Don’t take it personally. Certain people *cough* Murder *cough* bully him for it all the time- “DESPITE BEING LIKE A WHISKER LENGTH TALLER THAN ME!”

If you’d like the actual reason he’s so small, XXY chromosome cats, also called Klinefelter syndrome in cats, can cause the males to be developmentally more feminine and smaller than most males. It’s quite interesting to research.
