I started turning Haganezuka light novel into a manga…. 3 or more years ago

Got the scenes layout, script is ready did couple of pages… but i am afraid i lost the KNY spark within my heart

Giyuu vs Sanemi sparring thoughts...

The anime specifically made it obvious that Giyuu was fighting and keeping up with Sanemi with a chipped sword. I don't know what it says about Giyuu - whether he does a mediocre job protecting his sword right away (hehe Akaza fight), or that when he DOES fail to protect his sword, he comes out stronger on the other side, matching up with his opponent even with a chipped/broken sword.

But why do his swords get fucked in the first place??? (well TECHNICALLY, it's just foreshadowing-)

I guess it's to show that Giyuu is very, very flexible when it comes to using even a damn broken sword, water breathing and all. Like, hell, he somehow survived Akaza's strongest attack, with a broken sword, a dead calm, and a dream. He ALSO survived getting straight on whipped by Muzan with a broken sword, a dead calm, and a dream. Impressive as hell to me.

And compared to that, his fight against Sanemi wasn't an ALL OUT. He did manage to break Sanemi's sword, and his own half-broken sword held out until then. I think that takes some insane skill. Perhaps it's why Sanemi enjoyed sparring against Giyuu so much. He knew Giyuu would be able to stand any of his attacks, even with a barely usable sword.

To get into the relationship analysis of all that - he trusts Giyuu. He knows Giyuu is strong, and that makes Giyuu's demeanour even more infuriating. Someone as strong as Giyuu MUST have some superiority complex, right? Not like Giyuu does anything to fight the allegations either. I rarely use the anime for reference, but Sanemi was a little too angry at being interrupted by Tanjirou.. wasn't he? He absolutely was having fun against Giyuu. AND IT MAKES ME SAD THAT WE DID NOT GET MORE MOMENTS OF THEM FIGHTING TOGETHER OR AGAINST EACH OTHER.

It does make me wonder though, if Giyuu was a "use anything at your disposal" kind of fighter to the extent of Sanemi... how much stronger would he be? I don't think he needs the extra strength, considering he's already, y'know, a damn good fighter, but oh we'd see some crazy moments with him.

Akaza has such retail worker energy. He does truly enjoy interacting with the customers and finding out their names and such. Probably often offers to help with their heavy bags. But all that just goes out the window as soon as a stupid assistant manager like Douma--a natural charmer to a lot of the customers--chastizes Akaza for not being friendly enough.

I've always thought Shinobu has customer service energy, so she's also working here. She hates the assistant manager even more than Akaza does. "You know," she smilingly proposes one day, "I don't know that he's doing it, but you know how it's his job to clean the toilet at the end of the day? There's one way we could check if he's doing it. All we'd need to do is switch up the cleaning product we use during the day. Some good, deep cleaning! It's very innocuous. Of course, we'd want to make sure we finish up all our other closing tasks and go home and lock up the front door first. So that no one risks any customers coming in."

Akaza, who has always been polite to her but sort of knows not to befriend her in this AU because he's just there to do his job, collect a paycheck, and then go home or to the gym, declines assisting. That's cowardly. And murder.

Having familiarized myself with many typical Japanese ingredients thanks to my Kimetsu Kitchen experiments, that means that when throwing leftovers together for lunch I sometimes wind up with a Kimetsu Kitchen style meal. Here we have Iguro and Tokito's favorite foods (tororo konbu (served here on top of soba noodles) and furofuki daikon respectively) and one of the dishes most popular among the Kamado family (tofu dengaku, or at least my kind of poor take on it).

So it means that as I eat I picture silly scenarios like this.

After their small chitty chat talk in the anime, i always wondered how Kyojuro and Shinobu crossed paths and built a relationship that allowed this type of conservation. Where we know Pillars don’t have time to interact

I headcanon that Kyojuro was Shinobu’s daily affirmation allowing her to bury slowly her frustrations of her weakness .

Whenever Kyojuro comes to the butterfly mansion to look after his injuries after couple of missions. He always greet her with “ KOCHOU SAN , long time no see!! You haven’t changed a bit!!”

What he meant to be compliment that she’s still alive without a scratch, earned him a stomp on his already swollen feet.

While applying the necessary medications , they would narrates how they accomplished their missions.

Shinobu would indirectly show off how she completes her missions with slight injuries because of her outstanding speed ʅ（◞‿◟）ʃ.

Kyojuro beams and reply how hard the demon’s neck was and that he used respectively two different techniques to cut him off, explaining why his grip got caught in his own flames!! He couldn’t change the grip fast hahaha!!

Shinobu feels uneasy , and squeezes the band on his hand tight and insult his carelessness causing him go “YOMO—EEEEEK”.

His hearing got disrupted, slowly healing and now his grip? Don’t he care how much the corps need someone strong like him? Poisons or not, a corp filled with tiny weak members won’t stand a chance even to a lower moon. Shinobu found herself blankly staring to her little hands rubbing her colleague’s burnt ones, slapped them and internally cursed his idiocy

When she angrily walks away Kyojuro loudly calls her “KOCHOU-san ! Thank you for always looking after a troublemaker like me ! Please set your heart ablaze and keep rising your incredible JOBS!!

Right.. Shinobu is a nurse, doctor, orphanages caregiver AND a corp member.. no one , whatever their sizes are , would bear the responsibilities she carries on her slender shoulders .

She truthfully smile and wave back to her colleagues.

I thought first the sketch meant “ Every last one of them” by meaning demons, but she actually meant the carelessness of the komoboko squad XD i am still keeping the first thought
