Overall

I just watched once from the beginning through the end, so I still have many questions. I understood almost nothing. Stories and their backstories are complex.

Animation is great. Battles are really movie quality

Questions and hypothesis

When was the 1st impact?

I think it was explained in 1.11, but do not remember it at all

Who the hell are angels?

Who is Kaoru? Clones like Rei in moon?

Why did Asuka become an angel? And how did she survive after Evangelion Unit-3?

She became it because she was eaten in Angel 9?

Dummy system didn’t kill her so that’s why she was alive?

Why did Seele know Angels?

In the 1st place, who the hell Seele?

Seele is the person who knows Angels in the very early phase. Can be one of the members to develop Evangelions?

Why did Gendo know there are 13 angels?

Why did Gendo know the overall prospects?

What the hell are Evangelions?

Create machines from humans or angels?

What the hell AT field is? Why did Gendo use it?

Gendo took something so he quitted human beings. So he is kinda Angels or Evangelions

It’s an obstacle between creatures, according to Gendo???

Why were there so many Evangelions after the 4th impact?

4th impact released creatures from bodies if I’m not mistaken, so they were just remnants of those bodies?

Who the hell is Adam and Adam's children?

Why only few people can operate Evangelions? Shinji makes sense but not sure others

Is the Shinji on the last scene on Thrice upon a time the person who can be grown with parents' love?

Is the last scene the world Shinji wished or Gendo and Yuri did?

Stories

Story is great. From the beginning, it’s always like what’s going on next!? So I wanted to know more. Especially because there were many questions in my mind, I wanted to know the answer from the following episode

Shinji’s character development is REALLY slow. He grew at the middle of the last movie

Asuka became an angel but wasn’t called as the number. Maybe she was 9th if she was able to become it after she was taken in unit 3

Characters

Why did Yuri choose to be the control of unit 01 in the 1st place? If she didn’t, the world probably wouldn't have become something like that.

What was the background of Mari? Was she a coworker of Gendo?

Was Asuka and Shinji relative or childhood friends?

But Asuka said she had an emotion or feeling that is created by others to Shinji. Was she kinda same as Kaoru?

Animation

A lot of battle scenes that dynamically moved, designs of fantasy creatures or battleships, and expressions for spiritual scenes

It was funny that unit 1 and 13 battled in a few rooms like a classroom. They were normally huge

Wow, this episode is the something about darkside. It was stunning and horrifying.

The backbone or the history of this world is mostly dominated by the All for One, so I should’ve expected a plenty of darkside story.

The story of Kurogiri, Present mic, and Eraser head reminded me Kakashi and Obito in Naruto for some reasons.

Characters

Eraser head is passionate though he usually doesn’t show. When he had an interview about Bakugo after he was captured by villain, he also showed his passion.

Animation

For some reasons, I felt the animation where Eraser head and others walked on crosswalk and also Eraser head and Present Mic walked before going to Kurogiri was good.

This episode was mainly for fan service? Until the last, there was no important plot.

I’m not sure how important Alicia is

I was wondering why Kimihiko couldn’t find her when they were going to run towards the left side. And there was a meaning. That was great

The closing was good. Who was that woman? Cerberus?

Siesta is usually cool and she couldn’t do something like what she does when she is drunk?

Overall

I like the TV series of this anime very much. And still, this movie is an epic.

I guess this is an animation to show “life is an endless battle”. They are many scenes to show how people react to a failure or a success

I felt it’s kinda not fun at the beginning because the future of Musashino Animation Animation is different from what I originally imagined and wanted to know why it became like that. Same as the feeling or motivation of Miyamori

Stories

There were many stories about each character, but most of them was very shallow in this movie, compared to the TV series. The main was for Miyamori, and her character development

However, because it was great to focus on one character mostly

Other characters are like 3 to 5 scenes only

It’s actually interesting that Lolo said it’s a producer’s responsibility to finish the job, but the last decision Miyamo did was to remake the anime to improve even though it was ended

Maybe SIVA was the revenge version for Time Hippo, so it wouldn’t end if the animators weren’t satisfied with their jobs?

Characters

In terms of positions, Miyamori and other 4 girls grew a lot

They became a producer,

And in terms of what Miyamori did to avoid a contract, that is comical but it’s still marvelous

Probably Hiraoka changed the most and he is really dependable

Animation

The anime in this anime, SIVA, and how it was updated was really impressive and when I watched the updated version, I was like, stunning. It shows how it’s gonna end.

