing, illegal proxy operations in the US and other countries, please don’t miss the point that the CCP tends to use Chinese-Americans to do such dirty work with various cover-up and they believe that it is almost impossible for the American government to deport a naturalized citizen. Thanks to Twitter Space, I got a chance to listen to what they say and found out that all of the Chinese people who approached me as “sympathetic toward dissidents” on Twitter in the last few years eventually revealed their pro-CCP standing. To my observation, among the pro-CCP people active in Twitter Spaces, there are different circles resemble different factions of the CCP: Northeast group, aka Mang group/盲圈，anti-Mang group, fifty-cent-warrior group, and pro-Republic-of-China group (prefer the status of China before 1949, founding of the PRC)， aka 民国派, etc. None of them really support the freedom and the democracy but act in different role for different purposes because they all some how accidently released their pro-CCP standing at some point. Speaking of fishing account, for example, in the tweet below @libertythe1st released a private message between him and a person called “Public self-media” in which the latter said “(they) call ‘take down the CCP’, they are in fact CCP members”, “it will be easier to infiltrate”, “say whatever the traitors like (in Twitter Spaces) but don’t post anything”. @libertythe1st said “Public self-media” wanted to recruit him to serve the MSS.

On the other hand, @libertythe1st seems also double-playing on Twitter: in the account @libertythe1st he complained that he was detained by the police in China because of his “pro-democracy activities” on Twitter; on the other hand, he uses a fifty-cent warrior-alike account @itfeelscontent to defend the CCP:

It’s hard to verify because the source @a70146 deleted those tweets, however, I do notice a Twitter account who complained the “Zero COVID policy” on Twitter and disappeared for a while, when he came back, he made a U turn to strongly support the CCP.

As for the protests against the inhuman and politicized Zero-COVID policy swept China in November, 2022, while people in China and outside China all appreciate @whyyoutouzhele(Teacher Li is Not Your Teacher/李老师不是你老师）’s timely-fashion report, the CCP waged a cyber attack against Teacher Li.

Since Elon Musk, Twitter’s new CEO, chose to remain silent about #ChinaProtests for Freedom and Democracy, my guess is that those CCP-cyber warriors accounts will remain active.

The CCP started a long time ago a study called “舆情分析/Intelligence Research on Public Opinion”, including “domestic and foreign Internet data analysis” that serves their “National Security”, which means the CCP’s ruling stability.

Combined with psychology study, the CCP developed a package of Cyber Info-War strategies that is very deceitful. For example, @MischaEDM used to be a senior follower of Miles Kwok, aka Guo Wengui, had a very close contact with some famous American politicians like Steve Bannon, General Spalding, Kyle Bass, etc., however, like many followers who turned to be pro-CCP, she turned to against Miles Kwok and works closely with an anti-MilesKwok team likely supported by the CCP. Dr. Lawrence Sellin openly called her “CCP agent account” last year.

Lu Jiamei @DooooouDou,Chinese-American, also gained trust from Dr. J Michael Waller @JMichaelWaller to believe she is “pro-Trump, supports the Republican and against the CCP”, however, right after the 2020 election, Lu turned to against Trump and attacked the America. Later, she went even further to defend for the CCP, just like she approached Miles Kwok, aka 郭文贵，for few months then turned to against him and led a campaign to file massive criminal complaints against him. It's a consensus that those who constantly work for anti-Miles Kwok are backed up by the CCP. Lu's U turns are not only illogical but also resemble the undercover agent's work we see in movies.

One strategy that I observed is that the CCP-agent-acting people tend to mix the truth with lies, telling the truth in a joking manner so that people wouldn’t take it seriously until they wake up and find it’s too late.

Lu Jiamei ‘s husband, Dr. Lu Xiaolin, a Chinese Scientist in the America, published a paper in 2011 saying “when one or more industries make breakthroughs in resolving their particular challenges or constraints, other industries could benefit by ‘stealing’ the best” and “why not steal more of RF and DSP technology to get rid of the nasty low-frequency upstream band and open high-frequency band of an HFC network?” It makes sense a decade after when we look back the CCP’s serious espionage problem that goes wild and became now the 1st priority of the FBI.

The CCP’s Achilles Heel

Many Western leaders feel perplexed and helpless by the CCP wolf-warriors’ presumptuous and condescending remarks. If they are able to detail some information about the top CCP leaders' and the establishment's assets in the West and about sending their family members to study or live in the West, piercing the CCP's "saying one thing and doing another" nature, they will get the Achilles heel of the CCP.

