Even if I was evangelical (ex Catholic), I can't remember it being a sin to simply HEAR of those sins. Sailor song especially is about Religious trauma. Music is an art form, and people should be able to make what they want with it as long as it isn't promoting things like rape, Zoophilia, etc

I like evangelical songs, by the way! One of my all time favorite songs is Soldier, Poet, King. But there's more to Christianity than Jesus and Hell. The best songs are ones that don't shove the meaning down your throat.