New series started. Is this a story when Siesta died?

Then Hell was the culprit?

And will the Sidekick get along with her later, according to her talk?

Where was the Robot from?

Does it related to Siesta’s ability? Or does it one of Siesta’s 7 items?

There is a Sacret Write to prospect the future. Then Siesta’s ability is something related to such a prophecy?

She can predict too much about incidents

If what Hell said is true, the Sidekick was just unfortunate and got many bad things in the past?

Or good things happened to him but he just forgot.

So, does a nation cooperate with SPES?

Do they want biological weapons? Will they begin a war or something?

I really like Naoya. He is honest and he is a black or white usually.

Why is Milika afraid so much?

Obviously, she doesn’t like Naoya. She doesn’t care, rather.

However, she is really strong, insanely strong lol She seems she can deal with anything even if her identity was exposed

This episode is mainly about that Fuuka’s identity was recognized by other members

And the end was the expected result, that Fuuka’s mother came to the Gama Gama

And also, how do Fuuka and Kukuru feel about each other after Kukuru asked jobs to her

Fuuka should’ve expect to get attentions from other people because she was an idol

I guess she did, but probably the expecting and coming it true was different

The customers who came there was calm enough to listen to an advice, or threat, to stop taking a picture for her

One of the sea creatures (sea cucumber?) has the mouth and butt as the same organ? Mysterious.

I guess original idol groups will come to Gama Gama in the following episodes.

And that gets attentions from other people and the reason to become Gama Gama keeps opening?

Fuuka is the person who is trying to do things she has to do very hard.

Stories

Story is good. In every single decision of Kimizuka, there is a reason.

Like why he pretended to be a fan in the rehearsal

Why he thought there was a something in her left eyes and its ability

Chor called Siesta Mom but felt weird. How old are they?

Or Chor was a kind of orphan and Siesta growed her?

Why didn’t they care about the guy aiming Saikawa’s eye?

SPES is a faction and probably will not solve issues even if they caught him?

But at least the Sidekick didn’t try to catch and to crash the group at all for some reasons.

Saikawa’s eye was given in the past, which means the quirk can be not only from their natural ability but also one made later.

The story was actually good. Hope it’s gonna keep or be better later.

Characters

Siesta is a really good character. Will she appear in the flashback scenes only? I hope she actually survives and will be involved with the main plot.

Animation

I like Saikawa’s sapphire eye. That’s beautiful.

Talent and taking it seriously is a great way, but it’s also important to take advantage of what they are good at.

So, I feel how Nanako chose her way isn’t bad as long as she can do things seriously

Characters themselves are great, but they are too emotional or too immature against their ages.

Kyoya is 10 years older mentally but still gets embarrassed if he saw girls with swimsuits

Kawasegawa is easy to get pissed off from jealous and also say what she thought from her jealous

Nanako isn’t strong mentally and cried in a room after Kawasegawa blamed her. But I guess she is an extravert and I felt more natural that she just would be pissed off to Kawasegawa

Kukuru was just a high school student.

Didn’t think ahead the worst case scenario to get helps from a pregnant woman. But it’s hard to imagine for their ages?

Why didn’t she choose to ask her grandpa at first? Because he decided to close the aquarium and didn’t care the Choko?

She knew how to feed a penguin

She couldn’t bring an empty water tank

I felt it was not very good way to bring it. So if she changed, may be she could bring it?

Maybe her mother will come to the aquarium later. She sent the message where she is to her mother in this episode

The drawing is beautiful as usual. I was impressed the one illustration to show a flower with a sea background.

Too much obsession with Kobayashi

Lucoa, and of course Kobayashi, is such a nice woman and is very matured kindly caring to other children like Ilulu

How old is she? She is a dragon so I guess more than 100?

I think it’s common in Japan that we do not wanna do something weird from others so that’s the theme of this episode for Tohru that she stopped wearing a maid outfit.

It’s too limited. This old man will lose soon anyway even if Yuri hadn’t won

Yuri is nice girl though the attitude isn’t

She also tried to save and protect a stalker, though he killed her. He is insane

Mion’s voice was really unique

It might be fit with the character like Mion, but I’m not good at it
