does anyone else feel real awkward with crossovers? like i genuinely love them but when writing verses i feel like im making sakura a mary sue 😭 her abilities are crazy op and i don’t want to downplay them but i also don’t wanna fuck with the verse hierarchy! for example, writing sakura into the jjk verse is hard as shit cause realistically she’d be able to fuck up everybody except gojo but I don’t wanna be that person who goes “well my muse is stronger than yours huehue 🥸”. so im stuck in a limbo 😭😭😭

he can find some common ground in this plight , glory days of solo assignments and accompaniment as one of the hokage's guards now forgotten for what he deems just a step above babysitting. the three genin in his care occupy his days now, a return to form. missions of little importance, delivering parcels or finding lost pets. the hero of konoha, now but a humble laborer in the fields of the land of fire. some days, he wishes he were chained to the village once more, tasked with something substantial.
