The best Vegan Tacos!!!
Ever wondered how to make good tasting, flavorful vegan tacos? Trader Joe's has everything you need! I personally love to shop there and got all my ingredients to make these bomb tacos!
Ingredients:
Trader Joes" Vegan Ground Beef
Taco shells
Sour cream
Taco Seasoning
Mexican blend cheese
Pico de Gallo
Tomato Paste
You first want to grab your vegan beef and cook it on medium with your taco seasoning and salt and pepper. After that's done I Iike to add a bit of tomato paste and water. I then grab my taco shells, add my beef and top with already made pico de Gallo, sour cream, and cheese! This vegan meet is very flavorful as we added lots of seasoning to it. Trader's vegan beef is my favorite of all as it has a nice meaty flavor to it. Taste is something this dish is full of!

The best Guacamole ever!!
I don't know about you guys, but whenever I get guacamole at any restaurant, it just tastes very bland. I have mastered my guacamole recipe, that even if you don't like guacamole you're going to like this one!
Ingredients:
5 avocados
3 limes
Salt
Pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Cilantro
You first want to start by juicing three limes. After that, you want to mash your avocados and add in your lime juice. The secret to this guacamole is adding in a lot of lime, that's why we're using the juice of three. Then add in your garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Lastly add in some cilantro. You want to add a lot of these ingredients till it gets a lot of flavor!!!

At Home CrunchWraps
Crave Taco Bell's famous CrunchWrap Supreme's? Here's my recipe on how you can make them at home.
Ingredients: Large flour tortillas
Small flour tortillas
Tomatoes
Lettuce
Onions
Ground beef
Taco seasoning
Salt
Pepper
Sour cream
Nacho cheese
Tostada
I first like to start by cooking my ground beef with the onions and salt and pepper first. After the meat is browned I then add the taco seasoning with some water and let it simmer for a few minutes. I then grab my flour tortilla, add the cooked beef with nacho cheese on top. Then I add my tostada to the top and spread sour cream, topping with the lettuce and tomatoes. Then I add my small tortilla to the top and fold into a Crunchwrap shape. I then slightly toast my Crunchwrap with a little bit of olive oil and serve!

Best Amazon Comforter
Looking for a fluffy, super soft down comforter? This Amazon comforter I recently bought has been one of the best investments I've made. I mean after all we do spend half of our lives sleeping, you should make your bed as comfy as possible. The DWR feather down comforter is extremely fluffy and gets fluffier over time! It's got an amazing price compared to other down comforters out there, while still having an amazing quality. Shop for it now with my link down below!

Kung Fu Panda Dumpling Soup:
Hey everyone! I know we sometimes crave a delicious dinner at the end of the day, but sometimes we're too lazy to cook! Inspired by Kung Fu Panda 4 which hit theaters today, here's my quick dumpling soup recipe!
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Trader Joe's Chicken (or Pork) frozen dumplings.
Soy Suce
Green Onion
Red Chili Flakes
Chicken Broth
In a microwave safe bowl you want to add in your frozen dumplings. Add in 2 cups of chicken broth, and one teaspoon of soy sauce. Give this all a quick mix and add in your scallions and red chili flakes. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes. After the time is up, let cool for 5 more minutes, dumplings are hot! Then enjoy!聽
