It's mostly in older fanfics where Pocket has been depicted as crazy and really into Pip. There's a couple where he's normal and just kinda there, I've read like 3 or 4 fanfics I think where he likes Pip and tries to steal him away from Damien or something.

In most other ones he's fine, and I like how he's depicted, occasionally I see him being shipped with Estella XD but I'm guessing that was cause they weren't aware they were cousins, since it's really only stated on the website if I remember correctly

Honestly, I think most people portray him pretty well for the most part. 😄 Many fanarts have him as energetic and benevolent self! :) I actually have never read a fanfic with Pocket in it before, so I can’t say much for that. xD

We were talking about how some people depict him as a crazy maniac that may or may not be obsessed with Pip. I’ve only seen that a few times though so I don’t think it’s that common in general. ^^

Yes! Just a small thing to add about Damien, I feel like he doesn't really understand the concept of death for people when he first goes to South Park. He's probably been surrounded by death and stuff like that so he probably thinks of it as normal to an extent. I do agree that he was only trying to be intimidating because of his father though. He was really just a lonely kid that wanted friends.

Pocket really does deserve love, he's kind, and energetic, and just really polite in general. He's also not worried about calling out people when they act out of line either. He has so much more potential than being just a guy who ruins a ship.

That really applies for several characters as your said.

I like all these sayings about characters in fanon, tbh I dislike how Pip and Pocket can be portrayed in fanon, mostly going on characters that haven't been discussed. Pocket is often depicted as a maniac that kinda has a thing for Pip and is obsessed over him. At least in some of the stories I've read with Dip. I can see Pip being a bit of a pushover but that tends to be exaggerated so that Damien can come and rescue him from every bully. Or Pip ends up being abused by Damien in certain relationships.

Shelly and Wendy also have pretty bad fanon representation sometimes. Wendy usually is an abusive gf or just rude and mean in general. Shelly is similar and they usually play the role of antagonists. A lot of the representations in fanfics tends to exaggerate the bad traits too much :')

Pip and Pocket,,, 😭😭😭

Okay I’m just going to outright say it, I think people portray Pocket as a maniac because of Hell Park since it’s probably their first introduction to him. That or the fandom’s habit of demonizing characters that they think are threatening their OTP being together. I dunno Pocket needs more love for who he is and it makes me sad as a Pocket stan ehsuaikansndn OTL

I HATE ABUSIVE DIP SO MUCH WHDBSJSKSKSIDO Damien isn’t inherently evil to begin with! He was only acting like what he thought he needed to be, intimidating. Pip is rather a pushover in canon, but it’s really exaggerated to the points like you mentioned. I’m so tired of the trope where he constantly needs to be saved by Damien in fanfics,,, yeah it’s good that someone supports Pip but they’re making it sound like Pip can’t do anything without him. 😖

AND YEAH, they portray that Wendy was the cause of all of Stan’s problems when they have a more mutual relationship than that. Bad or good. I don’t know why they make her so mean, most of the times when she was mean was when she was standing up for something she believed in. And the Shelly thing too, she doesn’t even sound like her own person anymore and only her violent traits are depicted. I wanna see more of Shelly’s personality shown in the fandom more. 🙏

I really like the headcanons with the eyes, I can understand the Damien thing since I did give him black eyes and when angered I give him red eyes. Occasionally I give him a golden hazel eyes so that he has a unique eye color when I don't make him a demon. That's only on one AU though, but on the subject of contacts who do you think would use the most unique ones to freak people out?

Oooh you have the same idea as me? 👀 Also I like the golden hazel eyes too! Kinda random to say but it reminds me of Persona and their shadow versions, it looks so awesome. xD Anyway I think yellow eyes are cool, Damien would look cool with em!

I never realized how much I liked playing around with eye colors until now, I wanna incorporate that more often!

And for the question, it screams vamp kids. 😂 While there are certain characters who probably would do the same, the vamp kids most likely do it on a daily basis lol (speaking of the vamp kids, why would Ravyncrowe still wear glasses when he can just wear contacts like I hc him to?)
