Screen printed board on fabric
I'm glad I decided to go with the board game instead of a more interactive and physical game, because I was able to devote time to the illustration part of the project and I think it looks really beautiful.
The kids really enjoyed playing the game, they enjoyed the "poop" theme as I imagined they would.

This idea is to make a board game where the kids would have been eaten by this giant ant are trapped inside his body. The kids will be able to choose which path they want to follow, and walk according to the number they get by throwing a dice. In the middle of the way there will be "happenings" cards, like "there's a bone in the middle of your way, go back 3 houses".
It is also a labyrinth, because they need to find the right path to follow to get to the end.

One of my ideas is that the labyrinth is inside a giant's body, the red lines would be its veins. Since a giant is something "made up" it wouldn't need to be scientifically correct, it could be more playful.
The kids would be trapped inside this giant and the goal is to get out.
If the 3d idea doesn't work, this can easily turn into a board game, where it is a labyrinth, and you can choose which path to follow and you have to throw the dices to walk and the goal is to get to the end.

My game is probably going to look like that, but there are going to have knots in the middle, to create bifurcations. I have to figure out how I am going to stick the lines to the walls... maybe I'll need a wood structure.

This has a lot to do with what I am considering doing, but in my case it wouldn't be possible to have the structure to allow kids to walk over the string, because it wouldn't be safe and we don't know how much space we're going to have available for us...

My new idea is to make a sort of 3d labyrinth, where the kinds would have to choose one line to follow until the end and see where they get.

I made the drawings I was going to use for screen printing the fabric, using only one color, but they look horrible, I don’t like it at all, I could try to make it another way, but I'm very frustrated with this idea and thinking of a new one.

I made a test for the fabric mask, maybe it would look better if it was a thicker fabric... I need to think about the size of the eyes holes, so it can fit different faces.