Red Aristocracy in Twitter Spaces

As many people point out, the CCP is divided into many factions, fighting each other for the top power. However, maintaining the power and privileges that the CCP establishment, aka “red aristocracy/红色贵族”，looted from the Chinese people is their common goal.

They were showing off the ill-gotten gains that their “red aristocracy” parents plundered from the Chinese people, mocking and attacking people as "poor bitch/穷逼", calling “all anti-CCP people are liars”, propagating that "being rich or poor is determined when you are born, you have no choice but to accept whatever comes to you". Such brainwashing can never be propagated officially but carried out by the privileged 2nd generation of the red aristocracy, acting as the CCP proxy in Twitter Spaces.

The Role played by Whitney Duan/段伟红

Part of her role is what we called “白手套/代持者”，meaning holding assets secretly on behalf of big guys. For example, a shareholder of a company that we can find in the registrar is not the real shareholder. Between the “shareholder-in-name” and the real shareholder, there is a secret contract to acknowledge the real holder’s title and rights. As such, the big guys can be rich in the shadow and their assets can be hidden from the public. The deal may be well covered by legal documents but one thing can’t be avoided is to lie to the public registrar.

As for the “白手套” who serves the top level of the CCP to manage their assets in dark, it requests the highest loyalty or trust, yet “every relationship formed among those who work within the Party system in China is saturated by calculations of benefit and loss” (page 11 of 608), so how did Desmond and Whitney gain the trust from Wen family, when they were merely “coming from poverty” (page 8 of 608)?

As we know, the former Premier of China, Wen Jiabao/温家宝 is from the city of Tianjin, Desmond’s grandmother on his mother’s side "came from a wealthy family from Tianjin” (page 21 of 608) and “she never worked a day in her life and had servants even during the darkest days of the Cultural Revolution” which was almost impossible for ordinary Chinese people. We later learned that it is because her association with “patriotic overseas Chinese”, Desmond’s grandfather in Hong Kong. The patriotic overseas Chinese are the force behind the CCP’s United Front /统一战线, a strategy where propaganda and psychology come into play and to serve world-widely the CCP’s goal. From Red Roulette, I see Desmond following in his grandfather’s footsteps or maybe we can say that his grandfather’s “patriotic overseas Chinese” status privileged Desmond to gain trust from the top leaders of the CCP.

Speaking of Whitney, I believe her “coming from poverty”, but her saying that "if you pulled my corpse out of my coffin and whipped it, you’d still find no dirt”(page 145 of 608), the unnormal “arrangement for her to work as a deputy county chief in Shandong” (page 144 of 608) when she worked for the president of Nanjing Polytechnic Institute, which is “closely associated with the People’s Liberation Army”, aka PLA, as well as another magic arrangement by the same president of the University to transfer her to a company run by China’s military suggest that she may have passed special training courses to develop high loyalty to fit jobs under the control of the Ministry of State Security, aka MSS, of China. To many Chinese people’s understanding, the MSS is the authority with the super power above all and requests the highest loyalty to the CCP.

From the top to the bottom, I don’t think there is anyone in the CCP feel secured and there are many factions in the CCP fighting each other for the power. Given Whitney’s above mentioned background, I am wondering if her duty also includes monitoring Wen and his family. As for Huang Xuhuai, “Auntie Zhang’s mianshou/面首, a gigolo” described by Desmond, his work such as “doing dirty laundry, getting people out of jail or making people go away” (192 of 608) sounds like a MSS agent job.

As the word "gang”(faction of the CCP) is being mentioned repeatedly in Red Roulette and most of the major characters(Wen Jiabao, Whitney, even Desmond himself) in the book are somehow related to Tianjin(a city in China), it reminds me of the Tianjin gang/天津帮, a faction of the CCP based in Tianjin.

Given the deceptive nature of the CCP which to my observation continues fooling many western politicians, I would like to share my experience of being approached and then attacked by a group of people who are likely related to the CCP’s Tianjin gang.

How did I step into the CCP’s radar?

In June 2018, Zhou Libo/周立波 (Chinese comedian) and Tang Shuang/唐爽 (Chinese scientist) went separately to a media to tell their versions of the criminal case in which, both of them were arrested by New York police for a loaded pistol and a plastic bags containing crack cocaine found in the car they rode. As a legal professional, I analyzed their stories, trying to find out the truth. My analysis caused some sort of stir not only on YouTube but also in the mainland of China, but more I dug, more I realized that the mysterious 3rd person in this case may be what we called “白手套” who holds assets abroad for the powerful people in China. While threatening messages keep coming in, those who re-posted my videos on China’s social media disappeared from Twitter.

