     The wind made his eyes burn. With the bitter taste of alcohol and depression on his teeth, he gazed emotionless at the setting sun. His slumped figure upon the railing was frail and seemed as though could be blown away with the wind. A tear slid down his cheek as he shifted towards the rushing waters below. He chuckled and for a split second looked sane. 

"Oh, what the hell."
