I hate politics … unfortunately, they dictate my everyday life. Capitalism sucks and I hope it dies soon. Do yourself a favor and join a union.

An example to prove OP's point: In my local town, a "call on demand" service was introduced, with the goal of ensuring cheap and reliable transportation for the elderly. A noble idea. The execution, however? Showing a total lack of understanding towards the target audience. In order to "call" the service, you actually have to make a reservation using an app. If you want to use the app, you also need a smartphone (and internet connection, which is another can of worms). Now, how many elderly people in rural/small town Germany have a smartphone? The number is quite small. The service is now mostly used by young partygoers who don't want to pay taxi fees or rely on the (not so reliable) night bus—which is perfectly understandable but defeats the original purpose, has taxi companies grabbing their pitchforks and is wasting taxes because somehow the service is pricier than a regular small bus (and the local bus company refuses to provide an extra service due to various issues).
Another example are cars. While using your smartphone while driving is forbidden for good reasons, using the inbuilt touchscreen is somehow not. In some manufacturers' cars, even essential features like lights and windshield wipers are hidden in the depths of a touchscreen menu (apparently Tesla is the worst). So now the EU NCAP has released a new guideline that cars will only get the best rating if they have buttons etc. for safety-relevant features, as to not distract drivers (https://www.motor1.com/features/758347/buttons-back-in-cars-touchscreens/).
TL;DR: Make things accessible and analog again.
i think it should be illegal to not have paper menus. and it should be illegal to only accept digital payments and not accept cash
generally making anything accessible only with a phone sould be illegal. like genuinely regulated by the govt and forbidden. IMO

This is a fantastic point and the obsession is rooted in white supremacy tbh they never got over slavery ending and don't like the ethical questions rasied with how they treat actual human beings who are employees so this is their grand idea.

now that the statute of limitations has expired, i can say that during the pandemic, my apartment complex at the time tried to change the laundry room hours to business hours, and i very calmly and quietly went down, took a cinderblock off the garden wall, and threw it through the glass door. and it stayed open til 9pm, and we never heard about changing hours again. sometimes you have to throw a cinderblock in a very businesslike manner, i'm saying. this is a negotiation, among stakeholders, and i would like to make clear that the cost/benefit balance sheet used to make the decision to change the hours was missing a variable
