Hey all! Just a quick update on things. 

I saw some notes popping up again and I completely forgot I had this blog still too.

Life and my practical training period have hit me to my face hard and on top of that I have struggled to play the actual game to unlock scenes and go forward. And the most worst thing has happened with it too: I lost the feeling of fun.

As this has become more of a problem, I’m not so sure that I can do any translating nor requests until my training period ends or I get my mood back for the game.

My contribution was so short lived and I feel bad that I couldn’t reach my goal with this. I thank everyone who liked what I did so far and felt happy with my translations. I was happy to contribute too.

If I get my feels back and the will to translate requests I’d be more than happy to do it. But I’m afraid only time will show and by then other blogs must’ve already translated everything.

Again, thank you all on the support and kind messages ^^ It really was fun.

When you have Hinata with you.

Hinata: “Ah, it’s Bokuto-san!”

Is he spike practicing.

Bokuto: “I did it! Hey hey heyy!”

Hinata: “Aweome! That’s so cool!!!”

That spike was as intense as usual.

Bokuto: “Oh, Karasunos Chibi-chan! And the one from Omijihara!”

Hinata: “That spike just now was super cool! As expected from one of the top 5 of the nation!”

Bokuto: “Really!? Really!!?”

Hinata is so good in giving compliments...

Plus I knew Bokuto-san can easily land that hit as usual, but...”

“That spike was truly amazing...”

Hinata: “You think so too huh!?”

“Eh... HA!?”

D-damnit..... I said it out loud...

Bokuto: “Well what can I say! This is the true strength of national level I guess!”

Hinata: “The true strength of national level...! SO COOOL!!!” (lol hinata chill)

Bokuto: “Really!? Really!!?” (PFFFT)

I wonder if this exchange will repeat without end... (god, even VilB thinks you guys need to chill)

Bokuto: “Ok, Then this national levels ace shall give you some advice!”

Hinata: “OOO...!”

Advice....?

Bokuto: “From what I can tell, you guys have still not fully bloomed, you’re still in the middle of developing!”

Bokuto: “But, you and Glasses-kun and the rest are all honing their new weapons during this training camp!”

Bokuto: ”Whether or not those weapons will become useful in the future will depend on your current state of mind!”

Bokuto: “After this training camp there is the tournament. It’s not an official match, but use your full strength to the utmost level!”

Bokuto: “If you guys use your full strength, there is definitely going to be some kind of answer there.”

Hinata: “What is that!?”

Bokuto: “Not even I know that!” (PFFT)

Wait a min....

Bokuto: “But that will become your cause in the future! That’s why you definitely need to obtain it!” 

Bokuto: “Don’t ever hold back! Use your full strength always until the end!”

Bokuto: “If you do that, naturally the results will follow!”

Hinata: “Use full strength until the end...”

If we do that, the results will follow, huh....

Ah, this is bad... Just now my body trembled...!

Bokuto-sans advice really made me want to do it. I’m here...! (wat)

Bokuto: “But in the end the team that wins is the team I’m in!”

“... I don’t plan on losing to Bokuto-san that easily.”

Bokuto: “Hoo...”

Hinata: “Me neither...!”

“I... I will win!”

Hinata: “I won’t lose either!”

Bokuto: “ OO!? That’s great spirit guys, keep it like that!”

Konoha: “Say... that, what are they doing?

Komi: “Bokuto is perfectly firing up those two 1st years.”

Akaashi: “They are on the same level, those three.”

Sarukui: “3 people who are easily lead on huh...”

When you have Akaashi with you.

“Ah, Akaashi-san... look..”

Akaashi: “Hn....?”

Bokuto: “Say, which one is the most recommended product?”

Tsukihsima: “...I don’t know. I don’t come to this shop that often.”

Tsukishima: “Why am I also being dragged here anyway?”

“Uwaah... Tsukishima-kun, he’s being dragged around again by Bokuto-san and others...”

Akaashi: “...This has happened before.at previous training camp too.””

“R-really? Poor Tsukishima-kun...”

Akaashi: “They know he’s annoyed by it, so they’re fully enjoying it...” (again a hard sentence. I suck ∠( ᐛ 」∠)＿)

Tsukishima-kun too is showing of his discomfort.

“But both Bokuto-san and Kuroo-san are really useful in volleyball.”

