Selvadorada Flats

The main reason I never upload lots is because I hate making CC lists, but it suddenly occurred to me the other day that if I only use my own CC, I can just include it in the download! So hopefully this is the beginning of a build project of mine using only @hamburgercakes​-created custom content! :D

This first build is a makeover of Sandtrap Flat in Oasis Springs, giving it a modern Selvadorada vibe. 🌺

Maristella Plus (Save File)

Maristella Plus is a re-do of Oasis Springs that also includes the lots (but not the households) from my Newlyn Hills (Newcrest), Blythe Harbor (Willow Creek), and Lynport (Magnolia Promenade) worlds, as well some bonus lots for the rest of the worlds.

Maristella itself was inspired by Southern California, namely cities like Palm Springs, San Diego, and Los Angeles. It’s a mix of hipster and hippie-ish, with a variety of families and single Sims. You can see more pics of the households and individual lots by visiting my Maristella tag.

The Sims in this save file are a mix of the EA pre-made households and households that I’ve created. Most of the pre-mades in the worlds I redid are on their same lot (different house) except for the Goths who had to move since their lot became a cafe. The Oasis Springs pre-mades aren’t living in any world (aside from Johnny Zest who got a makeover and more trailers on his lot). Also I deleted the pre-made vampire households because I didn’t want the save becoming a vamp fest. ;) Feel free to delete or edit any of the households/Sims as you wish.

This save file is completely CC-free.

GP & EP : City living / Vampire / Get together Lot size 30x20  It’s a hot 92°F day. You’re sitting out on the steps by the garden listening to your favorite new radio hit, you can smell the frijole soup your neighbor is making and hear the couple on the 3rd floors music and laughter. Your friends come out smoking and holding Fantas they bought from the bodega down the street. Someone tells a joke about the cranky landlord and everyone laughs at how good their impression is. The city gets louder, there is honking in the distance and the sounds of kids playing basketball across the street. And you dont have a care in the world.  Everything is mellow and groovy at Sacred Gardens.  Hope you guys enjoy!

Plato De Postre / CC freeish restaurant 

Here is the restaurant I was working on, good ol’ Plato De Postre, which translates to “desert dish”-  it is cc free minus my grass in the cracks decals. I built it on the Arid Ridge lot in the Skyward Palms neighborhood of Oasis Springs. You can easily turn this sucker into a nice residential home or a standalone bar, or club. I don’t have anything clever to say so… Enjoy! ♥

A build Collab with the amazing Paper-Lioness

We had an event over at the Planet Honeypop discord server to make the shell of a house and swap it with another to decorate, and i had the luck to get teamed with @paper-lioness​ ‘ beautiful work. She knows i love everything plants and pink and i fell in love with this little home she made for me, so much that i ended up making a family of sims to live there that you may know of already. ;) 

This house goes on a 20x20 lot, has one bedroom, one bathroom and items for a cat. Please use the cheat bb.moveobjects on before placing.

I went a BIT crazy with the CC here though, so i prepared a comfortable spreadsheet for y’all (totes copying amoebae here, i hope you don’t mind!)
