So Matilda’s strong young mind continued to grow, nurtured by the voices of all those authors who had sent their books out into the world like ships on the sea.

7 Rituals That Got Me From Tired to Toned
by Soleau Club
Tumblr media Tumblr media
If you’ve ever felt like your body is running on airplane mode—always on, but not actually doing anything—same. I was constantly fatigued, inflamed, and lowkey resenting anyone who had the energy to “love their morning workouts.” I knew something had to shift, and spoiler: it wasn’t another 5 a.m. alarm or over-caffeinated cardio class.
These are the actual rituals that took me from tired and puffy to toned, glowy, and genuinely energized.
1. I Ditched the “Toxic Grind” Workouts
I swapped cortisol-spiking HIIT for Pilates, walking, and sculpt-style flows. My body leaned out, my nervous system calmed down, and I actually wanted to move. Your body isn’t lazy—it’s probably just overstressed.
2. I Learned How to Actually Hydrate
Water alone wasn’t cutting it. I added minerals and electrolytes every morning (especially after wine or crying). It rebalanced everything—my mood, my bloat, and my skin.
3. I Romanticized My Morning Protein
I used to skip breakfast or live off iced coffee until noon. Now I do 30g of protein within an hour of waking up. It flipped a switch in my energy, hunger, and metabolism. Protein first = fewer cravings and way more hot girl focus.
4. I Started Doing “Lymph Love”
Lymphatic drainage changed the game. I do gua sha, dry brushing, and bouncing on a mini trampoline (yes, really). It keeps me de-puffed, snatched, and mentally clear. If you’ve been stuck in a bloated slump, your lymph is probably begging for attention.
5. I Cut the Caffeine-Sugar-Crash Loop
I replaced that desperate second coffee with adaptogens, matcha, or mushroom coffee. Less jittery, more glowy. My energy went from chaotic to steady, and my stress-induced belly weight? Deflating.
6. I Moved for Energy, Not Burnout
I started asking myself, “What would feel good to move through right now?” Sometimes it’s a stretch. Sometimes it’s a dance break. Movement became sacred instead of punishment—and my body rewarded me.
7. I Committed to Real Rest
Not just scrolling in bed. I created actual rituals for sleep—red light, mouth tape, magnesium, wind-down playlists. Deep sleep = faster recovery, flatter tummy, better mood. Sleep is the unsung queen of body recomposition.
Toning your body doesn’t have to mean torturing it. These rituals gave me the glow-up without the burnout, and made wellness feel like a vibe—not a chore.

The 7-Day Glow-Up: A Beginner’s Clean Girl Health Reset
By Soleau Club
Tumblr media Tumblr media
If you're feeling dull, puffy, sluggish, or just
not giving main character energy lately, this one’s for you. We’re not talking about a juice cleanse or a 5AM military bootcamp. This is your gentle, aesthetic, hot-girl-reset—a full-body refresh that’s clean girl-coded, beginner-friendly, and still lets you eat actual food.
Think: radiant skin, calm gut, high vibes, and an inbox that’s finally at zero.
Here’s your 7-day plan to glow from the inside out—without going feral in the process.
Day 1: Hydration Nation Start with a big water flex. Aim for 3 liters a day and throw in electrolytes (we love coconut water or a little sea salt + lemon). Your organs? Thriving. Your under-eyes? Less corpse-like already.
Bonus: Ditch the dehydrators—alcohol, soda, coffee overload. Try matcha or herbal tea instead.
Day 2: Clean Girl Kitchen Only No dairy, no gluten, no added sugar. Just for the week—calm down. Focus on colorful veggies, clean proteins, good fats (hello, avocado and salmon), and whole carbs like quinoa and sweet potato.
Your plate should be something you’d post on IG stories. Chic, not sad.
Day 3: Move, But Make It Feminine Pilates. Hot girl walks. Stretching. Nothing aggressive. We’re waking up the lymphatic system and releasing energy, not maxing out at the gym and collapsing.
Put on a cute matching set and make it romantic. This is soft fitness.
Day 4: Lymphatic Drainage & Skin Reset Dry brushing. Gua sha. Facial ice rolling. Slather on a non-toxic body oil (or Soleau Club shimmer, obviously).
And exfoliate—everywhere. Head to toe. Dead skin? Gone. Glow mode? Activated.
Day 5: Digital Detox + Declutter Turn off your push notifications. Unfollow any “inspo” that makes you feel bad about yourself. Clean your car. Organize your bathroom shelf.
Clear space = clear mind = clean girl era unlocked.
Day 6: Gut Health Reset (No Sauerkraut Required) Add a good probiotic, eat prebiotic foods like bananas + garlic, and skip the processed junk.
Sip on ginger tea, bone broth, or warm lemon water throughout the day. And yes, you can still eat. This isn’t a punishment—it's nourishment.
Day 7: Energy Check-In + Intentions Do a vibe audit: what drained you this week, and what lit you up?
Write down 3 things you’re grateful for, 3 things you’re releasing, and 3 things you’re calling in. Light a candle. Do a face mask. Romanticize your night routine.
After 7 days
 you’ll feel:
Less bloated
More energized
Glowy as hell
Actually back in your body
It’s giving ✹I’m the vibe✹. And it only took a week.
Follow @soleauclub for more clean girl wellness that still lets you be a little toxic when necessary.