“I honestly look up to those two people.”

Akaashi: “...that’s true. I think they’re really amazing.”

Akaashi: “I look up to them too... but only in volleyball.. I think.”

“I-I see...”

Bokuto: “Oh, Akaashi and the one from Omijihara!”

Uwah, they spotted us!

Kuroo: “You guys out shopping too?”

“y, yeah....well...”

Bokuto: “What were you two talking about?”

“Nothing... nothing much...”

Akaashi: “I was explaining about how awesome Bokuto-san was compared to other people.”

He just lied out loud!? And his facial expression didn’t change one bit... Akaashi-san, you’re amazing...

Bokuto: “Akaashi...” (uh oh)

Bokuto: “Even if I’m easily lead on, I will not be misled with such and obvious lie.”

He, He figured it out..!?

Bokuto: “Just saying you look up to me isn’t enough right?” (WhAT)

Akaashi: “That’s true... aa, he too thinks you’re an amazing person and looks up to you.”

“EH!? No, erm.... YES!”

Bokuto: “If you compliment me this much I’ll get embarrassed ~ Seriously you guys ...”

Akaashi: “Well It was a lie after all.”

Bokuto: “Eh, a lie!? Seriously!? Hey Akaashi! Why are you making lies!”

Aa-.... this is something even Bokuto-san will get angry at...

Bokuto: “...Oh well, whatever.” (PFFT)

It was ok!? He changes his opinion so quickly!

Kuroo: “Oh boy... I think it’s amazing that this side of Bokuto is honest.”

Bokuto: “Even Kuroo... Stop it you guys! You’re complimenting me too much!”

Akaashi: “No, What Kuroo just said was not meant to be anywhere near a praise I think.”

I had heard it’s easily to lead him on, but for it to be true. Bokuto-san....

Bokuto: ”Here, don’t hold yourself back and eat this!“

“T-Thank you!!!”

But, even still he’s a super ace and one of the top 5. He truly is amazing after all.

Akaashi 150% mark

When you have Bokuto with you.

“Ah, Akaashi-san.”

We ran into Akaashi-san when walking around with Bokuto-san.

Bokuto: “Yo, Akaashi~. Perfect timing, let’s go practicing right now!”

Akaashi: “Weren’t you just practicing before. Please properly take a break.”

Akaashi: “Overworking yourself is like asking for an injury.”

Akaashi-san explains coolly.

Bokuto: “Che, as usual you really are bad with going with the flow~”

Akaashi: “Aa, now that I remember there is ice cream.”

Bokuto: “WHAT!? ICE CREAM!!” (pffft bokuto)

Aa, Bokuto-sans appetite is amazing! (or is it that he takes the bait easily?)

Bokuto: “Where are they!? What kind of ice cream!?”

Who would have thought that he would become such an elementary school kid with mentions of ice cream?

Akaashi: “Karasunos OB’s are handing them out in the training camps cafeteria.”

Akaashi: “There was also Bokuto-sans favourite ice cream there. You should hurry up or it all will be gone.”

Bokuto: “SERIOSULY~~~~~~~!? IN THAT CASE I’M GOING TO LOOK FOR THEM A BIT!!”

“...s-so fast.”

Who would’ve thought he would dart of with full speed at a mention of ice cream. Bokuto-san is amazing on so many levels.

Akaashi: “...fuu.”

“Could it be that you knew Bokuto-san would dart off like that?”

Akaashi: “Hmm, who knows....” (PFFT all was planned then)

Akaashi: “Bokuto-san usually does what he wants so he doesn’t worry about overworking himself..”

Akaashi: “Even still, in this heat it should not be underestimated.”

“To think so far ahead... that’s truly amazing.”

“Do all setters understand their teams that far?”

Akaashi: “I can’t say for other setters, but our ace is a bit special...”

Akaashi: “We have annoying people too, but during a match they are people you can rely on. Even if everyone is tired, one person who’s still alright can make a difference.“ (again a hard one)

Akaashi: “Even if he’s looks like that he’s an amazing person.”

What Akaashi-san just said felt truly genuine. (”What he said didn’t feel like a follow up but rather it felt like he was speaking the truth”)

“....I understand. I have seen this only during practice and a few practice matches but.”

“Even still I understand how amazing Bokuto-san is.”