Following the sudden death of WangJian/王健, on November 20, 2018, I analyzed the information released by Miles Kwok/郭文贵. Few days after, he openly “complimented” my analysis

but his words sound weird to me: “looking forward to hearing more treasures that I buried be found by her”. I analyze facts, not something he releases with the intention to guide me to a conclusion that he expected!

The next year, in February, 2019, as the founder, Miles Kwok introduced Rule of Law Foundation to the public. I, as a Paralegal in Québec with experience mostly in corporate laws and translated to Chinese the Business Corporations Act of Québec, reviewed the website and their official statements, raised some legal concern about the not-for-profit corporation in my video. It pissed him off.

In around May or June, 2019, one day, I saw a greeting to me on Twitter. It was from “Fang Lao”/“方老”, a frequent guest of Lude Talk Show/路德访谈. Lude Talk show was the flagship media of Miles Kwok who started the Whistle-Blowing Movement/爆料革命 against the CCP. “Fang Lao” is being known as a senior guard for the top leaders of the CCP, back to 1950s. He introduced himself as a retired old man and supports Miles Kwok. His heavy Tianjin accent is very impressive. His approach was weird to me because I had never interacted with him.

As he often called in Lude Talk show but he was still in China, it appears that he has some privileges that ordinary Chinese people don’t have: to access western media like YouTube or Twitter, and even openly talk about “anti-CCP”. I further noticed that Liwei Zhang, the person who passed the greeting to me posts often articles of People’s Daily/人民日报, the CCP’s mouthpiece. Can I trust him? You tell me.

Both Desmond and Mathew Pottinger talked a lot about the CCP’s United Front work that serves the CCP, especially the Ministry of State Security (MSS), as well as the CCP’s intelligence system. The CCP targets people with specialties and use the notorious coercive tactics to lure or intimidate them to do things in favor of the CCP. Thanks to their study of human nature, they developed the coercive tactics that usually lead most targets to cave. Desmond’s earlier life in Hong Kong and his education in the America made him the target of the CCP’s United Front Department. His dream and “desire to make something of his lives” (page 6 of 353) may have made things easier for the CCP to convince him to work as “a member of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC)”. Although Desmond eventually came up to support Hong Kong Protests in 2019, during the Umbrella Movement of Hong Kong in 2014, he was “directed by the CPPCC officials to go to “organize and fund counterdemonstrations.” (page 262 of 353)

I think Miles Kwok’s “compliment” on my analysis and then the fact that I raised the legal concern about the Rule of Law Foundation that he founded made the CCP to believe that I may be useful for them, but I did those things out of my legal profession. The reason why “Fang Lao” approached me reminds a question.

Tianjin Gang’s further approach

For years, I made my standing clear via my YouTube videos, tweets and blogs: uphold the Human Rights, the Democracy and the truth that the CCP violates, hates, and covers up.

In earlier 2020, some people approached me either by pretending as my fan or openly recommended my YouTube channel to attract my attention. I made a courtesy reply to them and still felt a debt of gratitude towards them. In August, 2020, because of her recommendation, I was framed as part of the circle with Iris Brush and we both have been targeted and threatened to dox us. I reported the issue to the authorities and suggested Iris Brush to do the same.

How Wild The CCP Is?!

In the following months, Iris Brush (her current Twitter accounts include but not limited to @GiantC2021, @cfcwjcfcwj and @kwtcdj ) and I exchanged private messages on Twitter. She was in grateful for my help such as detecting lies of those who attacked us, voicing out the findings and the truth through my YouTube videos. I also helped her to draft English message sometimes.

To gain my trust seems one of her goals but I maintained constant watchfulness and kept a distance with her. I told her that I wouldn’t act differently in private messages, but we both shall keep the private messages confidential, except the other party’s consent, she agreed. Yet, she revealed our private messages in October, 2021 on Twitter and Twitter Spaces. On the other hand, my watchfulness is paid off. The revealed messages did not destroy me but revealed how deceptive and despicable she is, pretending supporting me but asking me to shut up, remain silent which is what the CCP wants. She promised time and time again she wouldn’t release the messages, but she did, just like Huawei did to T-Mobile, and the CCP did to Hong Kong.

