Hi, i’m not sure how to post on here but i have a question.
I’m a shifter who, like many shifters, have been trying for many many years (6 in my case) and still has been successful. I don’t consider myself a lazy shifter, i’ve been constantly trying new thing and just attempting on a regular basis, but i never find further some (rare) mini shifts. This is not to come here and complain for my unsuccessful journey, because i know most of the ppl in this community are in my same situation. in particular i’ve noticed 3 type of shifters:
- the shifter who has been trying unsuccessfully for years
- the shifter who had a couple of successful shifts but with difficulty
- the shifter who always shifts whenever they attempt and effortlessly
this post is towards the last category. in particular i want to be familiar with how living such life is. i want to prove myself that it really isn’t that rare and doesn’t have to be so difficult, i want to become that type of shifter because for them shifting is so..natural and easy.
of course i’m curios how one even manages on the first place but tbh i don’t think it’s even possible for me to hear anything new since i’ve been actively doing research for years now and posts keep repeating themselves. knowing the fact that im on tumblr these amaizing shifters will be using the LOA or the void state. My question, whether how they do it, it’s; how is it? i want to read as many successful posts as there are out there because im starting to lose hope. so if you read till here, thank you, if you are a shifter who always shifts i’d really appreciate you sharing your story if you feel like it. Also could you please let me know of creators who you know are that successful please? if not it’s ok ofc, thank you regardless.
the reason behind this post, other than a lost of hope and a personal want to motivation, is the fact that for the last years i’ve only heard methods or typ, all very helpful in a way, but i feel like i’ve lost touch with the success part of this reality has, and im sure it can be really helpful to see.

you're making shifting hard



shifting is not hard. you're making it seem that way.
i used to struggle with this so much. like, i knew the law of assumption. i knew that shifting and manifesting were the same thing. i knew that reality is just my assumptions reflected back to me.
but for some reason, every time i tried to just decide i was in my DR, it felt... different.
i could easily say, "i have blue eyes," and it felt normal, even if my eyes were brown. but the second i tried to say, "i'm in my DR," my brain would go: "hmm... but are you really?" and suddenly, i'd be analyzing everything, waiting for proof, wondering if i was doing it right.
and that's where i messed up.
i was placing shifting on a pedestal
i thought shifting was bigger than other manifestations. i thought it was different. but the truth? there is no such thing as a "big" or "small" manifestation. that's literally just a label. it's an assumption.
if i assume it's "harder" to shift than to change my eye color, then guess what? that assumption becomes my reality. but if i assume they're both the same, just decisions, then shifting becomes just as easy as saying, "i have blue eyes."
checking for proof was my biggest block
the second i decided i was in my DR, i'd immediately start checking, even subconsciously.
do i feel different?
did something change?
am i there yet?
and by doing that, i was literally affirming that i wasn't there. because if i truly believed i was in my DR, why would i be checking?
like, when i wake up in the morning, i don't sit there and check if i'm still in my reality. i don't look around thinking, "is this my bed? is this my house?" i just assume it is. and because i assume it, that's what i experience.
that's exactly how shifting works.
deciding = reality
at some point, i realized i was overcomplicating everything. i was acting like shifting was some grand process, when in reality, it's literally just deciding. and once i decide, that's it. i don't need to do anything else.
when i say, "i have blue eyes," i don't sit there waiting for them to change. it just accept it as true.
when i say, "i am already in my DR," i should do the exact same thing. just accept it and move on.
no forcing. no waiting. no "trying." just knowing.
the secret? stop making it a big deal
shifting is not this rare, complicated thing.
it's not "bigger" than any other manifestation. it's not something you have to work toward. it's just a decision. and the only reason it feels different is because you assume it is.
so i stopped treating it like a big deal. i stopped looking for proof. i stopped acting like it was something separate from normal manifesting. and the moment i did that? everything clicked.
so if you're struggling...
stop checking if it's working.
stop waiting for proof and validation.
stop placing shifting on a pedestal.
just decide. accept. move on.
you're already there. that's it. no doubts, no second-guessing. just be.

it was only for few seconds (or maybe minutes?) BUT I DID IT!
I was mediating and slowly felt myself falling asleep but i woke up in a chair, resting my head on top of a desk then someone asked me if i wanted coffee and i looked up to see i was in an office I freaked out so freaking much that i woke back up in here :(
but im still over the moon over what happened, i scripted that i would wake up in my workplace (the daily planet) and i think that's exactly where i was.

stop focusing on your senses

when shifting, your physical senses are the last to shift! when you’re hyper-aware of your body, you could be anchoring yourself to your current reality.
let go.
detach from the need to feel immediate sensations and trust the process. you are in control.
focus on your intention, not on whether you ‘feel’ it happening. this is why i like to make it clear that not everyone feels physical symptoms, and that is okay!!! shifting is about aligning your consciousness, not forcing physical proof.
remind yourself: you are already shifting. every thought, every visualization, every moment spent in alignment with your desired reality brings you closer.
release the need for validation. your experience is valid, whether or not you feel tingles, heaviness, or detachment. trust in your mind’s power.
shifting isn’t something you have to ‘catch’ happening - it’s something you allow to unfold.

