This house has been abandoned for almost a year now, and yet these lights stay on all through the day and all through the night.

For a period of roughly three months, from April to mid June of 2002, a public photo-booth at the Steltson Oaks Mall in the San Fernando Valley portion of Los Angeles only produced photos of the same man, regardless of who was using the machine. The man was always facing dead ahead, with an expressionless face. It was hard to determine what age the man was, though he appeared to be in his late teens to early 20’s. By early June, photos of the man were being produced much more rapidly, and they had begun to change. Photos of the man increasingly came out warped, with staring eyes and deformed features. Eventually, the machine was decommissioned due to customer outcry, with many complaining of being so alarmed by the photos, they would dream of the man. It’s current location is unknown. Existing photos of the photo-booth man are said to fetch high numbers at very specific auctions, held for people who specialize in finding such things.

July 5th, 1993 - Odd lights and noises behind a New Jersey “Burger King” franchise location lead to a documentary crew filming behind the building. They capture bizarre phenomena, and and start the editing process for their documentary.

Before the film can be finished, a series of freak accidents leads to the complete dissolution of production and the deaths of 3 crew members, including the director. People on set report seeing a shadowy figure out of the corners of their eyes, and hearing a low, non-stop clicking.

22/12/2002 - Photographer Michael Siffre reportedly became obsessed with capturing an image of “true darkness”. On the 11th of December he descended alone into Mammoth cave. With nothing but his camera and a flashlight. He never returned and his wife soon organized a search party. Rescuers following his foot-prints found no signs of the man. April 3rd, 2001 - A manilla envelope is left on the front stoop of a police station in Massachusetts. Enclosed is an external hard drive with one file on it, named “neighbour.avi”. The footage is one extended long shot of an apartment from a neighbouring building. The video is sped-up, covering many days, and shows a figure framed in the window. The figure moves only slightly, and as the tape continues, it seems to rot and decay. The .avi cuts to digital noise when the figure is barely more than a mass of decay, right after the only substantial movement on the tape; the figure in the window starting to raise it’s right arm in a plaintive or pleading gesture.

i started seeing screenshots of tumblr users receiving messages from a blog called “sexygirlmax2019”

this is, of course, standard on tumblr, to receive porn bot messages

they were exceptionally weird “Hey peebrain -you teleport?” “Hi pea for brains…. can you teleport?”

checking the timestamps, all of sexygirlmax2019’s posts have been made today they’re formatted impeccably like bot messages and posts but they’re just a little off
