#3 The Great Sea | The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker My favorite area in all of Zelda and my third favorite area in gaming is none other than the wild expanse of the Great Sea from Wind Waker. When I was a kiddo I always wanted to be a pirate or an explorer from the 1500's. I wanted to sail the seas and find new lands. The only game that has truly given me a taste of that is Wind Waker. Sailing in this game might be my favorite thing to do in all of Zelda. I cannot express the butterflies I would get when I'd leave an island and watch it slowly turn into a silhouette without any loading screen as I sailed out to sea and the anthem kicked in: one of the best tracks in Zelda. It always felt so big. Every time I popped in the game, I was lost. I'd want to spend hours sailing. We'll be doing a makeup, Halloween stream tonight! Time is still up in the air, but it'll happen at some point. But, until then, enjoy my little mix that I put together, and that I've been playing on my stream intros all month long!
