Please take this poll on my website: people hate ChatGPT, but I find it very useful for emerging from my depression and reconnecting with creativity. Now I'm making lots of important, interesting shit but I have to decide how to handle it.

Ethical considerations notwithstanding, I provide detailed instructions on how to create a chatbot through Perchance, so you can interact with the giant, giantess, or tiny person of your dreams.

I've spent all afternoon and most of the evening building (with ChatGPT's help) my experimental website. Today I created a handy little image gallery—sorry for the watermark, but fuck pirates—with a viewing carousel and alt text for every single image. It's coming along, I think. It's necessary to have a website as a home base or media hub, and it's also necessary to have a good backup. Getting booted off social media for #SizeFantasy content isn't a question of "if" but "when."

The final #SizeRiot contest has been uploaded! For this round, writers were asked to compose a piece of flash fiction that portrayed their favorite Size Fantasy scenario. Some are sexy, some are sweet, some are deadly—all are deeply sincere and passionate. And with this installation, the Size Riot archive is complete and I can go back to sleep.

In this issue, we look at how an Irish giantess exhibited by her husband in sideshows in the late 1600s resembles a French short story from 1912. Discover a retro-style video game of invading giantesses. An educational LLM tool tries to explain macrophilia.

A long time ago, I started a flash fiction writing contest among Size writers, to hone their skills, create original work on a schedule, and guide them in providing useful feedback. It ran for four years, four themed contests a year: January was always Cruel, April was always Gentle, and July and October were up for a vote.
Then it got very big and labor-intensive, and some hostile people showed up to ruin it, so I ended it. And then the whole thing was hosted on Google Drive and Google Sites, so to protect the archive from AI-data-scraping, I took it all down.
Now I'm restoring the archive, all 16 contests, on Neocities. All of 2017 is online, as well as CruelJan18, GentleApril18, and tonight, GrowthJuly18. It's a slow process but it's long overdue. Everyone should be able to access these stories, and the writers should be proud to show off and share their works.

Did you know that #Google actually went into my Drive and locked me out of my manuscript? Did you know it could do that? I shared this with Mastodon, and they shared great suggestions for encryption, private writing, and secure file transfer. They also pointed me to many more writing/editing programs for creative writing. I thought I'd share my impression of these.