We now know that she was born in Tianjin, in a family of a senior military officer of the PLA of China, a “red aristocracy”. Although she is now an American citizen and lives in California, she is acting as a CCP-propagandist, openly defending for the CCP, bullying and cursing people just like a CCP thug:

As I said before, beside Iris Brush's approaching to me as an “accident”, there was another man (late in 2021, he revealed his nickname “Crazy Charlie”) approached me as a fan, praised and shared my YouTube videos. His current twitter account is @xingqiqicunban. He asked me to unblock “Big sister from Tianjin”/”天津大姐“ @monicabi5，and we then had some private message exchange on Twitter. The “Big sister from Tianjin” has been an influencer, with 22.8K followers. They are all now engaging in cyber activities in favor of the CCP . The CCP swiftly took control over the Chinese community on the new social media platform: #TwitterSpaces. Iris Brush, a red aristocracy literally acting as a CCP-propagandist, is the top influencer in Chinese Twitter Spaces and has been clearly backed up by Beijing. A “co-incidence” is that when Qin Gang, the new Chinese Ambassador to the US raised the discrimination issue in the US, Iris Brush opened a space of which the subject is “Let’s talk about the discrimination against African-Americans in the US”.

What I find interesting is that Iris Brush’s dictator-and-thug-like bullying manner represents perfectly the CCP: no one can like/re-tweet her enemies’ stuff, otherwise, you will be attacked day by day and flooded with stinking language and curses. When someone said something not in her favor, she askes “kneel down/跪着!” and then moves him/her from speaker to listener.

Following my update of this blog yesterday Jan. 5, 2022, Iris Brush voluntarily disactivated one of her major accounts: @GiantC2021. Based on her “Twitter-Space talking” in the past, this is just a protection to distract and get away from surveillance/tracking for a valuable and influential account. As long as Twitter does not suspend this account, she can always reactive it when she wants.

Turns out, she just changed her Twitter ID from @GiantC2021 to @GiantC2022 to get away from tracking but still maintain her followers, tweets, and every thing in her tweet account. It proves again that how the CCP has been catching loopholes of the Western system or exploiting it to counter the western world.

From Peng Ming’s Death to See the Tip of the Iceberg of the CCP’s Oversea Agents/Intelligence System and of the Cyber Warfare

The reason that Mr. Peng Ming, aka 彭明, the prominent Chinese Democracy activist, was targeted by the CCP to hunt him back to China” may be this: when he was in exile in California, the US, he established a committee to unite anti-communist forces abroad and to end the CCP’s ruling. On May 22, 2004, when he traveled to Myanmar, he was, according to his defense, kidnapped by Chinese agents and Burmese soldiers and then taken back to China until November 29, 2016, he died in prison. When he was arrested, he was apparently ambushed: there were 8 guns pointed at him.

Another clue to the likely Fox-Hunt operation is RFA’s report, “Peng was tricked into going to Myanmar by Chinese agents” and “he was lured by eight secret Chinese police to the border of Burma and Thailand where he was kidnapped” 2. For those who don’t understand why it must be the border of Thailand and Burma, Peng’s travel destination is Thailand but Burma is referred to as the CCP’s back-yard where the CCP can do pretty much everything they want just like in the CCP’s jurisdiction.

It’s been said that the CCP has been placing agents around the prominent Chinese democracy activists abroad to monitor, sabotage or compromise their activities and maintain the stability of the CCP’s power. When Peng Ming was ambushed, he was with his most-trusted assistant called “Chang Chun”, aka ”常春” or “曾长春”, and a mysterious female friend called Zhong Ping, aka 钟萍 4. While the arrest of Peng Ming made the headlines, the assistant Chang Chun disappeared from the public eye. As for the female friend Zhong Ping, she was released after a short detention.

One year after the death of Peng Ming, at the end of 2017, there were two Twitter accounts created， namely @qiboying and @xiaoyunduo123. It’s alleged that the two accounts are linked to the names called “齐伯英/Qi BoYing” or “罗康杰/Luo KangJie” but under the same person’s control. Who is it? In a message sent by @qiboying to @jiurou8964 and released by the latter says tha he, 齐伯英(@qiboying), was the one took Peng Meng out of the jail. Based on Peng Ming’s biography, it was referring Peng’s 1st arrest and release in 2000 when Chang Chun was his assistant. The message also attached a photo showing Peng Ming with a man believed to be Chang Chun, the same assistant disappeared from the scene when Peng Ming was ambushed and abducted.

In addition, the recent photos of Qi BoYing or Luo KangJie found on the Internet are very similar to Peng’s assistant Chang Chun, the “trusted-assistant” who vanished from the scene when Peng was ambushed. If it is Chang Chun, it makes sense that he back to the public only after Peng’s death. The above-mentioned article also mentioned Zeng Hong, aka 曾宏，identified as Chang Chun/Zeng ChangChun’s brother who has been approaching many prominent Chinese political dissidents in the US like Miles Guo, aka 郭文贵 and Tang BaiQiao, aka 唐柏桥. Co-incident?