Akaashi-san doesn’t look that delighted but he nods.

Akaashi: “It’s going to be troublesome, but please look after our ace.”

“Eh? No, same here! Yoroshiku onegaishimasu!” (I’m so so lost with this one sentence every single time, I’m just going to abandon the whole phrase, sorry about that.)

“I’ll do my best!”

Bokuto: “AKAAASHIIIIIII~~~~~~~~~~~~~!!” (PFFFT this sound)

“Ah, he came back.”

Akaashi: “....I have a bad feeling about this.”

Bokuto: “THE ICE CREAM I LIKE WAS ALREADY GONE~~~~~!!”

Akaashi: “....I don’t care.” (or ”I don’t have part in that”, but dear lord lol bokuto)

“Ahaha...”

Truly he might be troublesome, but even still he’s an amazing person.

And of course Akaashi-san is too.

When you have Kuroo with you.

We went to the club room with Kuroo-san and found Akaashi-san there.

“Hello, Akaashi-san!”

Akaashi: “Thank you for your hard work.”:

Kuroo: “Hmm, What are you doing here?”

Akaashi: “The training camps practice match plans were supposed to be here, so I came looking for them.”

The wall Akaashi-san is looking at has every days matches written on a paper glued to the wall.

Kuroo: “Tomorrow is filled to the brim with matches huh.” (zanmai means a lot right?)

Akaashi: “It is.”

Kuroo: “Keeping an eye on Bokutos tension must be hard.” (lol)

Akaashi: “That always happens, so it won’t be that much of a problem.” 

Kuroo-san grins and laughs at Akaashi-sans reply.

Kuroo: “Got used to it or?” (...what)

Akaashi: “...Well, you could say that.” (WHAT)

After answering that Akaashi-san looks at me.

Akaashi: “How are you feeling?”

“Huh, Me?”

“I feel good! Although I must say my muscles ache a bit.”

Akaashi: “It’s best not to think too lightly on muscle ache. Muscle fatigue in itself is a great risk for injury.” (this sentence is super hard, I hope I got it at least in right direction)

“Ah, Yes!”

Akaashi: “If you want, here, use this”

Akaashi-san hands out a spray can. It was a sports spray. (I had to google this one, it’s a spray can for sports so ice spray/sports spray??)

“Eh? I can have this?”

Akaashi: ”It was a spare one so don’t think too much into it.” (wastage, as in useless?)

“Yus! Thank you very much!!”

Getting a sports spray from Akaashi-san. I’m so happy.

Having someone worry about my health really makes me feel happy.

Kuroo: “You have something for me too?”

Akaashi: “...I have nothing in particular for Kuroo-san. Well, I have a place to be so.”

Akaashi-san left the club room.

Kuroo: “No matter how you look at it he’s a person who looks after others.”

“Akaashi-san truly is a nice person!”

Kuroo: “As expected from someone capable of handling Bokuto.” (pff)

Getting something like this from a person like Akaashi-san. I might be a bit happy of this...!

This sideblog just hit 150 followers so let’s celebrate that with a tandem of 4 scenes in a row shall we? Bokutos and Akaashis 100 and 150 marks coming on later.

Akaashi mini event 1

“Why can’t you be like me!?”

Bokuto: “Akaashi how can I get you come along more easily with stuff~!?” (be more relaxed? be more adventurous? be more spontaneous?)

Kuroo: “Nah, Bokuto”

Kuroo: “If Akaashi was like you it would be troublesome.”

Bokuto: “Why’s that? If there were two people from the top 5 in the same team it would be the best~.”

Kuroo:”Hou? You reason with that.”

Akaashi: “He’s this kind of person.”

Bokuto: “If 2 of the top 5 people were in the same team, there would be only 3 left. Beating those 3 would mean conquering the whole nation.”

Tsukishima: “How did you come up with that?”

“Who knows...”

For us ordinary people this conversation goes way beyond our understanding.

Kuroo: “Hey, wait a minute. If you add toes and fingers together that makes 20 right?” (does this mean all the branches of the teams matchmaking?)

Bokuto: ”Geh!? So then that’s.... just 18 other persons to beat!!”

“Where is this conversation going?”

Akaashi: “....in any case let’s ignore them.”

Tsukishima: “I’m beginning to understand why Akaashi-san is always so calm and collected.” (pff)

It must be really troublesome for Akaashi-san.

