You see, my original plan was to go to either Eastern, or College for Creative Studies, or Grandvalley.

Got accepted into all  3.

Well. My mom and family thought it’d be cool to LIE on my Financial aid.. Know what happened?

I can’t take out any loans for a year nor will my mom let me. Until they clear this shit up.

I have to PAY  for my OWN  way through college.

I can only take 2 classes which is 3 credits each.. all together that was 500.00 (including books)

Worse part. I GET TO GO TO Wayne County Community College. Downriver location.

I CAN’T DO THE FUN SHIT. NOPE. BECAUSE I GET TO GO TO SCHOOL WITH INSANE PEOPLE. LET ALONE SOME OF THE KIDS WHO DECIDED TO BE ASSHOLES AND FAIL THROUGH HIGH SCHOOL. FROM MY HIGH SCHOOL FML…

I have a 24 on the ACT

And a 3.0 Gpa

My scholarships for all those schools all because of alittle white lie on my finacial aid. GOT FUCKING CANCELED

Sooo I graduated from UT, I’m about to start working to be a tattoo artist, I work in sports media, I’m hella bored, college was a money grab waste of time. 2021 I graduated college, and yeah happiness unless you’re an engineer means absolutely nothing.

Update, I work for the NFL, NHL, NBA, and sports entertainment freelance, news media and gaming on the side. I make rugs, and I craft stuff for fun for a living and soon to be a stay at home mom, while working freelance hours. I own a boat, and my dream jeep. I love it here.

What's with the random people telling me I'm going to be successful!?

Okay, this happened before at another store but as I’m sitting here studying, some guy walks up to me and says,

“I don’t know what you’re gonna be but you’re gonna be good.”

I don’t know what this is all about. This keeps happening to me, people keep telling me I’m going to become something big I don’t know what the deal is.. it’s kinda weirding me out but I appreciate it at the same time.

Another lady at a different store said,

Lady:“What’s your name? Me: Israel. She’s like I know I’m going to be hearing your name again someday. You’re going to become something good I’ll be looking out for you, you’re gonna be in the top.”

Now I don’t know what it is, but there has been many more times people have told me this.

I don’t understand what it is…

Aha, well some news, they shut that shit down 2020 crisis closed down three hermanos, so that terrible customer service treating to all of us and their customers caught up to them. 🤷🏽‍♀️ don’t be mean to people. As of earlier last year 2023, a tornado came through downriver and damn near destroyed three hermanos. Crazy enough, it flooded everywhere, they lost power, my moms house now on the other side of Huron River dr, and their houses are sunken, flooded, I’m constantly trying to get my mom to move out of downriver, just move to Oakland it’s nicer here than it is there. 29 year old Izzy thoughts, that place wasn’t worth it and there’s tons of better Mexican restaurants out there

Lady walks in we already have a group waiting she’s pregnant too. Me: Hi, Mam, it’ll be about a 10 to 15 minute wait until we get you seated. Another group walks in after her and she says she has 4 then walks back later and is like oh I have 7 now. I said okay, let me talk to my boss first about this. There are four booths opening up in 5 minutes, and there is one big table that can sit at least 10 people. I ask my boss if what to do, my boss said seat the seven first at the big table since it’s open and the booths we’ll be open in 5 minutes.

Me: I’m sorry mam, there will be a few booths opening in just a moment, but as for right now I will have to seat the table of 7.  If there is any problem please consult my boss, for I unable to do be of help.

Lady: GREAT SO YOU’RE GOING TO SEAT THE 7 BEFORE ME?! THIS IS BULL SHIT HOW COULD YOU DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS.

Her husband: Honey please, they have to do what they can to..

Lady: NO NO NO THIS ISN’T FAIR THEY’RE GETTING THEIR FOOD BEFORE ME BECAUSE OF HER.

I turn around, I’ve been working at this restaurant everyday this week no off days because we’re short on people until everyone is back from vacation. The lady continues to yell at me.

My boyfriend who works with me says, oh so the boss basically made you deal with the situation and lets you get yelled at that’s great..

I walk back over to the lady because I tend to speak up for myself. My whole voice changed into a deep tone from my polite tone.

Me: Mam, I already said to you, I’m going by what my boss said. I’m getting paid 7.40 an hour, I don’t get paid enough to sit here and be disrespected by a total stranger. I was polite to you and provided you as much customer service as I could. Now there are many different Mexican restaurants in this area and even a Taco Bell, you have those options or you wait.

She waited, and the seven ended up eating after her anyway because their table was still waiting on people to come in. After that, a customer walked over to me and gave me a 10 dollar tip and said, you’re right I’ve worked in the food industry for years, it’s about time someone said something to a customer for being rude.

Friends come and go, this person I’m talking about, is a parent now here in my 29th year all I can say is we grow up life goes on. We got bigger fish to fry.

This one is a hit or miss, especially in today’s age. I believe in God and higher faith, but I also believe in reality. The right now.

So like my sister is playing Christian music and stuff and telling me how I should believe in God. But like I’m almost on the ledge of not believing I don’t want to be forced on religion unless I want to actually believe it.

Clay is still a loser and still lives with his parents, he’s 34, has no motivation to change any of that and any of the things that he had going for him which was nothing. My friend who is his manager said he’s still a loser. So nothing lost it’s okay - signed 29 year old Izzy in 2024.

It’s 2024, I’m almost 30, that place actually burnt down and lost its license for roach problems. So it’s okay, and who owns a real restaurant in 2024? They all failed, there is no more 3 hermanos.

So today, racism still exists til this day.. I tried applying for a job at a Leo’s coney island on Fort st and sibley in my hometown and the manager and owner immediately ran up to me and said NO we’re not hiring. Then a few minutes later my friend goes in to apply for a job , they welcomed her in with open arms and everything…so she’s been there for about a week, and over heard the manager talking and saying that they’re always hiring. So she asked them..wait my friend tried applying and she said you weren’t hiring.. and the manager said oh what did your friend look like? She said oh she’s a pretty black girl, and the manager and owner said immediately. That’s why. We don’t hire black people, only reason the one black guy is here is so we don’t have any legal problems.

They said when they moved to America his wife was murdered by a group of black men and ever since then he’s hated black people… which is awful.. somehow I wish I could expose this place but I can’t..
