I've seen so many people saying that this shows that Nandor knew that Guillermo would choose the human path, but the entire ceremony shows that. Nandor constructed that entire meeting, made it seem like an old vampire tradition with robes and spooky banners, JUST so that Guillermo could undo his choice, which Nandor knows how much he regrets.

But the simple act of giving Guillermo back his old glasses, shows how much thought Nandor put into this. He went out of his way to think about what Guillermo would need after being turned back.
