Hot take: new years resolutions should be more simple than people are making them. People set out every year for one thing they want to get better at for the year. But people tend to struggle on keeping that idea in their head. So what I suggest is that you shouldn't hit something so high that you most likely won't reach. Example: for eating better, don't throw all the snacks you loved away, keep half and throw a few fruits and vegetables into your daily meal. For exercise, if you don't have time for the gym, make an at home gym (doorframe pull up bars, yoga mats, etc)

So in 4th grade, i was new to the school i went to, and i was the kind of kid to help the people in the cafeteria, so as i would work in the back of the kitchen restocking things like apples and such, and i remember that the kids in my class started to catch on what i was doing, so it went from 2 kids working in the kitchen, to like 13 kids working back there, it got so busy that our teacher had to make a weekly routine for who's day it was to work. All because me and my friend wanted to help the school.