Akaashi mini event 2

What is wrong with Bokuto

Bokuto-san fell silent with a rarely serious face. A silent Bokuto-san in itself is really rare...

Tsukishima: “...What’s wrong with him? Is there a storm coming?”

Kuroo: “Is he feeling sick?”

Even Tsukishima-kun and Kuroo-san are puzzled by this unusual heavy atmosphere.

“Ah.. Akaashi-san...”

I made eye contact with Akaashi-san who just arrived. 

Kuroo: “Hey, there is something wrong with your ace?”

Akaashi: “Eh?”

Akaashi-san glanced over at immobile Bokuto-san.

THAT Bokuto-san has such a serious expression  .... and is also SILENT!!

“... I wonder if something happened to him??”

Akaashi: “That could be the case...”

He’s usually so lively. I’m a bit worried.

Kuroo: “Maybe he’s sleeping...”

“...what?”

Tsukishima: “Even though it’s Bokuto-san, I don’t think he’d be that skillful. (lol) 

Akaashi: “That must be...”

Tsukishima: “Eh? You figured it out?”

Akaashi: “I think he must be hungry.”

“Eh? Hungry?”

Guuuuuuuuuuuuu~~~~~~~....

At that moment we all heard an especially loud growling of a hungry stomach. (a bit puzzled by this: kimochi ii gurai no haranomushi no oto ga atari hibiki watatta.)

Bokuto: “AAA------!! I’m hungryyyy~~~!!”

Kuroo: “... you knew that pretty well Akaashi?”

Akaashi: “Yeah, well.”

Akaashi-san is too amazing. And then everyone calmed down a bit... (soshite minna skoshi hiite masuyo: and everyone slightly pulled... = calming down??)

Bokuto: “AH! AKAASHII, FOOOD!!” (pfft what is he? your mother? husband)

Cross team match Playthrough

Part 8: Helping out girls is dangerous and something smells fishy. (I’m not dead haha)

The day starts wth everyone in the middle of a practice, until Villager B is asked to help out the Karasuno managers with getting some drinks for everybody, so we leave together with Kiyoko and Yachi. Villager B is the mule for the job and they make it back with little set backs.

But back in Karasuno however, Kiyoko protection squad gets hold of Villager B and question him about what he did. Sawamura and Kuroo are quick to put an end to it though. Kiyoko too gave them her dissapproval of the events.

So Villager B is off the hook, even though he did nothing wrong in the first place...

Random events:

First of Kageyama and Hinata training, Suga and Yachi give some comments on the side and are a bit stressed if another fight (the manga training camp one) would repeat itself or not.

Kenma tells on his summertime memories.... on how he beat a game, and it was difficult since Kuroo was always pestering him to practice (I feel you Kenma, video games are good summer pass time lol)

Kuroo is in 50% so he asks for Kenma. (this is the beginning of a downfall lol)

Tsukishima tells his view on Nekoma.

Bokuto tells on some summer memories (he got sick  because he played with his full strenght too much lol)

Lastly with Kenma we talked about the last days tournament.

After this I saved and reset so many times I lost track what events I had on the day and what I reset on after realizing my mistakes so bear with me. The next part  might be without any random encounters for the day because of this (I got sidetracked and aimed for one goal, y’know what lol)

The day ends with some talk on the tournament itself. We find out that the tournament will be held in the Karasuno sports stadium (the big place). We also find out that there is a price to be won at the end of tournament.

Shimada-san also comes into tell that there will be a all you can eat buffet for a price sponsored by his business. Aaand of course the meat lovers go nuts at this revelation.

We also find out about a special guest arriving, but that is a surprise for a later date~

Scenes I liked:

Suga and Sawamura commenting on Asahis nervousness.

Hekochoko lol.

My thoughts on the game:

I really felt uncomfortable with the Yamamoto, Tanaka and Noya scene. I never heeded this behavior much mind since kiyoko is normally dodging it perfectly, but in this she outright showed her disapproval so I got a bit uncomfortable with this. (there were a few more scenes like this at future parts but won’t mention them after this.)

Fucking up the games free time though was a bad mistake, but not game breaking thankfully.

can you recruit all the captains for you team? like is it possible to have oikawa and ushijima on the same team? just wondering b/c LMAO

Hello there!

