And it hit me.

Most people aren’t looking for answers.

They’re looking for someone to sit in the silence with them,

to listen without judgment,

To say, “I get it. You’re not crazy. You’re not alone.”

Sometimes, the kindest thing you can do is put their feelings into words when they can’t find the words themselves.

Sometimes, it’s just reminding them that their pain makes sense, and that they don’t have to carry it all alone.

At the end of the day, this world doesn’t need more people talking.

It needs more people listening.

More people making sure no one feels invisible.
