sometimes when I really like a piece of media that almost nobody else has seen I start to make up a shitty fandom and discourse in my head. I have full conversations with myself in the roles of unwell tumblr users trying to doxx each other over a slightly controversial ship
#im imagining this for our pen and paper campaign constantly#like i think i know exactly how the shipping discourse would go#and by that i mean people would ship any of the 3 attractive-ish male characters with each other and there would be beef about which 2#of them should date#and like there's a small argument to be made for all 3 couples and also a lot of reasons against them#which allow people to call the other ships problematic#and then the later parts of the story happen and like. all 3 have some level of romantic involvement with new characters#and like people would be so pissed because they felt lead on or whatever and that its so boring that 2 of the characters are straight#while everyone is completely ignoring that there is a lesbian too lmao#also i can just SEE shit like 'clearly this ship is abusive and not endgame. they're gonna break up'#no they wont this is toxic codependency ONLY
