First glimpse of the Dark Kingdom in Crystal.
It looks like they’ve wedded the pseudo-gothic architecture of manga!DK with the organic, vegetal aspect it had in the original anime. I like it. It has a forlorn, subaqueous sort of feel to it— a true underworld. The drifting snowflakes (?) are an interesting touch; are these to hint at the DK’s polar location? I’m also so super impressed by the background music!
Oh yeah, Jadeite was cool too, for the .07 seconds he was on screen.
