Yeah, I'm kind of at the point I'm just washing my hands of them and hoping their mid record so far this season will sort of be their reward. I know we have a long way to go and they could become a title contender team or something but they aren't really playing like it right now. I mean they just lost to the expansion team WITH Caitlin. I am annoyed though that stupid all stars weekend is happening there though. I've already seen at least one media member cancel their trip because they're getting threats from the clan.

I'd rather just worry about my own team who has their own issues--not of the being tools variety, but of the injury and missing members variety and a bunch of bench players not pulling their weight. Is it too much to ask for Jonquel to be healthy?

It also just boggles my mind that MyKayla, the person who was openly liking racist posts about Gabby Douglas because she was mad that Gabby made the Olympics team over her, 500 million years ago...has the gaul to pretend that anyone else has ever been the problem. MyKayla's reputation both as an awful person AND a mediocre gymnast were well earned.

The other ex-elite gymnast that can get a big ole fuck you is Grace McCallum who I don't know she said anything about Simone but she certainly follows and seems to support that Riley Gaines person. Mind you Im not surprised about that one either. It's always the Utah ones.

I have not heard of any of Miley's new music. Not playing the I don't listen to new music card, cause I do I guess, but I usually need something to hook me before I give it a try. I'll give it a listen.

With Sabrina, she's talented...I'm not denying that and I'm partly just not a fan of that particular style of singing, but every time she has a new song come out lately and I listen to it, I feel like I don't entirely get it.

I don't know why anon is comparing nba/wnba fanbase. The thing with some WNBA fans is that most of the remarks are racist, sexist, homophobic and misogynistic. Which leads to harassment by fans and I notice most of the conversations are discussed by men half the time spewing those hateful messages taking it to a whole other level

Exactly. Nobody is complaining about normal shit talking that happens in sports between rivals, both on the court and with fans. It's all the extra and other stuff that gets put on top of it. It's fans constantly misgendering Brittney Griner and calling her a man or insisting she's transgender. Earlier this week that fanbase was enraged at her because they insisted she mouthed something about Caitlin when she fouled out and was pissed off, so what did they do- launch homophobic and transphobic attacks at her. She didn't. She was mad at the refs, but of course it was taken out of context.

And I will never be well you need a thicker skin cause the NBA does x, y, and z. There is a ton of shit the NBA lets fly that they probably shouldn't.

There’s finally equality in the way fans act toward male basketball players and female players, all sports have nasty fans and that’s why these players know what’s up. The WNBA wants to become popular and as successful as the NBA, well they got their wish as these are the things that come from it. and saying someone is a bitch isn’t racist. The WNBA is lucky this “drama” is drawing eyes and money to the league. Angel is doing just fine and better than most of us, they’re all dramatic

Sorry but this is not it. The NBA also regularly platforms abusers. Just because something is okay and accepted in the NBA does not mean it should be in the W. Want better and do better.
