Honestly, I have no idea what was going through my head when I decided to draw this, but come on, Captain Fluffy giving Blubby his headband with cat ears, little bows, and a unicorn horn? That’s just too much cuteness to handle. And as for why Cloudyseidon even owns something like that? Don’t. Ask. The answer is basically: Penelope and an endless stash of adorable accessories.
