Headcanon that mephone4 have the most fucked up survivor guilt with other meeple products. Either it's getting energy for his working (2g and 3g), or sacrificing theirs life to keep his up (4s and mepad), or dying with mission to kill him (5, 5c, 5s) or dying to hands of his own creations (6 with grand slams, 6+ with bright lights), or dying just to keep him scared (production robots). Because of his dream of escaping meeple quarters all other mephone became more and more obedient, without any emotions or their own feelings. It was all his fault, that they have died, it was all his fault. He probably doubts they're deaths all the time now, and if it was right thing to let them die, not himself.
