I honestly needed this info, especially when i'm feeling like nothing is working ;-;
Tips to burn extra c4l0r!es without exercising, becuz every c4l0r!es counts (and that we're lazy sometimes LOL) Cold bath ! - It can make you burn up to 300c if the water is between 0°C-15°C (10-20min) ! And it keeps burning up to 100c after to reheat yourself. If a bit warmer, like 15-20°C, it can burn up to 100 for 20-30 min ! Still something right ? Cold shower ! - Not a fan of cold bath because you're not a polar bear and you want it fast, standing up and not resting in water ? Well cold shower is maybe for you ! You can burn up to 150c if you stay enough, same principle as bath! Ice cubes ! - Alright, you don't like cold water on you, fair enough... Then you could try ice cubes ! For one liter of ice cubes (basically water frozen) makes you burn more than 110c by thermogenesis ! Crazy right ? You can also eat cold food as frozen grapes to have this effect but like a "lite" version of it :3 Cold water ! - Okay okay fck those ice cubes, it's too painful to chew for you. Then what about cold water..? It burns abt 50c, not bad! Sleep in a cold room ! - So you burn more in your sleep ^-^ Chili and cafeine ! - Get it, fck this cold stuff. What about chili and cafeine ? It increases temporarily your energegy expanditure ! We're not against few calories less in your day, even a little! STAND UP!! - Yeah just basically.. stand up. Yeah get up of your bed, even if its for pacing around for 2-3 steps while calling your bestie, you burn more than when you're scrolling while bedrotting, I see you (I'm in my bed rn I'm depressed), in 30min standing up you could burn up to 80-100 more than when you're sitting or laying down, so c'mon ! Proteins, dammit! - Eat proteins, 20-30% of the calories of these are burned to digest it, that's SO GOOD. Chewing gum! - Yeah, you heard it, chewing gum burns calories, try to chew strongly tho, it burns up to 10c per hour, still something, even if you must chew it like a cow. Laughing and crying ! - 1+c4l0r!e per minute, well... still something especially when you're BPD or depressed. Or just look in the mirror if you want to cry, maybe it'll work. I ate 1015cal today, honestly probably around 1115 for the drink I didn't count. When I saw the number on my tracker it gave me an instant headache. For the last week I ⭐ve for 24 hours on my app, eat max 500cal then ⭐ve for another 24. Dropped half a kg 😭
I wish not eating for a day would magically take off 10kg

I swear working out needs way more control than ⭐ving. With my job I barely reach 4k steps, but the treadmill makes me want to kms after 5 minutes. I weight train, do I have to reach 10k steps a day? What if I just cut my legs off, I'll reach my GW if I do 😭

Hi! I'm 29. Do you have any advice to restrict safely? I want to lose weight but also not die lol
Yes!!! Tons lol
My main thing with restricting is macros .. as long as you play your macros right, binging and cravings are close to none. What that looks like is this:
1/2 plate is vegetable (straight up salad, or broccoli, cauliflower, etc)
1/4 plate is protein (meat, tofu)
1/4 plate is grains (like potato, rice, or pasta)
Fiber! (apples, leafy vegetables, think acidic fruits, etc) I hear a lot of things saying @n@‘s can’t poo, so this one is gonna keep you full, cravings at bay, and bowel movement a-flow lol
And most importantly a tsp of fat, etc olive oil or 1/4 avocado, some sort of fat. I know that sounds scary to some people but this one is the crazy important ones because without that little calorie of fat addition, that binge comes on like a whole problem. So that little sacrifice is worth a lot
And doing this mainly keeps me under 900 calories most days
Other ways that can look is thru cooking everything from scratch to make sure each macro is hit .. for example, I made pancakes from scratch yesterday morning, (almond flour (fat/carb), egg whites (protein), sugar free syrup (small carb) and that ended up keeping me full for almost the entire day.
It’s a lot about calories but breaking down the macros is what keeps this stuff at bay.
But for simplicity, each meal should be equal parts of all macros.
Always focus on macros!!
Always restrict safely! ✨
