final remake of this post. short and sweet. my girlfriend ( @leodia ) needs a minimum of $300 USD by april 1st. the upper amount needed is $850 USD. this is to avoid their phone being shut off and to avoid eviction. they have no irl support and nowhere to go if this happens. please help.

URGENT. dont tag this as anything PLEASE

im sorry this is urgent but i need to raise like. 1.2k at minimum for my bills. i need rent, phone/internet, cat litter, and groceries. im physically disabled and cant find work right now and my unemployment has put me pretty deep in the hole. please help me so im not homeless in alberta winter for the love of god i will freeze to death and im terrified for my life and the govt has been literally NO help to me (denyng ei, taking forever to respond, etc) please help for the love of god msg me on @marsmitsi for cheap writing commissions or doodles if you want me to write you something. just send a screenshot of donation and we can talk details. please this is urgent please

Okay hi. My partner is struggling badly. General posts aren't helping, so we set up a GoFundMe as a sort of easier way to get the money needed with a more clear goal and progression.

$6600 USD will cover them for 6-8 months in total. Their currency is CAD, everything is done under my name and stuff but the money is for them and solely them. There's more information under the cut, but THIS IS THE LINK FOR THE GFM

Please, I just want them housed during canadian winter while they still search for a job.

They have been out of work for a few months following near constant workplace abuse and abuse outside of work for over a year making things harder for them to just function, much less work. Their parents "borrowed" $3k over a year ago (I think closer to 2 years now) and they haven't gotten any of that back.

And the biggest issue was their ex. Their ex drained their funds over the course of a few years - all their savings and a huge chunk of each check for years. And then offered no help back as their disability worsened.

This has resulted in a lot of debt and barely being able to pay bills.

Please, if you have the funds to spare, winters are very cold there (-40°c / -40°f and lower, which you can imagine is bad for joints for anyone, much less a disabled person) and I really don't want them unhoused.