As the military strategy book “Unrestricted Warfare” suggests, the CCP has already developed some novel approaches to wage a war against its opponents including cyber war that is not only to steal information but also to smear, attack, threaten, and eventually eliminate unwanted voices. The CCP’s notorious Fox Hunt program surely adopted some thing new. Meanwhile, due to the language barrier, the West can hardly detect and monitor the CCP’s agents’ activities on the Internet and they are going wild.

Further more, General Milley’s comment on #TalibanTakeover “there was noting that I or anyone else saw that indicated a collapse of this [Afghan] army and this [Afghan] government in 11 days” also shed light on a blind spot of the western intelligence system.

The West appears to trust only few prominent Chinese figures but forget two things: 1. If these figures/associations have already been prominent enough, they will likely be targeted by the CCP’s “United Front” weapon and coerced to co-operate somehow with the CCP; 2. If these figures became influential quickly, chances are, they may be on the top level of the CCP’s propaganda ranking system: respond to the CCP’s call in critical circumstances only and influence the public in a psychological implication way in favor of the CCP. As for the voices who refused to be coerced, the CCP will desperately suppress them by all possible means.

Speaking of the CCP’s “magic weapons”, the United Front/统一战线， the approach of which can be interpreted as BGY strategy: B for Blue meaning cyber attack, G for Gold meaning money bribery and Y for Yellow, meaning sexual seduction, the human-nature-mastering approach can put most of human beings under the CCP’s control, isn’t it?

It may explain why the Chinese Democracy movement has been achieved very little in decades. The CCP’s infiltration is deep and wide because as we see in the above-mentioned example, the CCP usually offers a dual-interest proposal, maintain the prominent figure’s image of “pro-democracy” and also serves the CCP’s fundamental goal: to maintain the CCP in power.

A recent cyber-attack came to my attention may reveal a tip of the CCP’s intelligence/agents network infrastructure abroad. One thing that some targets/victims of this attack have in common is that they have filed reports with the FBI regarding the CCP’s espionage issue that they discovered. Furthermore, most of people who’re involved in the team-work attack are somehow tied to the CCP. It’s interesting to note that some team-members are deliberately chosen located outside of the American jurisdiction like Japan, South Africa and Europe.

The attack goes after me after I discovered some posts on YouTube and openly sounded an alarm of the potential terrorist-like and anti-humanity attack. The posts are in Mandarin “澳洲是下一个放毒目标”（Australia is the next target to poison）,“台湾才刚刚开始”（What’s happening in Taiwan is just beginning) and “不跪下的就会被放毒”（Whoever not kowtows will be poisoned）.

2. 悠然（ @youran888001 ）and 秃驴（ @mochen19057143 ）: The two accounts are probably under one person’s control. Like 活阎王 @wEtA1NaL2YFm36g, these accounts also bear China’s military wolf characteristics, such as military slogan “作风优良，能打胜仗，召之即来，战之必胜”(Well disciplined, able to win battles, always on standby, and win the battle) and a troop number “83571″. Most of the followers have a flag of PRC in their profile which is believed to be an icon of the CCP’s warriors. By the way, the CCP has been abusing and weaponizing "#patriotism" to intimidate Chinese people. The #OneChina policy is NOT about #China but the CCP.

3. 十三妖（@0MPjgsI24hLEgTq）: This account introduced herself as a producer at the CCTV, the state-owned TV station of China and the CCP’s mouth piece. She said the reason she engaged in the attack is to clean the Chinese community and get ride of dirty language insulting, name calling. Turns out, her weapon is equally dirty or even more stinking language. Her "saying one thing and doing another” is also a good example of the CCP’s double-standard.

4. Demi Stiebel( @demis1111 and @house555888 ), Chinese-American, married to an American attorney. She likes bragging how rich she is and her private relationship with the Attorney General of Illinois. It is alleged that her husband introduced an investment-immigration project to China and that project is being called “investment scheme” in a legal document filed by the SEC.

Study shows that the marriage visa, political asylum program and particularly the investment-immigration program in the western countries are likely being exploited by the CCP to send abroad their agents and the assets of the establishment. Demi’s tweets demonstrated her relationship built in both America’s legal system and China’s police system. Like others in this attack team, her pro-CCP standing is also without doubt. Her reply to a suggestion that “你们四个成立个党支部吧/ you four set up a branch of the CCP” is “海外第五纵队/ oversea Troop No. 5″ which according to Google search is “generally referred to as an enemy spy who is hidden inside the opponent and has not been exposed”.

Further to the study mentioned above, Iris Brush revealed details of faking materials for political asylum via FaLunGong and Chinese Churches that gained trust from the west but have already deeply been infiltrated and controlled by the CCP.
