Strengths and weaknesses
As an aspiring entrepreneur, I've discovered many of my strengths that set me apart from my competition and weaknesses that I aim to improve.
One of my strengths is attention to detail. Whether it's perfecting a custom design or tailoring a product to a client's specific needs, I take pride in delivering polished results.
I'm also very creative, constantly generating unique ideas for my projects. Using my efficient workflow allows me to create high-quality products in a short amount of time, ensuring quick turnaround times that exceed client expectations.
However, I do recognize areas where I need to grow. One of my biggest challenges is overworking myself to the point of mental exhaustion. I often push through tasks without taking breaks, which can harm my productivity in the long run.
I also struggle with is cold calling a business. While I am comfortable with communicating online, reaching out directly to potential clients is something I can find intimidating.
To address my weaknesses, I'm learning to set boundaries for work hours and take regular breaks to recharge. For cold calling I plan on creating mini scripts to organize my ideas and gain confidence with each call. Growth takes time, but I'm committed to improve everyday.
