While she had been prepared to endure the heat, as it was certainly expected, Winter still found herself wanting to avoid direct sunlight at all costs. Vacuo was practically Atlas’ complete opposite, and she was suffering internally. Winter made sure to keep her expression as blank as possible. 

That didn’t stop her from choosing to stop and take a brief break from the sun under the shade. With any luck she would manage to get through her assignment here without ending up with heat exhaustion.

      ‘ uh. miss lady ? you don’ look so good. ’

THIS WOMAN STUCK OUT...in kind of a bad way. everything about her was screaming don’t mess with me...and that was how this all started. a hunter ? maybe. but whoever she really was, all yue saw as she peered up at her was a strange woman in strange clothes with a strange look on her face. 

      ‘ you want somethin’ to drink ? ’

“It’s not tr- HEY!I” It would have been easier to shove her away if she hadn’t wrapped herself around him. He settled for ripping his tail from hers, trying to get an arm around her to pull her off of him the best he was able. A couple steps were taken as he tried to get the best grip on her, and as he made to keep his balance. “You little-! I knew you were up to no good!”

IT’S ALL SHE CAN DO TO HOLD ON FOR DEAR LIFE. her tail whips about once freed, her heels and fingers are biting into sun’s skin, and yet she laughs. cackles of pure delight fill the space as she dodges his attempts to buck her off. every time. he’s the older sibling and she gets him every time.