I think that yes it is very much possible to have a team made full of captains (minus villager B since you really can’t get rid of him). I have seen some screens that show that Ushijima is possible to recruit, or at least talk to, so I really think it’s possible to have in your team :D

Maybe that’ll shut him up for a while with the “You should’ve come to Shiratorizawa”, stuff but I haven’t unlocked him yet so I still live in suspense. ^^

Daichi, Oikawa, Kuroo, Bokuto and Futakuchi however are definitely up for the recruiting.

Recruiting Akaashi permanently

When you have Bokuto with you.

When we went with Bokuto-san to the gymnasium, we found Akaashi-san there.

Bokuto: “Heya, Akaashi!”

Akaashi: “Thank you for your hard work, Bokuto-san.” (I still suck at common phrasings)

Bokuto: “Perfect timing. Let’s practice!”

Akaashi: “You’re still going to practice?”

Bokuto: “Ee-, it’s fine right! Let’s do it, spiking practice!”

Akaashi: “Bokuto-san you already did spiking practice just before.”

Akaashi-san avoided Bokuto-sans practice attack so I guess we have to regroup and come up with something else...  (lol practice attack)

He must be really used to this... to Fukurodanis personnel this must be an everyday scene.

Bokuto: “I see, then I’ll change my wording a bit...”

Akaashi: “? ... what is it?”

Bokuto: “Don’t do it for me. Do it for him by practicing with him!!”

And so Bokuto-san points at me.

“Eh? You mean me?”

Bokuto: “This guy is the leader of the mixed team right? And he’s also struggling with choosing who to include in the team.” 

Bokuto: “That’s why Akaashi should cooperate with him too! It’s ok with you right!?”

Bokuto-san says it so lightly that Akasahi-san went silent.

Bokuto: “What is it going to be~ Akaashi?” (lol bokuto)

Akaashi: “... no, it’s not that I don’t want to.”

Bokuto: “Then it’s alright with you?”

Akaashi: “....no.” (PFFT)

Bokuto: “Ok then Akaashi! Have a match against us!!”

“Eh? A match?”

Akaashi: “What are you spouting on again.”

Bokuto: “It’s fine right, let’s doo iit~ If you happen to lose, you’ll have to listen to this guys request.”

Akaashi: “... Ok then. Let’s have a match.”

EEEE!? He came along with it!?

Bokuto: “Ok then, it’s on.”

If you win:

“We won...!!”

We really won against Akaashi-san.

Bokuto: “You lost~ You lost~ Akaashi looost~.” (oh god bokuto stop :’D)

Uwah, I didn’t say that, but this seems mean... (bitter? underhanded? nikutarashii...)

Akaashi-san must be mortified.

Bokuto: “Well I say this after all that, but Akaashi you’re free to do what you want.” (LOL)

Akaashi: “Truly, after all that.”

Akaashi: “...I understand, I shall help you out.”

“Eh? Is that alright with you?”

Akaashi: “Yes, it’s fine.”

Akaashi: “If Bokuto-san doesn’t get to act on his whims he becomes timid and the minute you lose sight of him he’s off to trouble.” (hame wo hazusu, I really wonder what this really means....)

Bokuto: “Oi, oi, Akaashi! That’s a bit too much!?”

Akaashi: “Someone has to keep a close eye on him.”

“..Yes! Thank you very muuch!!”

Akaashi: “You’re very welcome.”

I got one more person to the team! I have to keep this up!!

Recruiting Kuroo permanently

When you have Kenma with you.

When we went to the gymnasium with Kenma-san, we found Kuroo-san there.

“Kuroo...”

Kuroo: “Hey, what’s up Kenma?”

Kuroo: “You walking around during break time is really rare.”

Kenma: “...nothing much.”

Kuroo: “Finally, after coming all the way to Miyagi, Kenma feels like putting in an effort!”

Kenma: “Not really... that’s right, Kuroo you should help him out too.”

Kuroo: “Hm? Help out?”

Kenma-san is looking at me encouragingly, telling me to continue myself. That’s right, I should handle the important parts myself.

“Excuse me Kuroo-san! Would you like to take part in my mixed team!?”

Kuroo: “Aa, you mean that stuff. Let’s see..”

Kuroo: “I have nothing against helping out, but I have my hands full with training Lev, it’s really troublesome in so many ways.”

