I miss the era of the internet where everyone had an evil alter ego/character that would show up on their channel, just to be silly, that eventually got a lot of lore from the fandom for no reason. It was a simpler time.

⭐️ Stolas

Booyah! Let's wrap this depressed owl with some well deserved love!

His voice: Goodness gracious alive, Bryce Pinkham always does a phenomal work with Stolas! He shows a lot of range both when he speaks and when he sings: he can go from flamboyant and playful to emotional and bitter with ease, and MAN does he nail on those poignant moments! :,)

His softness: Stolas could've become a cruel one, considering how he was raised without no one who would care for him as a person. But he didn't. He's suffered, yes, and there's bitterness in him. But look at how he loves Via, or shows how much he cares for Blitz. Of course he gets it wrong: depression and a sheltered life do not leave you with a good reference on how to handle relationships in a healthy way. But he tries so hard! He just wants to love and be loved, and he took the brunt of it for so long to ensure his loved ones' happiness!

His little gestures: Guy makes owl noises, moves his hands when he talks, tilts his head, his hooting laugh... His little mannerisms that perk every once in a while, especially when he gets excited, are so adorable to see!

His eyes: For the longest time his eyes were pools of red, and despite that he could show a lot of emotion still: you could tell that he was emotionally charged whenever his pupils made way. Now he shows them all the time, and THANK GOODNESS he does, he's showing so much more emotion now! Not to mention he looks even more adorable now! ^^

His astronomical aesthetic: Stolas is all about stars, and I fall in love everytime he reminds the audience of that. Some of the best scenes in Helluva Boss involve him surrounded by stars iconography. And it's breathtaking every single time!
