More fallout art because I literally can't help myself. This is my escaped vault dweller OC Mosa McAllister from vault 107 (non-cannon). Vault 107 was powered by human batteries, they'd turn the vault dwellers into batteries by injecting them with a chemical that permanently mutates their blood cells, causing the cellular fission to generate electricity. Mosa escaped the vault and is on the fun from vault-tech and anyone who wants to use his power generating capabilities for evil. He can use his energy to power vaults/buildings/etc and to use as an ammunition source for energy weapons like this beautiful Tesla cannon here~ he's also quite dangers in combat against robots.

The plus side is that the 3rd ended up being the most complex and most liked by neurodivergents like me

the creators of the fallout show were like ok our three main characters one will be a sheltered everywoman who learns about the horrors of the wasteland, someone really likeable with real depth that the audience will root for. Second we’ll have a guy who’s similarly sheltered but from a different perspective, he’ll be more morally grey and the audience will get the chance to watch him grow. Third let’s just makeup the sickest character ever I’m thinking zombie cowboy
