Chaffles
1 large egg
1/2 mozzarella

- Beat the egg and then add in the mozzarella
- Use a small waffle maker, spray with non stick oil and pour in half the mixture
- Cook for around 2-3mins or until it doesn't stick anymore
These are so versatile they can be used for having a sandwhich, burgers, hot dogs or even a breakfast style muffin!
They can be stored in the fridge for a few days or even put in the freezer. When you want to use them pop them in the toaster to hear them up again!
They have quite a neutral taste, slightly eggy but once you add toppings it's not very noticeable.