Kuroo-san seems a bit reluctant, but he didn’t say it was a complete impossibility.

A bit more!

“In that case have a match against me! If we win please become part of my team!”

Kenma; “’Us’?”

“And if we lose, we will do anything!!”

Kuroo: “”Anything” you say huh... that sounds pretty interesting.”

Kuroo: “Ok, if it’s like that then it’s alright. Let’s have a match.”

“Thank you very much!! We did it Kenma-san!!”

Kenma: “I’m in this too? I don’t want to.”

“Let’s do our best!!”

Kuroo: “Ahaha, you’re a great guy. So, let’s have some fun.”

If you win:

“It’s our victory, Kuroo-san!!”

Kuroo: “Yaa-, I lost I lost. Nothing I can do about it, guess I’ll join your ranks.”

“We did it! We did it Kenma-san!!”

Kenma: “That’s enough right? I’m tired so I wan’t to go back.”

Kuroo: “You’re also helping him out right? Be more passionate about it.”

Kenma: “That’s enough already. We won after all.”

“YES! YOU SAVED ME BIG TIME! THANK YOUUUU!!”

Kenma: “You’re way too loud.”

Kuroo: “It’s fine. You Kenma should too show the same life force a bit.”

Kenma: “...what’s that, I don’t get it.”

“Ah, that’s reminds me...”

“If Kuroo-san would’ve won, what did you have planned for us?”

Kuroo: “Hmm, I wonder what it was~ Oh well, I won’t say it.”

“What was it? I became really interested just now.”

Kuroo: “You wan’t to know that badly?”

“uuh...”

H-His smile is somewhat scary looking...

Kenma: “You’re better off not asking it.”

“Y- you’re right. I’ll rather pass.”

Kuroo: “There are some things in the world you’re better of not knowing.”

I-I wonder what it was? Anyway, it’s good I didn’t lose...

I realized that the conversation base must’ve been confusing without the character names with who is speaking, so today and tomorrow I’m going to edit the convos that have more than one character into more clearer convos, as in having the character names there too. ^^

Bokuto: “Haa? Why the formalities all of a sudden?”

Kuroo: “This man right here wants you ask you, one of the top 5, for a favor.”

Kuroo: “Will you lend him your ear for a moment?”

Bokuto: “Hou! Of course, what you have in mind?”

“Actually I was trusted with forming a mixed team during this training camp..”

“I’m gathering people willing to help to that team.”

“And because of that... I would really like Bokuto-san too to lend his strength for the team...”

Bokuto: “Hohou..! So you want this ‘one of top 5′s’ strength in your ranks?!”

“Y-yes! Please help me out!”

Bokuto: “Did you hear that Kuroo! He want’s me to lend him my strength.”

Kuroo: “That’s what I already just said. So, what are you going to do?”

Bokuto: “Uuuun~... let’s seee~...it’s not like I’m unwilling to help out~”

Bokuto: “I have practiiicee tooo~... I really don’t knoow~...HMMM~..

Kuroo: “Ah, this, he really want’s to join.”

Bokuto: “Don’t blow my cover now Kuroo-kun!”

Kuroo: “Oooh, Sorry sorry.”

It’s just like Tsukishima-kun said, he’s a bit different from the person I initially thought he was.

Small conversation about Tsukishimas opinion about Nekoma.

“What kind of team does Nekoma high school’s team feel like?”

“How they feel like... You should ask that kind of thing from someone else. Everyone else has a good personality in the team with the exception of captain Kuroo-san.” (pft, “go ask someone else, oh but wait, on Kuroo-san...”)

“I thought this when watching practice, but including blocking into strategy and holding it together is really something.”

Aa I see :D questioning anon haha. 

I think you can recruit him, he was in an enemy team twice in the game so recruiting him should be possible I guess. Haven’t seen the opening conversation yet, so it must be someone of the aoba jousai you need to unlock him. I’ll make an update when I have all characters and list them in masterlist also. After that I think I’ll also open the requests if someone wants scenes from certain characters ^^

And yes the team forming is super fun. My current team is Bokuto, Kuroo, Tsukishima, Akaashi (big suprise :’D) Sawamura/Oikawa, Noya (I want yaku as libero though) and Villager B (you can’t change this dude because of MC powers.)
