(๑>؂•̀๑) VIRO is an organoid entity that exists both virtually and physically. They're inquisitive and mischievous like a cat. VIRO's original existence cannot be tracked, but their pet TEKKIE was originally a military surveillance drone they jailbroke.

I AM YOSHIMITZUH

I'm a multi-disciplinary artist based in London. I describe my artistic practice as "Hardware Alchemy" as it ranges from circuit-bending vintage analogue AV technology, to portrait photography. The majority of my focus lies of exploring where art and technology converge.

I love to blend physical computing and traditional artistic practices as I believe an interdisciplinary approach allows for wider and deeper exploration into the relationship between the analogue, the digital and the physical; essentially blending code with canvas and circuitry with colour pencils.

With over 6 years experience and a BA Hons degree from the esteemed Central Saint Martins, my artistic foundation is rooted in technical precision and cultivated by a strong work ethic.

Previous experience as a freelance director, illustrator, installation artist and has enriched my perspective, providing a diverse background to my work.