Hot Girl Biohacking 101: What I'm Actually Doing for Energy & Focus
by Soleau Club
Tumblr media Tumblr media
If you’ve ever tried to “hack” your way into more energy, more focus, and more get-it-done vibes—you’ve probably ended up with a half-drunk matcha, six tabs open, and a mid-day crash that hits like your ex's follow request.
So let’s simplify it. Here’s what I’m really doing to feel mentally sharp, physically lit, and spiritually unbothered. This is Hot Girl Biohacking, Soleau Club-style.
My Morning Stack: Light, Hydration, and Dopamine
Before I touch my phone (okay, maybe one scroll), I:
Step outside and get sunlight on my face. Yes, even if I look like a raccoon in last night’s mascara (if I didnt take it off, because sometimes that's just what happens). 10–15 minutes of natural light = a natural circadian reset, better mood, and less brain fog.
Salt + lemon water instead of coffee. Think: adrenal support, mineral magic, and hydration before stimulation.
90s/2000s dance playlist + red light therapy. I use a red light panel while I stretch, do breathwork, or journal. Bonus: I pair it with dopamine-boosting music to wake my brain up without caffeine.
This stack alone makes me feel like I own a wellness yacht.
Nootropics, but Make It Cute
I’m not popping Adderall—I’m micro-optimizing. Here’s what I actually use:
L-Theanine + Caffeine: Smooth, jitter-free focus. Perfect for when I must be a girlboss with grace.
Lion’s Mane Mushroom: Neurogenesis, memory, mood. I take it in tincture form—gives chic apothecary vibes.
Magnesium L-Threonate (at night): For deep, healing sleep and next-level brain recovery.
Hot girls use herbs. Hot girls read ingredients. Hot girls know what their mitochondria need.
Intermittent Movement, Not Just Intermittent Fasting
I do hot girl walks, but I break them up. Biohackers call it “movement snacks,” I call it body maintenance with outfit changes.
Walk in the morning (sunlight hit + mindset reset)
Stretch mid-day (energy slump preventer)
Dance in my kitchen while cooking dinner (free serotonin)
It’s not about burning calories—it’s about staying lit.
Food That Feeds My Brain, Not Just My Aesthetic
Don’t get it twisted—I’m still eating like a model in the French Riviera. But I focus on:
Protein + fats early in the day (think smoked salmon, eggs, avocado)—so I don’t crash or crave junk
Slow carbs (quinoa, root veggies) around lunch for sustainable energy
Adaptogens in my lattes: ashwagandha, maca, or reishi depending on the vibe
And yes, I do take my collagen. Daily. Religiously.
Tech Hygiene = Mental Clarity
The girls that get it, get it: if your phone looks like a Vegas casino, your brain will too.
I keep my phone on grayscale M-F until 12pm. It’s wild how unsexy scrolling becomes when there’s no color.
Inbox zero energy—but for apps. I do weekly audits and delete anything that makes me feel chaotic.
My Focus Mode is called “Don’t Kill My Vibe.” And no, I’m not joking.
Nervous System Care Is My New Aesthetic
Listen—no biohack works if your nervous system is fried. Here’s what keeps me calm, grounded, and magnetic:
Cold showers (short, strategic, and brutal) for resilience + glow
Breathwork before calls or socializing (my go-to: box breathing 4-4-4-4)
Epsom salt baths with lavender and rose oil for divine feminine vibes
This isn’t self-care. It’s systems optimization. Soft girl era meets high performance.
Sleep Is My Most Expensive Product
I don’t care how pretty your planner is—if your sleep sucks, your brain will sabotage you by noon.
Mouth tape. Yes, we’re sealing our lips to keep that jawline snatched and oxygen flowing.
No blue light after 9PM (unless it’s coming from a candlelight filter or a hot text).
I treat sleep like skincare. Consistent, intentional, and luxurious.
Being “On” All the Time Isn’t the Flex
The real flex? Having energy that’s sustainable. Creativity that flows. Confidence that radiates from within because your body and brain are working with you—not against you.
At Soleau Club, we’re not biohacking to chase hustle culture—we’re doing it to become the most magnetic, centered, and electric versions of ourselves.
We don’t run on fumes. We run on frequency. ✹
