Midori blinked like he was surprised acting innocent as he look at the other’s expression. But as the nurse agreed, he smiled once again thinking about all the ways he could torture Tooru while they were behind closed doors. As the female gave him the files in her hands, he nodded his head saying, “Thank you. Now sir, if you could please follow me to my office.” The greenette’s words were whispered out like a snake slowly squeezing its prey alive while hissing in its ear.

His eyes gazed at the other as the nurse walked away heading to talk to some other doctors. “Now will you like me to carry you or will you be able to walk on your own with that leg.” The older male waited a few moments before turning around to head to his office. He already knew the answer to that remark before he even had to ask.

A sweet smile was on his face as Midori walked down the hallway before stopping in front of his office. A slowly breath was inhaled and exhaled as the door slowly open, a creaking to make the air even more suspenseful between the two. “You can take the seat on the bed while I take a look at your files to see what I’m dealing with.”

“ I can walk on my own “, Tooru hissed in response. His tone filled with the disgust he felt from this. Only bad things could come from having to get treated by Midori. And that just made Tooru tense up a lot.

Slowly he’d follow Midori, of course quite slow, with a limp in his walk. Just trying to ignore the pain for now, even though that was quite hard. What he wouldn’t give for anything to numb it. 

Silently he entered with Midori the office, and did just as the other said and took a seat on the bed. Much to his relieve he could finally take off the stress of his injured leg. It made at least the pain more bearable. Now Tooru just had to deal more with -- the unbearable doctor that was going to treat him.

The bonde had to admit, he was surprised when Tooru accepted the lunch offer, as it wasn’t like him to offer something like that. Being a recluse had it’s drawbacks. He was glad he had made the offer.   “That’s great, I don’t know what food you like but… I’m sure we can figure something out!” 

He nodded. “ Indeed we’ll figure something out... “ A light laughter from Tooru followed that sentence. He seemed happy, just it was nice for once to just push aside his thoughts and spend time with someone he didn’t know.