Learning how to be more familiar with shifting
and how and why do people constantly shift on accident while people who go up and beyond are usually not as successful?

I seen posts from people frustrated or even ready to give up on shifting. They’ve tried every method, affirmation, or technique, yet nothing seems to work. At the same time, they see others sharing stories about shifting on accident, and it makes them wonder “What’s wrong with me? Why can’t I shift when I’m putting in so much effort?”
First of all, there’s nothing wrong with you. Shifting is a deeply personal experience, and everyone’s journey is different.
SO WHY DO PEOPLE SHIFT ON ACCIDENT?
(my opinion)
Most people who shift accidentally are able to let go naturally, without even realizing it. Letting go, in simple terms, means completely forgetting about the act of shifting itself.
Think about it this way: when you’re doing a method or affirming, you’re reminding yourself that you’re still in your CR. Even if you’re saying, “I’m shifting,” you’re acknowledging that there’s a process happening and that you’re waiting for the shift to occur. This creates a sense of separation between you and your DR. It’s like saying, “I’m almost there,” rather than, “I’m already there.”
What often happens with people who shift on accident, they immerse themselves in their DR, they stop perceiving a “process” of shifting—they just exist in that reality.
HOW TO BECOME MORE NATURAL WITH LETTING SHIFTING GO?
First thing we need to learn even tho this is really common evidence:
Methods are tools, not rules.
Trust Yourself: The more you believe you can shift, the less you’ll feel the need to control every part of the process.
What immersing yourself in your DR is?
Anything you want, no limits. Scenarios, going through a day in your DR, thinking about your s/o, thinking about your studies, your job, making outfits, thinking about dates with your s/o, hang outs with your friend group, texting, praising people in your DR, doing your make up in your DR.
Of course you can just think about your DR if you are not good with imagination.
The biggest takeaway here is that shifting isn’t about trying—it’s about being. When you let go of the idea of shifting as something you have to “achieve” and simply allow yourself to exist in your DR.
So don’t be discouraged if you’re struggling. Take a step back, relax, and allow yourself to enjoy the journey without putting so much pressure on yourself. You’re closer than you think.

i pinky promise, hand on heart, other hand holding a matchstick about to light this baby up, this is the only shifting post you need. no fluff, no razzle-dazzle, no five-paragraph essays about brainwaves or how you need to do the cha-cha in a lucid dream to make it happen. none of that. i know, i know, you’ve seen a million of these posts before!!!!! they’re all like, ‘just believe, babe!!!!!’ and toss you into the deep end of manifestation tiktok. but i’m serious.
let me break it down: shifting is easy. I KNOW. I KNOW. "emma i've been trying for five years, NOTHING's happening." no, REALLY, you’ve already been doing it. every day. every time you zone out during a lecture, or start daydreaming about a life where you’re waltzing around versailles with marie antoinette or sipping espresso in twin peaks. that feeling !!!!!!! that’s it !!!!!! that’s the first brush of the sandworm under your feet.
the FIRST TRUTH!!!!! you don’t need a method. forget the ladder, the cracking raven, the star charts. sure, they’re cute, but they’re like training wheels. the real power is in knowing. knowing you’ve already got it. you just do it. you’re not asking reality to let you in; you’re telling it where you want to go. AND THEN YOU GO !!!!! SO GO !!!!!
the SECOND TRUTH!!!!! your mind is your arrakis. it is vast, it is hot, it is buzzing with potential. you can plant anything there, and it’ll grow!!!! timelines, dreams, full-on universes. all you need to do is stop overthinking it. shifting isn’t about fighting to make it happen. it’s about leaning back, relaxing, and letting it take you.
think of it like floating in the ocean: the more you try to force it, the harder it gets. but if you let go, trust the waves, you’ll find yourself drifting effortlessly toward where you want to be.
the THIRD TRUTH!!!! you’re already there. no, i’m not being cryptic or trying to sound like a fortune cookie. what you desire.....the reality, the life, the version of yourself you’re dreaming of.......it’s already yours. time and space are silly little concepts for the mortals. you’re a prophet. you’ve already conquered them. movin' on.
you don’t have to prove you’re worthy, you don’t need a cosmic permission slip. you’re already the shaper of the unshapeable. so !!!!!! stop overcomplicating it. how to shift? nr one: know you shift, nr two: you're in your reality. BAM. KABOOM. shifting is easy because you’re the one in charge, and you always have been. don’t think too hard; just be. be the person in the river, sipping iced coffee, pissing out enlightenment. be the person NASA is terrified of because you’re too sustainable. be the person on their vespa, popping wheelies through timelines like a pope on holiday.
you don’t need angel numbers or the moon in the 7th house to tell you it’s working. it’s working because you’re the one making it work.
shifting isn’t about imagining every detail of your dream life; it’s about embodying the feeling of being there. stop doubting yourself. stop checking the clock or waiting for ‘proof.’ the second you decide to shift, it’s done !!!!!
