a feel like the new generation of fanfic readers NEED to understand that clicking on a fic (interaction) does nothing. ao3 has no algorithm. your private discord discussions of fic do not reach the authors. if you do not actively engage with writers they will stop posting. this isn’t social media this is community.

i had the best human interaction of all time last night. i was sitting at a bar eating an appetizer and this guy comes up to order a drink and stares at my food and comments how good it looks. when i am drunk i use the word bitch like it is a comma, i plug it into any space in a sentence possible. so naturally the first thing i say to this stranger is, “go ahead and take one, bitch.”

he looks SO shocked and taken aback and goes “what did you just say? how do you know my name?” so i sit there for a moment trying to figure out what the fuck he is talking about, and then go, “…. bitch?” and he looks so relieved and tells me his name is mitch.

i cannot stop thinking about this. oh my god. imagine going into a bar and someone you know for a fact youve never met approaches you and says “go ahead and take one, mitch.” im cracking the fuck up. he looked like he thought this was the fucking truman show

US-based company YouTube just nuked the government funded channel for HIV prevention in Germany. The channel is purely educational and had no prior (or current) violations.

Assuming you guys get elections again; if I see a single person telling non-US-americans to stay out of it, it's on sight.

Watching TikTok try and rewrite fandom history by saying fandom culture was created by teenage girls makes me eye twitch to an extent I’ve never felt it twitch before. The middle aged women printing out Spirk erotica to share with each other in the 1900s did not die for this!!!! How dare you erase our important historic moments!!! You would be nowhere without the 30 year old women who dedicated their free time to making these spaces happen. Put some respect on their names!!!!

Ich komm irgendwie nicht über die Unterschiede zwischen diesen beiden Umarmungen hinweg. Leo und Adam sehen sich zum ersten Mal nach 15 Jahren, aber ganz offensichtlich kann Adam nicht los lassen. Er ist froh, wieder da zu sein und auch froh, dass Leo ihm annimmt, aber das ist nicht so eine herzliche Umarmung wie zwischen Esther und Leo, obwohl sie das sein sollte mit ihrer Vergangenheit.

Wenn Leo Esther umarmt, kommt das, was er geben will bei Esther an. Trotz ihrer Differenzen. Obwohl sie kurz zuvor gesagt hat „Ich hasse euch“. Aber sie ist in diesem Moment verletzlich und Leo spendet ihr Trost, den sie dankend annimmt. Sie schließt ihre Augen, lässt sich auf Leo und seine Hilfe ein.

Ganz anders Adam oben. Er umarmt Leo, aber er ist kaum da. Seine Augen sind irgendwo anders, weit weg. Vielleicht in der Vergangenheit oder aber auch nur in seinem Kopf. Ich glaube, er hat Angst, Leo an sich heranzulassen. Diese ganze Blase, die er sich in den letzten Jahren gebildet hat, die kann jeden Moment platzen. Leo könnte ihn zurück weisen, könnte merken, wie kaputt er eigentlich wirklich ist. Und irgendwie habe ich das Gefühl, dass Adam so richtig erst in EdN einen Schritt aus seinem Bunker raus macht (wortwörlich) und Leo zeigen will, dass er sich vielleicht auch trauen kann, sich wirklich auf ihn einzulassen (siehe seine nicht so subtilen Kommentare).

Bin dafür das Spatort ab Folge 4 kein Tatort mehr ist sondern seine eigene Show wird und das bewerkstelligen wir indem Adam und Leo in der nächsten Folge Roland Schürk umbringen, Adam deswegen im Knast landet, Leo ihn irgendwie da rausholt (cue Umarmung vor der JVA) und sie dann zusammen auf die Flucht gehen. Die ganze neue Serie ist in zwei geteilt zwischen dem neuen main Duo Esther+Pia, die keine Ahnung vom Hintergrund haben und ihre abtrünigen Kollegen finden und verhaften wollen, und Adam und Leo, die zusammen ihre Vergangenheit verarbeiten und ihr bestes tun, um nicht hinter Gittern zu landen (jede Folge entgehen sie diesem Schicksal nur knapp)
