Touya breathed in. Dabi breathed out: Let’s reconstruct his death.

 [Because we know more than you think.]

Here is the funny thing: At this point we have more information about Toya’s entire childhood, than we have about Hawks’. So let’s be faster than Horikoshi thinks is good for us, and reconstruct it accuratly.

There are three big things to “assume” before I start. First: Dabi is not a Nomu. Second: Dabi is not an undercover hero. (I saw “theories” about this and I won’t waste time by listing up all the reasons this is impossible.)

Third: The “Hawks’s parent was a thief”-theory is true. (Their names are written in the same kanji; There was no need for Ending to mention this name in ch. 250, other than plot-setup; It fits chronologically in both Hawks’ and Endeavor’s history etc.)

So, Let’s tell the story of Todoroki Toya. - For this I elaborated an extreme professional graph:

Looking at the dates and following the canon rhythm of all Todoroki siblings being around 3 years apart, Dabi is currently 26.

In the picture of his shrine, he wears a traditional middle-school uniform, which means he “died” between age 14 and 16. This perfectly fits in line with the information we got from Fuyumi, which told us that Toya died, shortly after Rei left the house respectively after Shoto got his scar. (Meaning, we talk about a time-frame in which the Todoroki-children were left ‘alone’ with Endeavor.)

His scars are neat and symmetrical, which means Dabi’s scars are self-inflicted. The placing of Dabi’s facial scars perfectly matches the locations of Endeavors flame-beard, which means he tried to copy Endeavor’s looks.

We know that Endeavor stopped training Toya to focus on Shoto. (Because Toya was allowed to play with his siblings, while Shoto was dragged away. Toya had to be 12 - 14 when we saw him playing soccer with them in ch. 39.) So Toya lived at home before he died.

[We know the hard trainings-program of the HPSC would not allow many breaks to play with siblings at home. We know from Natsuo (in ch. 250) that Toya often (!) played with him. The HPSC would also have informations about a unforgettable quirk like his, if they had any conection with his “death”.]

This hilariously sad, because it means: Toyas death was not a trainings-incident inflicted by Endeavor nor was it inflicted by the HPSC!

Toya Todoroki died because of something he did himself. (Every clue points towards this and I can’t believe how many people get this wrong when theorizing.)

But this is where the thrill starts: Because we also know that Toya cared for his siblings…

And to tell you my own bloody theory: Toya wanted to proof that he wasn’t a “failure” and he wanted to protect tiny Shoto from the painful training. So he tried to impress Endeavor by teaching himself how to use fire like him - and he forced himself to handle the pain. But the flames where too hot and Toya set a huge fire. Seriously injured, in fear, shame and rage he run away from home. Since the fire had destroyed the surroundings, his family thought his body got incinerated within and declared him dead.

And Dabi was born.

…So is there anything more to think ab-

“Yeah Sherlock- How the fuck does Dabi know Hawks’ real name?”, a rhetorical (and a little rude) reader might ask.

Great question! To be honest, I’m just as confused as Hawks. (But before you throw your tomatoes, let’s see if we can change that:)

First of all, I’ll assume Dabi didn’t pay black hats to hack into the database of the Hero Public Safety Commision, because firstly, this would make his persona completly non-essential to this knowledge - and secondly, they litterally have “Safety” in their name - So I’ll fucking hope their firewalls are…  hot.

From a writing point of view it makes way more sense that Hawks shared his name with Toya Todoroki in person.

So let’s look at Hawks’ life in the graph. Hawks was born in Fukuoka, which is a five-hour-ride away from the Todoroki’s mansion in Mustafu. Tiny Hawks spent his first years of life in a dumpster. (”Ah, pardon, Sir. My bad, I failed to see the floor, because of the trash piles NEXT TO YOUR FUCKING CHIL-!”)

However there are two possibilitys:

1.: Keigo and Toya met in the HPSC in Mustafu.

If this is true, it probably happened in the (2 - 4 year) timeframe after Hawks got scouted and before Shoto got his “perfect” quirk, where Endeavor found himself still enraged about Toya’s “wasted-potential”. So forced Toya to train with the “government-kid” (…which was a prodigy in contrast to his own “failure of a son”.)

In this scenario, Hawks broke the rule of “never using his real name again” and told Toya during the match. Back then Hawks was only around 6 - 8 years old, so its plausible for him not to remember Toya’s face well. … But on the other Hand: If Toya had ever participated in the HPSC-training, the Comission would have informations about him and his unforgetable quirk. Its unlikely that they wouldn’t recognize Dabi’s describtion in their data base.]

2.: Keigo and Toya met in Kyushu in autumn.

