Sometimes it feels like my heart has been cut out like this. There’s just a hole left behind by people who took what they wanted and then left. Some pieces I gave away to people that didn’t deserve them. I just want to be whole again, but I don’t think it’s possible :(

I was raped in the past and I still haven’t come to terms with it as of this day. When will I ever?

If you rape someone, it should haunt you for the rest of your life.

You raped someone. 

You deserve every ounce of justice we can place upon you in court of law.

I was raped and I can’t stand being touched. I tell my family and friends I’m just not a very touchy person, but they ignore me and will hug or grab me. They don’t know what happened, and I know they don’t mean any harm by it, but I’ve asked them to stop so many times..

I’ve been molested, raped, beat, manipulated, degraded, threatened. It was never the same person. They all did something else. They took a part of me away. I can’t let anyone in. Especially a man. Love is only temporary.

Nichts kann sie machen ohne daran zu denken. Nichts ohne daran erinnert zu werden. Und manche sachen die sie so gerne machen würde, wird sie deswegen wohl nie machen. Aber schlimm ist das sie weiß, dass sie es so leicht hätte verhindern können. Schlagen, treten, schreien… und es hätte sicher noch tausende andere Möglichkeiten gegeben. Aber das einzige was sie getan hat war still zu weinen. Das war eigene Dummheit.
