THE PERPETUAL EVOLUTION, EXISTENCE AND UNIVERSAL RULING UNDER THE JURISDICTIONS OF JUSTICE: An In-depth analysis to the diverse Philosophies, interpretations and processes within its ultimate domains.

OBJECTIVE VOICE

In this world, ruled with different actions, governed by different aspect and factors, and categorized with diverse ideologies and rulings that determine what is right and wrong based on different colliding view points. The terminology “Justice” came from the Latin word “justus” which is defined as “Upright or just” (Old French; iustice + English ; just = justice) (Oxford University Press. (n.d.), Justice is multifaceted that is concerned with different processes within various systems. western philosophers that tackled justice such as Plato, Aristotle, Augustine, and Aquinas presented views on justice that influenced different aspects and ideologies of different individuals (The Internet Encyclopedia of Philosophy. (n.d.). Today justice is still known and abundant for it Is one of the fundamentals and foundation of a living creature as it exemplifies one's rights and course of actions as they strive to live and survive to this hard world according to King, J. D. (2023) “Justice, at its core, entails treating individuals equitably and impartially, regardless of their background, social status, or personal beliefs. It is the embodiment of fairness and integrity, promoting equal opportunities and ensuring that every person has access to their basic human rights. This multifaceted concept encompasses various dimensions, including social justice, legal justice, and distributive justice, each addressing different facets of equality and fairness.”. Striving to learn or to expand one's horizon in the concept of Justice is significant to one's life as they make decisions to take on actions and predict consequences that shall be judged based on various laws, tribunals, and regulations. Justice is a general matter that encompasses many outputs of our society, and even our world. Through this we can imply that; JUSTICE CAN BE A CAUSE FOR PEACE OR EVEN DESTRUCTION: A Double-edged sword (Bhandary, B. (n.d.) and Aristotle (The Internet Encyclopedia of Philosophy. (n.d.), JUSTICE, WITHIN ITS PROCESS CAN BE MANIPULATED, ALTHOUGH JUSTICE IS NOT BLIND IT DOESN'T SAY THAT IT CAN NOT BLIND ANYTHING OR ANYONE: The blinding justice (Yale Law Library. 2023), JUSTICE IS AN ABSTRACT MATTER, JUSTICE IS CRITICAL THEREFORE MUST BE TREATED WITH RESPONSIBILITY. Reality with justice tells us today to truly be aware of our systems and to fully know the concepts of justice existing in this world, in order or us to truly live and survive in our societies by challenging systems that may hinder our peace with our lives. As we grow up, we can't always expect that the term justice can always be use to defend ourselves, even justice can also be our greatest enemy, with how our justice system today is processed, we can’t really say for sure if due process for all humanity is indeed given appropriately or just to others. Let us always prepare ourselves from the battles that may arise in this kind of dimension. Justice may be a double-edged sword, but if we use honor and genuineness, we can always conquer the darkest side of this world that blinds us with “justice”.

SUBJECTIVE VOICE

Justice is a concept that has governed humanity from many generations, but even in this kind of ruling, something that would've protected our lives seemed to have endangered us instead. Picture a poor man, living in a dumpster, being treated selfishly of becoming one of the filth of our society while this bourgeoisie or high end individuals, natural inherent intentions to corrupt our government, falsely accusing the innocent ones while going away with the the law itself. They say justice is blind, but I've never thought that justice cannot be seen even in the hearts of our dear people who suffer in this kind of system. Most of us believe that justice is something that truly governs our actions whether it's justifiable or not, but one question still poses a great deal to me. In what Concept can justice base to truly make it justifiable? The measure that seemed to be visible but is not. A concept that is also interconnected to fairness itself. Of what basis can we truly base fairness? And if so, how can we know justice if its basis to the fairness to what is all due is a non-existent measurement? It's hard to understand that justice is seen as something that rules over our actions, and where in fact for real we cannot truly know what measures it is based on. As justice is a concept of unmeasurable possibility, we as humans created these "measures" based on the human needs and protection that we created, and all throughout this, evolution of basis or "measures" have risen to satisfy the urge of humans to measure something that is immeasurable. Just as time gives credit to our existence, justice is an unmeasurable aspect that can only be traced by humans through tbeir needs as means of survival in this world. without this compromised ideology, humans would havoc and disharmony to the various idea of how justice and other discourses is done to this world. It is important to fully deepen our understanding of what justice truly is, for now, what I know is that justice is still a mystery where its measurement cannot be determined. But as humans with intellect and Great talents of reasoning, let us use both of our hearts and minds to fully integrate a temporary solution, so along the way we can find the true nature of justice in this world.