We know Endeavor captured “Takami”, before Keigo was recruited and forbidden to use his name.

We know it happened in autumn and we can assume Keigo was younger than seven years. There are many possibilitys- Maybe the thief Takami exploited Keigo’s quirk for criminal activitys and that is the reason Keigo was so skilled at a young age. Maybe Toya was with his father that day…

- But at this point it feels like throwing stones in the dark: Eventually we will hit something, but it might be fucking bruised.

Or what do you think? Did I make a horrible mistake somewhere up there?

Either way- I’m hyped to get more content to analyze, so I can keep ignoring my homework during quarantine.

Also not everything even HAS to be aesthetically pleasing I hate that some people can’t just appreciate designs that break the mold of what’s safe for monster design. Like yeah some people aren’t boring as all fuck and do genuinely like the designs of the new gen Pokemon

I’m not saying love every Pokemon ever but uuggghhh some people are so dismissive and rude about new Pokemon. Especially when we haven’t gotten Dex Entries or seen how they move in game. But like also…… Why in the world would anyone want Pokemon to stop being spontaneous and adventurous with their designs?? Why wouldn’t someone genuinely want unique, interesting Pokemon????

What bugs me about the hate that intelleon is getting is mostly based on people totally misunderstanding his anatomy choices. (Mostly his hands and legs)

But if you know he's a basilisk lizard and not a chameleon they make perfect sense!

Just compare them visually!

Like, sobble's head fin and water affinity gave it away instantly. The long fingers/thin legs/ head shape/ etc make perfect sense when you look at the irl lizard.

This fucker isn't a chameleon. He looks wrong to you because your brain is referencing the wrong animal. He's a great idea for a water type. Basilisk lizards can literally run on water!

His tragedy starts when his mother puts him up for adoption which has its own baggage associated with it but if that wasn’t bad enough this act was triggered immediately after the death of her husband in order to protect him however in his eyes she simply abandoned him in favour of strangers building up resentment towards heros for placing others before the ones they love which is something you could easily empathise with however something many don’t acknowledge is that in a way he§s right his mother did choose strangers over him.

Mha chapter 236!!!

Spoilers ahead!!!

Warning:Graphic content,gore and (animal)death ahead!!!

So the flashbacks continue and I'm amazed by how horribly angsty this chapter was.(But I also hope we'll go back to the present next week I want to finally see the fights)

Let's start!

as expected the chapter starts with shigi accidentally killing the dog.Poor mon-chan

the sister comes out to apologize but terrified of what' in front of her she runs back to the house.Tenko manages to grab her though not realizing that he was the one who killed mon-chan

the result is her death.He vomits and the mother and grandparents come out after hearing the screaming

of corse they meet the same fate.I feel so horrible for the mother despite being disintegrated she desperately tries to hug him

this also explains why he can suddenly disintegrate without touching.He always could but because of trauma he couldn't use it anymore just like with twice.

afterwards the father comes out looking like he is about to shit himself lmao

meanwhile little tenko keeps breaking my heart along with the ground just look at him my baby

so this might get me hate but this is actually a reasonable action like if he didn't get a hold of the tool and let tenko touch him he would have died on the spot and he was terrified and aware of this by the looks of it.I also don't think he tried to kill him which actually surprised me I thought he would charge with the blade but instead he tried to knock him out

nevertheless he just managed to make things worse lol.Tenko was already hatefilled for the way his father treated him for wanting to be a hero so begging for help and getting hit by a trimmer on the head was the last straw.He snaps.

The father kind of brought this upon himself tbh.

What I also find interesting is his face.He actually enjoyed it.This 5 yearold boy went from vomiting to actually taking pleasure in brutally murdering someone with his own hands.Damn.

And now he stands there like a bloodthirsty monster probably waiting for his next kill.

I gotta wonder is it the nature of his quirk?Toga loves blood which is tied to her quirk and a lot of other people like bakugou have similar personalities matching their quirk.Maybe destruction is just part of his nature now that he activated it.

Of course there is a high chance that afo forced this quirk upon tenko but even then I guess the desire to kill would also become part of him even if it wasn't originally his actual quirk.

I also don't believe these memories are fake.They're probably real and I feel like it's more likely that afo just gave him this cursed quirk.Knowing that one day tenko would be upset enough to let it activate.

Anywas I really hope next chapter is gonna be in the present I'm tired of flashbacks right now in fact I've had enough for this arc I don't want dabis anymore(for now)

After having a long time to think about this I`ve decided to focus solely on My hero content as not only has my viewing schedule been of track but I simply don’t have the time anymore to sit down and watch Vrain`s I`m sure to most of you this wont mean anything but if anyone followed me because of it I figure I might as well mention now that I plan to drop the series anyway lets ignore that and get into this weeks chapter.

