ramble time. alright so i'm rewatching advanced in english sub and like i can't shut up about the who what when wynaut episode. there's just way too much good moments of may & drew just being adorable but there's one particular scene i've seen NO ONE talk about. the scene where may is dancing with the wynaut KILLS ME. the main reason being, when may is hanging out n playing with the wynaut, drew watches and the camera simultaneously zooms in on may. i don't know about you, but that's just such a clear sign he was looking at her and her specifically. i happen to absolutely love those small little details; it kills me.

Headcanons for ContestShipping?

feels like it's been a long time since i've given them headcanons!

Drew was very, very aware of May’s appetite. One of the most romantic things he ever did for her, in her opinion, was learn how to cook some of her favorite foods, even if they were just her favorite sandwiches or something.

When they began dating, it was in secret, since they were both big in the world of Contests and didn’t really want word to get around before they were ready for everything that would bring.

That ended up working in their favor, since they were able to figure out who they were as individuals and as a couple, almost like a soft-launch of their relationship.

While they both wanted to keep being mentors to new coordinators, Drew was also looking into one day being a judge for Contests. May wasn’t sure if she wanted to do the same yet, but she kept supporting him in the process.

Even though they mostly grew out of the pettiness of their teen years, of course they still fell victim to bickering from time to time. If either of them was seriously hurt by anything said, though, they knew to apologize sincerely.

I regret not starting the little additional descriptions earlier and I thought of fixing that but I desperately need a nap so nope.

I did fix the one that ruffled the most feathers though - quite literally! The Skarmory saga is finally complete!