In your world, I'll live...

A person that seemed so close, yet felt so far. A world where pretending was my forte, but always semmed to crack when hes the one on my side. A love that could've been more... But is sadly rooted to an unfavorable origin- a bitter reality that I face. In the hope that this boundery that we created where would once upon a time be wavered, but i forgot this was all just on my delusion that I gathered.

"did my pretending really solved it?" I exclaimed but couldn't answer...

A fine young man... A person who seemed so simple yet so special, while the other was a goal-driven minded individual. Striding from the depths of this world's misery, A chemistry that one would be hard to come by. It all started with a simple interaction, a step from our zones where we met our interest. Tho that interest was inherently cruel. A common ground of having to hate the same concept... Getting to know ourselves through this way-to the point even our first conversations was always started with irritation. And of course me-with that kind of opportunity, i used it to spend time with him..., if my friend were to react to this.. "ok ghurl I see your desperation"... Maybe this is the thing that I am really facing. Although now... It seemed that day by day... May affection begun to fade, I thought our interaction was special. But sadly I was just played to be the person who only hangs at the other end, alone. It was all the same with others, But still a part of me still wanna hold on to this feeling... But I seemed to have already reached my limit in this reelings. Until now, this confusion still hunts me... Do I like him or Do I infatuate him? And now, all im doing is pretending once again, to put a mask to masquerade the solo of Solitude, maybe until then, I'd find my answer, in a more strange and peculiar manner.

Even in the midst of all this troubles, still clings to this very branch I hold on for you. You took so much energy from me, yet I was just a typical person to you. Although still, I am happy to get to meet you even in this way. The world that you may give me feels like hell, but surely I would lie and burn myself, a passion that I would lose to, just to get to you.

Maybe in my next life, I would find that significant person. But one things for sure, I know ill go back to you

“Through this beginning, I grew.”

Throughout my last year’s endeavors, I had created wondrous memories that really lit up my years. Some were Sad, some were happy, some were dramatic and some were ecstatic. There are feelings that I can't seem to describe because all of these things are harder expressed just by words. but one thing is that,  I can say it was a wonderful year to remember.

To begin, the most memorable memory that I could think of is the event wherein me and my other family members decided to have a year end party to also celebrate and intercept the new upcoming year. It was really a blast to see once again the people that I cherish all in one place. And it all started with this, My aunt received an invitation message about an upcoming year end party. With that I was very excited, not only for the party but also to the foods, games, prizes and especially the money that we receive every year as per our new year traditions.Of course in our family, it was a bit special, we had to wear a specific color for this party, since according to the signs and colors for new years, the color that is settled on 2025 is the color brown or specifically, that shade of mocha mousse. Therefore my aunt hurriedly bought brown shirts for each of my family members to adhere with the theme. It was also fun to know that the color brown was a compatible color for me.

In the progressing preparations for this year's end party, came with great happiness and anticipation. On the exact date of the year's end party gathered one by one, pair by pair, and even group by group. There were Alot of people and familiar faces, but these faces were the persons who I am not really close with. One of the biggest problems that I encounter when I attend this kind of family events and outings, is that me, my brother and cousin were not really the people to associate with them. I mean they are my family, but since these people have been with each other for a long time while us three were just people who are just related to them without any closeness to it. I guess it was kind of a bit draining but atleast I was able to really enjoy the party. and now the party has begun. There were A Lot of Photo opts. Christmas and New year designs, foods (it was a potluck by  the way) and idle chit chat about life and catching up with other family members. When the party was over, me and my family got home to finally rest and “Salubong” the year for ourselves. Although, my way of celebrating was a little off due to it being mixed with projects and more. and I even did a US tradition every new year, where one would eat 12 grapes under a table for 12 seconds or under a minute. This was really an amusing thing and at the same time a wittu experience for me.

All in all, This new year that I had this 2024 was really a blast. It taught me different things about life. about our own reality and how harsh our world is. but thankfully, with the memories that I create with it. I am able to fully cope with it and create more, for the sake of my own development. For us to create memorable memories, let us always be optimistic about what we do in our lives. Not every day is an easy day, therefore fortitude and perseverance is one we need for a great memory that we can make for more memories for us to remember. Let this memory be my guide for further paths and happiness in this world.