And Holy fucking hell was this chapter intense my heart was in my stomach throughout this entire chapter horikoshi just doesnt let up and i personally believe this chapter is so raw due to the fact that its not expected, at least i dint expect it seeing as last chapter was a good place to leave his flashback with some more exploration on that backstory in the future but screw that horioswhi continuies to subvert my expectations and delivers what i believe is one of the most tragic backstories in shonen. so lets delve into why this chapter and Tenko`s backstory in general is a perfect fit for whats already been established.

I’ve also been wanting a Cerberus Pokémon for a while. I’d love to get your opinion on my idea for it. Here it is:

Name: Puptarus

Type: Dark/Normal

Classification: Guard Pup Pokemon

Design: This pokemon has the body of a Doberman puppy with three heads. They have mostly black fur except a small pinkish spot of fur on the top of each head. 

Base total: 300

Attack- 75

Sp. Attack- 35

Defense- 50

Sp. Defense- 50

Speed- 40

Ability: Klutz

Hidden Ability: Truant

This Pokémon has three heads with each having a unique personality and each simultaneously controlling the body. Unfortunately, communication between the three heads hasn’t fully developed and thus they are extremely clumsy. Thanks to their clumsiness, along with their curious and friendly disposition, they are seen as very adorable partners by people across the world.

Evolves at level 35

Final evo

Name: Cerebellus

Type: Dark/Psychic

Classification: Guard Dog Pokemon

Design: this pokemon has the body of a fully grown Doberman but larger and much more muscular. It’s fur has become pitch black, and the pink spots on the fur have become larger. A pink line originates from each of the designs and leads down the necks, connecting and stopping at the center of the shoulder blades.

Wild Cerbellus usually imprint on hills or caves and are fiercely territorial, attacking almost anything it may perceive as a threat that enters their psychically marked ground. Cerebellus’ in captivity instead form a strong bond with their trainer and will imprint on said trainer’s home to protect it. They are usually found assisting in guarding prisons, as their abilities to imprint on territory allows them to mentally keep track of inmates (keeping track of the inmates locations, emotions, and much more).

One of the things that really got me into playing chrom is his up b. It’s a suicide tool that spikes and k.o’s the opponent first, like how ganoncide used to work, and I absolutly LOVE winning the last stock via suicide moves. That and I really like making puns with his name and hearing Matt Mercer’s voice.

In smash I love playing aggressive in your face characters but who also have versatile spacing options, so I’m having a blast with Wolf and g&w

What’s annoying is that theoretically, Chrom would fit me perfectly but I kind of don’t want to play fire emblem characters on principle. I’m just not a fan of their character design

He’s always seemed like a sociopath to me. He seems to follow stain’s ideals mostly out of a vendetta against all heroes, not just endeavor (such as trying to kill Aisawa and actually killing Snatch), but also just immolates people because he feels like, such as scorching the low level villains/thugs when they refused to follow the league of villains (and let’s not forget his satisfaction in immolating people)

I’m struggling with deciding what Dabi’s motivation is in this story.

One thing I really like about Endeavor’s development is that the whole ‘oh, someone came into his life and changed him’ card isn’t played

Endeavor doesn’t start to change because his wife worked steadily, chipping away at all his issues until she got to the core of him. Shouto and his siblings didn’t have a teary heart to heart with their Dad that ultimately resulted in him seeing the errors in his ways

That didn’t happen, that damaging card of 'he can be changed if I/we just change him’ isn’t in the picture. While his kids and his wife do play a role in the development, and did have an impact that led to the change, there was only one person responsible for Endeavor changing

And that’s Endeavor himself

Endeavor looked at his actions, looked at the way he acted and realized just how heinously he had treated his family and that he needed to change. Not only that but he came to the decision that he would respect his children’s feelings towards him and simply work on keeping the peace for them, and on making himself into a better man

Just, it’s interesting to watch a character like Endeavor realize his tremendous flaws and instead of just disregarding them, which would be easy enough to do, he takes responsibility for himself and changes himself for the better without relying on his family to force the change to happen, and I’m just really impressed with how his development is being handled

Actually he’s free so long as you either have digitally downloaded the game or registered a physical copy with your My Nintendo account before January 31st (almost two months after the game is released). You don’t necessairly have to pre order in order to get him. After January 31st, they will no longer have a free method of obtaining them and will cost money to acquire. Once you download the game or register the retail copy, you will receive an email with a code to receive your free piranha plant.
