Yuen Chau Kok Sports Centre - City One Introduction Most people think about City One which are residential and industrial area, as well as not enough public facilities. People live in City One that they mostly go Sha Tin or Ma On Shan in order to play badminton or go to self-study room, as well as gym. It is not much convenient for them when comparing with people lived in Sha tin or Ma On Shan. It is typical of there to have a multi-arena which can be used as 2 basketball courts or 2 volleyball courts or 8 badminton courts. Playing table tennis was a trend In Hong Kong when Ko Lai Chak and Li Ching won the joint silver medal of Athens Olympic for Hong Kong in 2004. However, There are some people keep on playing tennis. This sporty centre have a table tennis room with 6 table tennis tables for citizens playing table tennis where very close to residence and secondary school. There are a outdoor bowling green nearby Yu Chau Kok which attract many people go there and enjoy playing bowling green. Although there is are bigger place than Yu Chau Kok sports centre, where provided an indoor bowling green for as a complement on rainy days. This indoor bowling green lead people would not be limited by the weather which have 4 rinks. Doing fitness is a trend of Hong Kong citizens especially for male. Nowadays, most of Hong Kong boy would like to build a good body for attracting people. People who lives nearby Siu Lek Yuen need to go Shatin for doing fitness in the past but this sports centre provide a fitness room of 278 m2 which is convenient for them. If you are “new”parents, you could take your children to children’s playroom. The accompany of children is very important. Some parents told me that they were so tired after working but they still needed to play with their children during weekend. Parents live in City one that they can go to the children’s playroom with their children, as there is convenient for you, even you feel tired after working. Also, there have a outdoor sport climbing wall with 4 lanes, which is very special for me as there have less sport climbing facilities in sport centre in Hong Kong. However, this facility is only for use by holders of qualifications recognised by the relevant National Sports Association.

When we discuss the changing of the Ma On Shan Line car set from 4 to 8, he say frankly the appear of 8 - car set is useful and bring more convenient to Ma On Shan residents. There was a result reveals that there are around 4 million people live in Ma On Shan, 4 - car set is not enough if there is a steady movement of residents. Since Wu kai Sha and Heng On are mainly residential land use During the peak hours of Wu Kai Sha to Heng On, the platform is full of people and hard to get on the train. 8 - car set helps ease the flow of people. Despite the apply of 8 - car set favour passengers, he believe 8 - car set is still in test and at the incomprehensive moment, this makes challenges to handicap. Before the use of 8- car set, the platform is a barrier free environment. Due to the change of mount and dismount area, handicap have to spend more time to locate the exit or elevator. He did an experiment and found out it tooks 80 secs to arrive the exit if he left the 8 - car set at the car tail. He thought it was time consuming for the handicap. He think Wu Kai Sha is quite memorable for him as he has lived for more than 10 years. He mentioned Ma On Shan is tranquil and quite easy to see the sunset, this makes him feel so peaceful. Ma On shan has nickname is called ‘food desert’, which means there are sufficient restaurants but satisfied quality with high price. The appear of Ma On Shan line diversify the shops in shopping malls, e.g. Sunshine City Plaza often have store renovation, more well known shops march into malls, bakery and supermarket bring more choices for residents.

［石門站］ 石門站俾你嘅印象只係工業區同住宅區？都係食物沙漠？今次你識條鐵就話你知事實並唔係咁☺ 喺石門站對出嘅京瑞廣場一期入面原來都有好多好野食😜有韓燒、有西餐廳，但小編就特別鍾情呢間Whitewood Coffee。店內面積不大，但俾人感覺舒適寬敞，窗外仲會見到馬鐵車廂走過，有時想同朋友hea下、自己獨自休息下，嚟呢間咖啡店係唔錯嘅選擇喔👍😁 食物方面，小編同朋友一定會點近期好hit嘅香蕉榛子厚鬆餅，味道不錯，但比較其他餐廳，小編個人認為Whitewood Coffee的厚鬆餅不夠蛋香味。至於卡邦尼意大利粉，小編就極力推介，意粉嘅汁夠晒香濃，其他唔識易容，總之就超！好！味！😁另外，我哋都點左棒子蜜糖雪糕黑炭厚多士，黑炭厚多士外型特別，口感外脆內軟，沾上旁邊的榛子醬同Cream，美味再升級🍬👍🏻 如果大家試左其他款嘅甜品，歡迎係到留言俾評語咖💕💕💕 Whitewood Coffee 香港沙田石門京瑞廣場一期二樓207 星期一至五: 8:30a.m.-6:30p.m. 星期六及公眾假期: 10:00a.m.-7:00p.m.

大圍美田邨有古怪乒乓球枱😱仲要係隱世個隻😂唔知你地有冇見過呢😏

大家有無去過大圍港鐵站呢？😎大圍港鐵站呢家有兩條鐵路路線🚇🚇，包括東鐵線及馬鞍山線，所以大圍站係馬鐵線咁多個站中，係最大面積嘅車站😱。不過原來喺起馬鐵線前，大圍站部分地方係大圍歡樂城嘅原址🤓。                                                                                            

大圍歡樂城原名係青龍水上樂園，1987年1月係大圍開幕🎉。樂園有好長嘅滑水梯，仲有摩天輪🎡、海盜船🛥、碰碰車🏎同旋轉木馬🎠等。90年代初期，因為虧蝕嚴重💸，所以就分租俾歡樂城，主要做飲食業🍱🍜🍛🍲；之後，水上樂園大部分範圍慢慢用嚟做咗燒烤場🌋，仲成為香港最大嘅燒烤場地添，🎊高峰期每日平均有幾千人入場咖👩‍👩‍👦‍👦👨‍👨‍👦‍👦。到了1997年金融風暴後🌪，歡樂城經營出現困難，所以就推出各種優惠🎫🎟嚟吸引客戶，但就只有街坊生意。2001年1月，因為要興建港鐵馬鞍山線🚅，所以就執咗喇😭😭。                                                                                                                                  

小編係大圍出世，大圍長大，細細個都有同屋企人一齊去坐摩天輪😁玩得最多就係「掉階磚」嘅攤位遊戲，即係喺一堆階磚上，將硬幣掉中有顏色嘅階磚上面，就可以得到一排「綠箭」香口膠。但到後期由獎一排香口膠，慢慢變到只獎一塊香口膠😫不過最緊要嘅唔係香口膠，係同屋企人嘅集體回憶呀☺唔知你地細個有冇去過呢度玩呢？
