the orange side being straight up rage bothers me (even though i think that is what thomas and the team have planned) because... since when does an entire fraction of thomas's personality boil down to just.. anger? to just an emotion? patton represents thomas's emotions and it would be strange to seaparte anger from that. like maybe this side would be connected to thomas's rage, much like how virgil is connected to thomas's fear, but i think the side itself should be much more than just "rage."

personally, i think the side should be vengeance or violence. both stem from rage, but they represent more than just that. vengeance and violence can offer a more positive side to their motivations, like how deciet is also tied to thomas's self preservation and intrusive thoughts make thomas realize how lonely he is (also a good time to bring up that remus, much like roman, wants thomas to explore his commection with nico. almost like.. they represent the same thing..). they both are ways of protecting one's self. while violence would be the fight to anxiety's flight, being the side that is responsible for making thomas stand up for himself, vengeance would be the side that wants thomas to get rid of things that doesnt serve him, like bad friends (or lovers).

anyway ignore my ramblings... i just think making the side rage would be a missed opportunity and have been trying to think of other possibilities.
