Today l found my five year old sister crying in her little fort she made. I asked her what was wrong and she told me "the cat died" and pointed at her tablet. Confused, I took it from her to find out what she was talking about. Turns out, it was one of those AI generated cat videos where the cat gets hit by a car and bleeds out. This is fucking insane.

These AI videos are intentionally targeting children with "cute" characters and then showing them horrible shit. How much longer until they start showing downright illegal material? They probably already are.

I fucking hate AI. At best it generates lazy content made by lazy people and at worst it generates harmful content and targets those most vulnerable and pollutes our planet.

Do note that I've told my parents that YouTube isn't a good place for my sister and have caught her watching sexual content slop targeted at kids multiple times and yet they still do nothing to put parental blocks. I hate the normalization of younger kids on the Internet and I hate AI.

I don't normally post this sort of stuff but I felt it was important to talk about and it angered me so much. Imagine having to comfort your younger siblings who's sobbing cause they thought they just witnessed an animal die in front of them. Fucking disgusting.
