First soup from Zuppa! by Anne Bianchi: the simple Capelli d’Angelo In Brodo on page 24. It’s a simple soup built on a foundation of Zuppa’s vegetable broth, supplemented by angel hair pasta, butter, Parmesan, parsley, and a touch of nutmeg. “Beguilingly tasty,” says our reviewer. I was worried that the soup would be too plain after previewing the vegetable broth, but the butter and Parmesan added a subtle richness that complemented the delicate angel hair noodles.
