The term father is originated from the root ‘pa rakshane,(‘पा रक्षणे’). The Person who protects or shields us in every way of life ‘Yah Pati Sa Father’ ‘यः पाति स पिता’ is termed the Father. Seldom many of our friends, doctors, lawyers, defense personnel, and many family relatives are in the purpose of defending us. Due to this, he is in the role of Father, that is, our protection. Therefore, the Father is a word with a broad meaning. Father’s presence makes us more stable and confident as he is like the pillar which supports me whenever and wherever we need.
In Siva Purana, the Father depicts as a source of bliss and happiness. So to give the pleasure to him and it will return to you.
1) Pitṛ (पितृ) refers to one’s “parents.” The great bliss is the result of the devotion of the parents (pitṛ). The devotee shall worship the phallic emblem for the benefit of the Great Bliss. That goddess is the Mother of the universe and that Śiva is the Father of the universe. Compassion towards the son who renders service naturally increases in the thoughts of the parents. O foremost among sages, ordinary parents bestow hidden wealth to the son who renders special service. Hence a devotee shall worship the phallic emblem in the manner of Mother and Father (pitṛ-mātṛ) for the gift of the hidden great bliss”.
In this article, I have tried to encapsulate some definitions of father mention in Indian scriptures. The glorification of father needs no words; it comes from the heart.

Why Purification Of Nadis(Energy Channels) And Vayus Is Important.
Why Purification Of Nadis(Energy Channels) And Vayus Is Important.

Purification is the way to clean the impurities from the blocked energy channels. When the impure fuel fills in the engine, the work efficiency decreases. In the same way, when the nadis having an inadequate supply of oxygen and food, they get…
