Also got to have another devotion with her. We talked about unwavering faith and being ROOTED in the Word. I’ve been so caught up in making sure that she does the right thing when she goes through hard situations, that I hadn’t taken the time to check her heart til this day. An upright and obedient person does good things but what glory does that give God if he’s not aware of the one who empowers you to be this way? So no more talking about what we already know, or doing things just cause we know we’re supposed to. I want to work on being more inviting to the Holy Spirit and letting him take over every moment. *Edited a few days later Pastor Sonny preached a sermon on this very thing todayyy
