Percy Jackson is not a good boyfriend.

He eats Annabeth's leftovers on purpose. He likes to scare her from behind corners of their home, he leaves his shoes in front the floor for Annabeth to trip on, and he'll sing loudly in the shower when he knows she's on the phone with someone. And sometimes, he likes to hog the blanket of their shared bed— stealing all the warmth and leaving her shivering in cold winter nights. He's a little mean— a little sarcastic, a little cocky. Maybe even a bit cruel.

But for what Percy lacks, he can make up for in love.

Percy will take her shivering as an excuse to embrace her; intertwine his limbs with hers, feel the warmth of of her skin on him and feel his smile paint his face. He likes to bake cookies and breakfast in bed for Annabeth when he knows she's had a long night and comfort her when she has bad dreams with hot chocolate. He'll spend hours teaching Annabeth to skateboard along dark streets and hours catching her when she falls— because he likes to feel her, hold her.

Percy Jackson is a good lover, however, and he likes to show Annabeth whenever he can.

Annabeth does not forget why she loves him, not even for a moment.
