2. Think about the ‘why’ Decide whether you’re going after your goals or taking part in certain activities for the right reasons. Write down your goals. Reflecting on why each one is important to you and its role in your life.
3. The three (or four) hobby rule Aspire to do something that makes you money (whether currently or in the future). something that makes you happy. something that keeps you fit and something that helps other people. Of course. the more they overlap. the better!
4. Talk to other people At the end of the day. you know yourself better than anyone else. However. talking to a person you trust or someone with expertise/ strong life experience
